A supermarket is 15 min walk away through wood. Food on site was decent and reasonably priced for Sweden, fish and chips £9, can 7up under £2. Owner was really helpful. Would def recommend as a great self catering option. "

This small house is in the middle of a forest and really close to the lake Rösjön and its Nature reserve. It has a sofa bed, a loft, a bathroom and a kitchenette, the house has a beautiful view from both the room and the loft.

The garden, shared with the family house, is large and we have several patios, garden furniture, grill, wooden sauna, and a jacuzzi. Good to know that it is hilly around the property and there are several steps out on the verandas. There are excellent walking trails around the lake and a beach area just one minute from the property. In winter you will find ski trails and ski slopes just a few minutes away.

Reaching the center of Stockholm takes you only 20 mins by car and 35 mins by bus and subway.

We clean the house after your stay and there are cleaning equipment to use during the stay. Linen and towels are included and you can get extra upon request.

- "…a house which talks a history in a lot of lovely details!" - "We were in early August for 1 week with 4 people in the beautiful house on Resarö. We felt comfortable there immediately, because the old house has a very special charm through the loving restoration. You can only find something like this in old houses. The equipment is very good, especially in the kitchen there is a huge selection of pots and pans. If you like to cook yourself is very well cared for, especially because there are also many spices and other ingredients. The gas stove works well. In the otherwise large living area there is a small cozy corner with music system with turntable and lots of CD, s and records. If you like making your own music, you can sit in the room next door to the piano, I have spared my family and did not do that! There is something to discover everywhere in this house, it does not get boring here. At night it is absolutely quiet and the beds are comfortable, a little bit too soft I think, but it is only my opinion. The location is very good, the bus stop for the bus to Stockholm and Vaxholm is really close. The bus runs 2 times an hour throughout the day. Very convenient. We bought a weekly ticket. The shop down the street has a very large selection and very good opening hours. The support by Emma, Lars and Anders was very good and uncomplicated. "

You have access to your own parking space directly adjacent to the house you rent. Private patio in a south-facing location with both barbecue and outdoor furniture that is secluded without visibility from the main building. If necessary, there is also access to the laundry room in the garage under the house with a washing machine and dryer.

On the property is also the large house about 30 meters away with the balcony and pool where we live with our family of 2 adults and 5 children. If you want to swim in the pool, you can do so with us. The pool is open and heated from May 1 to August 31. Open about 10 am - 10 pm.

The house is about 46 sqm and was renovated in 2023.

Directions,
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is by car.
There is a private parking lot next to the house on our property.

You can go by public transport to the accommodation.
From Stockholm, commuter trains go to Rönninge C. The trip takes about 30 minutes.
From Rönninge C, there is a bus to Karlskronaviksvägen (bus no. 731).
The bus runs 1-2 times an hour on weekdays.
From the Karlskronaviksvägen bus stop, it is about a 5-minute walk to the accommodation.

You can also use taxi/Uber in the area.

You have the right to use the whole house and the nearby garden.
A bicycle is available to borrow.
There is a barbecue that guests can use.

A fantastic place for the small family to enjoy the Swedish archipelago. Suitable for two adults and can be accommodated for 1-2 kids.

The cottage has a large modern bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and living room with two built-in benches that can be turned into beds for slightly smaller guests. In addition to this, there is a sleeping loft for slightly larger children.

Cottage has a fully equipped design kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove. Outside there is a big barbecue.

The bathroom is big and modern with a water toilet.

If you come by boat taxi, it is very easy to get to the property's dock, just 2 minutes from the cottage.

If you come by ferry, it is about 10 minutes walk. There is a bowl and a wheelbarrow on the property if needed for food, etc.

No shops at the island. All food needs to be brought. In high season, the ferry goes to Vaxholm round trip most days for a nice excursion and shopping.

The road to the jetty
You see a glimpse of the water from the house. To get to the dock, follow the path below the car park to the right – it takes about five minutes to walk.
Electricity consumption
Electricity is a big cost and I want to keep the rent reasonable. I therefore appreciate that you are sparse with the electricity.
⚡ Tips to reduce electricity consumption:
Turn off lights in rooms you don't use.
Turn off AC and heat when you are not in the house.
Set the air heat pump to a maximum of 21°C.
Avoid running the dishwasher half full – fill it properly before starting.
Avoid running the washing machine half full - fill it properly before starting.

The nearest grocery store is in Brunn, where there is also a gas station that sells nice earthworms for fishing.
Värmdö Market is a little further away and has Coop, Citygross, Biltema and others.
For a larger selection, go to Värmdö shopping center at Mölnvik – there is most of it!
Exercise & activities on site
The outdoor gym is allowed to be used, but be sure to put everything back to place. Small children are not allowed to play there, as the weights can be dangerous.
The ping pong table – fold up and cover it before the night. Ping pong racks and balls are just inside the door, please put them back after use.

The space
The property is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a hall, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower cabin, steep stairs to the upper floor. Note, the stairs have no children's gate. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with open in the ridge. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and two place-built single beds.

Welcome to Annabo for complete relaxation, 150 meters from swimming cliffs and small sandy beach on the island Utö. Annabo consists of three houses to live in, which is perfect if you are different groups. There is also the opportunity for activities such as tennis, bike to the Mine where there are ICA, taverns and Utö bakeryii. Popular is also the small fishing hook "Båtshaket "on beautiful Ålö. Here you can also experience untouched nature on the south side of the island with fantastic white sandy beaches and cliffs and open sea.

The space
Since the house is fully equipped, also dishwasher and washing machine, there is not much to miss. Large open plan living area allows you to cook dinners and hang out with family and friends also indoors. There are several terraces to be on when the sun is shining, and a large plot to stay on. Since we have toddlers in the house, there is a trampoline on the property and many games and other toys available. There's also a crib, high chair, children's cutlery, plates and mugs.

A wood-fired sauna can be used, and wood can be bought from Utö's ICA store.
There are also bikes for lending, if they are returned well.
