Welcome to the wonderful Villa Kuusi cottage, in the middle of beautiful nature!

This modern cabin rises in the fell landscapes of Röhkömukanmaa, right near the Kellokas Nature Center and offers easy access to the surrounding nature by skiing, hiking and cycling. Ylläs Y1 ski slopes are a short distance away, about 1.3 km, and the Ski bus stop is about 300 meters away. In addition, Ylläs' extensive skiing trail network is only 500 meters away.

The cottage is spacious and has high ceilings, and the large windows bring a lot of light into the rooms and nature closer to you. There is a terrace behind the house where you can admire the beautiful Lapland forest, and the quiet and peaceful environment of the area is a suitable place to relax at the end of a long day. There is a reserved place for your car in the carport, and ski maintenance can be done in the warm ski maintenance room.

The cottage has a kitchen, living room, two toilets, two bedrooms, laundry facilities, sauna and loft. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils for smooth cooking, and the living room has a warm fireplace and television to complete the atmosphere.

Both bedrooms have beds suitable for two people and the other room has a workstation for remote working. The cottage is also suitable for remote working due to the wireless fiber network. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a drying cabinet, which help with quick and smooth washing and drying of ski clothes. Villa Kuusi also has a modern electric sauna that brings comfortable steam baths and a relaxation.

Our cosy cabin was built in 2006. It is in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing and re-charging the batteries, or for an active holiday. You can sit in the comfort of the cabin and watch the reindeer walk through the forest or the skiers glide past on the cross country ski track that is near the cabin, all very relaxing. The cabin has it's own sauna which is great at the end of a busy day in the snow. There is an allocated parking space with electric heater hook-up for those that wish to hire a car.
The cabin is fully equipped for guests that wish to do self catering.

Go skiing, hiking or mountain-biking almost straight from the cottage, or take the ski-bus to Ylläs fell, and glide back to cottage by the end of the day.

This 55 m2 beautiful apartment has a living room, separate bedroom for two, and a balcony/loft capable of accommodating up to four people. We also provide our guests a baby-chair as well as a foldable baby-bed for free, however these has to be assembled and disassembled by the quests.
