Welcome to the wonderful Villa Kuusi cottage, in the middle of beautiful nature!

This modern cabin rises in the fell landscapes of Röhkömukanmaa, right near the Kellokas Nature Center and offers easy access to the surrounding nature by skiing, hiking and cycling. Ylläs Y1 ski slopes are a short distance away, about 1.3 km, and the Ski bus stop is about 300 meters away. In addition, Ylläs' extensive skiing trail network is only 500 meters away.

The cottage is spacious and has high ceilings, and the large windows bring a lot of light into the rooms and nature closer to you. There is a terrace behind the house where you can admire the beautiful Lapland forest, and the quiet and peaceful environment of the area is a suitable place to relax at the end of a long day. There is a reserved place for your car in the carport, and ski maintenance can be done in the warm ski maintenance room.

The cottage has a kitchen, living room, two toilets, two bedrooms, laundry facilities, sauna and loft. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils for smooth cooking, and the living room has a warm fireplace and television to complete the atmosphere.

Both bedrooms have beds suitable for two people and the other room has a workstation for remote working. The cottage is also suitable for remote working due to the wireless fiber network. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a drying cabinet, which help with quick and smooth washing and drying of ski clothes. Villa Kuusi also has a modern electric sauna that brings comfortable steam baths and a relaxation.

Our cosy cabin was built in 2006. It is in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing and re-charging the batteries, or for an active holiday. You can sit in the comfort of the cabin and watch the reindeer walk through the forest or the skiers glide past on the cross country ski track that is near the cabin, all very relaxing. The cabin has it's own sauna which is great at the end of a busy day in the snow. There is an allocated parking space with electric heater hook-up for those that wish to hire a car.
The cabin is fully equipped for guests that wish to do self catering.

This 55 m2 beautiful apartment has a living room, separate bedroom for two, and a balcony/loft capable of accommodating up to four people. We also provide our guests a baby-chair as well as a foldable baby-bed for free, however these has to be assembled and disassembled by the quests.

The layout of the cottage is very functional. Downstairs there is a living room, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed and a spacious sauna with toilet. Upstairs is a spacious loft with 2 beds and a spare bunk bed, so the cottage sleeps 5 people.

In the courtyard there is a lockable outdoor storage room for skis and equipment. Two pairs of snowshoes, a kicksled and a sled are at the tenants' disposal.

Pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Villa Alveus is wonderfully airy thanks to its high sloping vaulted ceiling and light flows through the large windows of the house. The window wall of the living room is like a painting, changing the view depending time of the year. The furniture is high-quality Finnish and Scandinavian design, harmonized with the villa's warm, earthy tones inspired by the dark tones of fell nature.

In the sauna the heat-treated aspen in the paneling and benches creates a gentle atmosphere. Two rain showers allow several sauna users at the same time without a shower queue.

A newly built, cozy and well-equipped log cabin in Finnish Lapland. This semi-detached house is located right on the border of the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park and along the most popular hiking, mountain biking and skiing trails. You can leave straight from the cabin door to the ski touring routes, such as Kellostapuli and Kesänki. Berry picking and kayaking opportunities are also near in the warmer months.

It's 2 km from the main village and 1,5 km from the bus stop to the cabin.

The space
Feel free to ask an offer! During the high season (Christmas, New Year and weeks 8-18), rental is mostly weekly (Saturday-Saturday).

There are 8 beds (+2 in the new building on the property, extra charge). The master bedroom on the upper floor has a 160x200 double bed, a high ceiling and a view of the beautiful fells from the large window. The second bedroom upstairs has a sturdy 90x200 bunk bed. The loft has a 160x200 double bed and two 90x200 single beds. If you need, a travel cot for a small child can be provided on request. In the autumn 2024, an outdoor sauna has been completed on the property, with a cabin, which has 160x200 double bed.

The sheets and towels are included.

The cabin is equipped with a fireplace, 55" TV, wireless internet connection, a warm "garage" for your equipment and its maintenance, as well as an Easee electric car charger in the vehicle shelter (charging cost €50 / one week).
The cabin has a spacious utility room on the main floor with a washing machine and drying cabinet makes it easier to wash and dry outdoor equipment. Downstairs, next to the washroom and sauna, is another half-bathroom.

Other things to note
It is currently not possible to drive into the "garage" by car, but it is intended for storing and maintaining sports equipment, for example. You can borrow a kick sled in the garage (always remember to lock it!), a sled, and snowshoes.

Ylläs Mukka is a cozy half of a cabin (49 + 6 m2) with good transport connections. The open living room-kitchen space allows you to get together by the fire. The sauna heats up with a stone chimney, and there are four people staying upstairs.
The kitchen is well-stocked, a washer and dryer cabinet for laundry service, and an efficient 200 Mbps fiber optic connection, for example, for working remotely.
The rent doesn't include the final cleaning, the guest is responsible for it. You must also bring your own sheets and towels.

The space
You can easily reach the cottage by car or public transport, with a bus stop 500 meters away. Great hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the Seven Fells National Park and Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park are just next door. The grocery store and Äkäslompolo services are 2 km away. Yllästunturi Fell Nature Center Kellokas 1.5 km away.
The cottage's terrace has its own small storage room, a parking space in the yard and a lean-to.

Villa Golden Hill Ylläs is a brand-new cabin built to relax your mind and body. This design villa has big windows from where you can see reindeer running in the stunning forest landscape. After enjoying a Finnish sauna you can cool off on the terrace and admire the Northern Lights and stars in the sky. The cottage is located in a quiet location a few km away from the Ylläs skiing center and Äkäslompolo town.

The space
We offer a quality place to stay in a cozy and brand new design-duplex cabin!

The three-bedroom villa has an open living room kitchen, a luxurious sauna department and two toilets. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 adults in their own beds. There is also an extra mattress (70x140cm) available for a child and a baby's crib for small baby/toddler.

Villa's large landscape windows and high slope ceiling allow sunlight pour beautifully through the apartment. The nature streams inside the cottage from the sprawling windows of the living room facing a breathtaking forest scenery. The color palette of the cabin's decor has been thoughtfully styled, giving the guests the authentic Lapland vibes together with comfort and luxury.

An air-source heat pump guarantees just the right temperature during your stay - whether it's cooling on summer days or warmth on winter evenings.

The kitchen is modern and you can find all the cooking essentials: the kitchen utilities include induction stove and hotplate, dish washer, coffee machine, water boiler and toaster. We also have all the tableware, drinking classes and wine classes needed to host even a bigger dinner party.

The living room has a 50” flat-screen TV and Samsung soundbar-speaker (with Bluetooth) installed on the wall. In one of the master bedrooms you'll find a remote workspace with a 27" Samsung Smart Monitor. You can watch your favorite TV-show from the screen before falling asleep, or you can use the screen to power through your daily office work. So Villa Golden Hill also serves as a great remote workspace!

The atmospheric and traditional Finnish sauna accommodates a big group of guests - or if you prefer, you can just have a moment for yourself while laying down on the sauna boards. A high-quality, Harvia-manufactured sauna stove with a timer provides relaxing and soft steams. The bathroom has two rain showers, a toilet, and, behind black cabinet doors, an iron and iron board, a washer, and a spacious dryer cabinet.

For active nature lovers, Villa Golden Hill offers 2 snowshoes included in the rent fee during the winter season.

Guest access
In addition to the interior of the cabin, you'll have access to a 3m2 outdoor storage to store and maintain skiing equipment. There is also two patios available for the quests.

Other things to note
During the WINTER 2026 high season from 15. february to 26. april, check-in and check-out day is SUNDAY.

Please note that the cottage is a semi-detached cottage and there are also other cottages in the area. The cottage is located in a quiet area at the end of the road. The living room windows and the back terrace have a wonderful view of the natural forest. The cottage is located on a gentle slope.

This stunning cottage rises in the fell landscape of Röktmukanmaa, right next to the Nature Center Kellokka, and offers easy access to the surrounding nature by skiing, hiking, and biking.
The Y1 ski slopes are a short distance, about 1.3 km, and the Ski bus stop is about 300 meters away. In addition, the extensive network of trails in Ylläs is only 500 meters away. The cottage has two bedrooms, each with two beds, and the loft has four more beds.

IDEAL FOR OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Northern Lights, hiking paths, ski tracks, slopes and MTB-tracks close to Villa.
Cozy, peace full and modern log house. Well-equipped: two bed rooms, spacious loft, open living area with kitchen and sauna. Large Tempur double beds in bed rooms. 3 TVs and PS5.
Speciality is a big ski room for your skies and ski equipments with waxing table and iron, cross-country skies and equipments to borrow. Ski bus takes you quikly to nearest ski lift 0,7km away.

The space
The villa is great for couples, small families, and friends. New log cabin with a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. Large windows open to the forest in the backyard. Two atmospherically decorated bedrooms guarantee your own peace. The loft has space for four people to stay and sleep, for example, for children or young people in the family. The ski room has a separate entrance, there is also a drying cabinet for wet ski and outdoor clothes. And of course finnish sauna, shower and two toilets.

Guest access
Villa Lompolo is the apartment of log cabin A, which is located on the left when viewed from the road. The carport has one parking space for both apartments. Firewood is shared.

Guests can stay in the entire log cabin, in a separate ski room and in the yard, except for the locked storage space in the loft.

Other things to note
Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes are located 3 kilometers away in the village. Nature center Kellokas with cafe, a restaurant and a bike rental shop is located 300 meters from Villa Lompolo.
