This beautiful home is located in the hills of Amish county, it has plenty of space for the whole family, a gorgeous kitchen with all your basic cooking utensils, a pebble pit and sand box for the kids, and beautiful views of the country side.
The home is a short drive from Berlin, a main attraction, with lots of shops, restaurants and places to explore.
While tucked back from the main road, there are coffee shops, a pizza place, grocery store, and a dollar general just mins away.

The home is surrounded by hay fields, which we make hay in, and pastures, that our horses and cows graze in.
It is a very peaceful setting!

The Loft is in a large brick building and has its own garage that you can pull your car into. Climb the steps to a wonderful getaway which includes a full kitchen fully stocked, a full living room complete with a bedcouch and TV, and a romantic master bedroom adjoining the master bath complete with a jacuzzi tub. There is a private deck overlooking the quiet serene Amish farmland complete with patio furniture and a hot tub! This is a very family friendly place to stay and is situated a few hundred feet from our Brick home on our 10 acre lot in the country.

A filling country breakfast is available for only 10.00 a plate and is hand delivered from our Amish neighbor ladies kitchen to your front door!

A little farther down the lane is a second property that we own. The stone cottage is on a one acre lot by a pond. It has a master bedroom with a bath that includes a whirpool tub and shower. The main level has a full kitchen fully stocked and a small living room with a flatscreen TV. The upper level has a jucuzzi and tv with a half bathroom and overlooks the countryside. The Grand View Cottage is at the back end of a private road, that is off of a township road, that comes off of a county road. In other words, you're not going to need to worry about heavy traffic noise or interruptions. Unless of course the sound of the occasional horse and buggy clipping along sounds like heavy traffic noise to you. Amazing view over wooded hills and farmland. Absolutely breathtaking.

Getting around
I'm afraid there's no option for public transportation around here. Uber would probably inform you that you must have fallen off the map. But there is plenty of free parking for all of the vehicles in your entourage, both big or small.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with original brick and beams, and a lovely outdoor patio area. There are two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the dining room, and two full bathrooms. The laundry room has a vanity/sink area to supplement the bathrooms.

If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.

Our area has lots of restaurants, Coffee shops, Antique Malls, Walnut Creek Flea Market , and lots of Stores to explore!
We have self check in with a smart lock. Concrete driveway and patio with parking only a few steps to the door! Watch the horses being trained while you sip your coffee on the patio.

We have a TCL 50" 4K Smart TV with a Netflix Subscription for your movie night!

WORK SPACE:
The kitchen features a counter height barn-wood table, perfect for use as a desk if you are on a work trip.

Blazing fast, Fiber Internet is provided by MCTV. The internet easily handles video conferences and movie streaming.

COUNTRY SETTING:
Our farmhouse is located in the country on 3 acres, next to a woods. Our cleaning team follows a rigorous cleaning regimen after each stay to ensure your experience is top notch. Our house is treated bi-monthly for pest control, however, you may see an insect or a few during your stay. Hospitality is something we love, and we look forward to sharing The Oaks with you!

The perfect suite for a romantic getaway! Adorned with log ceilings and beams, including a log archway into the master bedroom, this deluxe suite is the perfect place to escape from it all. Prepare meals together in the full kitchen and enjoy them at the bar stool table that overlooks the flower garden, cuddle up in front of the fireplace watching TV, unwind in the two-person Jacuzzi, and retire to the master bedroom in the queen-size bed. This suite features a walk-in shower as well.

- "Great place! Had a wonderful time!" - "property was excellent, although not what it showed in the picture when I rented it but just as nice. When reading the rules and policies, we discovered that they said we had to check in by 6:00 pm or give them a 24-hour notice. We did not realize this and because of a late start from home, almost didn't make it. We called ahead after stressing over trying to get there on time and found out that we would be good until 10:00. Need to change this policy. Overall, we were very happy and pleased with this place. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend and we will be back."
