It is a beach front property located right on the waters where the sun shines bright in the day, and the breezy ocean comes through the windows at night. You are able to see the sun rise while the sun sets on the west side. Good to fish, surf, dive, or just enjoy your own private beach to yourself. This house includes a large balcony for BBQ's-outdoor grill and fire pit are available for you to enjoy. Great for children! House comes with many sand toys for children to play with.

Downstairs features a baby grand piano that you are welcome to play should you have piano experience. The living room has a sliding wall that completely opens to the large covered lanai with tropical landscaping and raised herb garden bed ready for your own recipes in the kitchen or to enjoy on the “Giant, Green Egg” BBQ grill (charcoal is required) on the enormous lanai. Large 75” plasma TV complete with internet access for you to log into your preferred streaming services and DVD player. There are TV's mounted on the wall in the two downstairs bedrooms; however, they are also only connected to internet for your streaming services.

Walk off the Lanai, past the herb garden, over the lush green lawn, and let the warm white sand dance around your toes as the warm Pacific Ocean beckons you to swim or play. Catch the waves as you body surf or just swim at your leisure. Don’t forget to take time to sunbathe on one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii, when you return shower off in the outside shower before drying off and relaxing. This luxury beach home accommodates up to eight guests. We have an enormous amount of personal items for your convenience and use - almost like stepping into your own home. Please note: zoning laws stipulate no more than eight guests are allowed to be sleeping on the premises at any time. Personal house rules prohibit outside guests not registered in the rental agreement to be on the property without written permission from the owner. Due to the many features of this beach home, you will receive upon arrival a House Rules and Features List that will provide information on the house and its features to make your stay more enjoyable.

All Hawaii beaches are owned by the State of Hawaii and are always open to the public. Hawaii does not have private beaches - they are ALL public! Keep in mind when you visit some beach-goers may be enjoying the beach and ocean.

For sleeping arrangements, there is a King bed in the master bedroom with top-of-the-line Kingsdown mattresses for what may be one of the most comfortable nights of sleep you will experience. There is one queen bed in the 2nd upstairs bedroom with a wonderful ocean view, and queen beds in the two downstairs bedrooms. For your comfort, each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and with 3 full bathrooms, you are sure to never have to wait in line. Open up the windows and let the ocean breezes and the sound of the soft waves fill your senses throughout the night.

Some of the best beginning surfing on Oahu are found here. You can fish from our beach “slice of heaven” in the backyard, soak up the sun, or have a picnic on one of the two lanais while you watch the beachgoers or waves pounding the shore.

PLEASE NOTE: This beach home is NOT located in a TOURIST area. “Locals” live in the other 21 homes in our little community for a couple of generations. The Locals are very family-oriented and extremely friendly. Crime in the Ewa Beach area is lower than in most other Hawaiian towns and cities, in fact, our little community "rarely" sees theft. However, there is no guarantee that crimes will not take place in the future. It is recommended that you stay vigilant and aware of your surroundings at all times while in Hawaii as criminals specifically targeted tourists - do not have any personal items on display or in view of your rental car while around the island - they could be stolen. While at the beach house ensure all personal items and Beach House items are kept secure and under your watchful eyes. Ensure items are not left in the yard or on the beach unattended at any time.

Do not be fooled by advertisements, which include Beach Access, Beach Right-of-Way, Steps from the Beach, and Across from the Beach – they may not be on the beach or in your backyard! Ask for pictures to verify the location of the beach house so you know before you make a reservation. The pictures should be of sufficient quality to see the beach from all angles and in relation to the beach house setting. Our home is a true beach house located on Ewa Beach. Some beaches or bays have low tides that expose the mucky bottom, which smells pretty bad and is not something you will ever want to experience. We have a friend (Mai) that arranges special private family events, meals, and settings on the beach and she will come to our beach house if she has availability. Let me know if you desire to reach out to her.

If your intent is to have a party, event, reunion, or get-together with outside guests (anyone not in your group - friends or family living on the island or visiting on the island) - our beach home is not available to you for this purpose. Our contract specifically prohibits these types of activities and our manager (located only a couple of miles away) will require you to vacate the premises should these types of activities be conducted in our beach home or on our property. Our beach house is intended for families and groups who want to collect fond memories of enjoying the beach outside our doors - during those times we allow guests to stay when we go on vacation or on business trips. - "The pictures don't do this house/location justice. John and Linda were there to welcome us and were so gracious in accommodating our check in time. The place was super clean and so comfortable....and absolutely heavenly. There was air conditioning, which we didn't need but would in the summer, lots of windows with screens to keep the ocean breeze blowing through the house. After a week we felt like "this is our home." Everything was fully stock hair dyer, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen. Being only 3 yers old, everything was in such great condition. Lots of places to sit and lounge, inside and out. I can't get over the most magnificent view available. It's in a neighborhood but very private. The neighbor was always bring in our trash cans. We are coming back next year fora month. thank you John and Linda for sharing your spot in heaven with us."

- "The house location is not great. It was quite a drive out to anywhere we wanted to go and even longer during rush hour. The house is right next to a high school so traffics is really bad if come and go during school pick up and drop off time. Other than that, the home was quite, clean, comfortable and well appointed with air conditioning that works well throughout the house and had all the household amenities. Lots of cooking utensils to use and some spices too. Coffee was provided and included 4 bottles of water for the 4 of us in the fridge when we arrived. It has a beautiful private backyard that is surrounded by tropical palms, plants and lounge chairs. The house actually has 4 bedrooms which 2 of them were locked that we don’t have access to. The listing gave us the impression that the house only has 2 bedrooms which seems spooky that the other 2 were locked. This should have been revealed so it’s not a surprise to us. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this place to family and friends! All in all, it is a wonderful, nice place to stay. Milena is a wonderful host who communicates very well and is sincere. Very flexible, allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time. Easy keyless entry check-in."

- "After I didn't get check-in information from the owner, and the owner did not respond to my message for that information, I contacted VRBO 3 times. Each time I was told that they contacted the owner and everything was OK, and that she would send the check-in information at least 24 hours before my arrival. That never happened. I got there, finally tracked down the owner in person, and was told that the unit had been rented to a permanent tenant for several months. The listing was supposed to have been removed. She had never been contacted by anyone from VRBO, and had changed her phone number several months earlier also. I had to pay for an expensive hotel room that night, and find a more expensive rental, on another website, to stay in for my 30 day stay. I did FINALLY get my VRBO charges refunded, but there was nothing easy or quick about it! And I was never offered any compensation for their mistakes!"
