Being that this is a condo, we do cook meals here and treat this place as a home, so one would expect to see at least an extra roll of paper products provided to the guests. Unfortunately, we will not return to this property in the future. The unit was not very clean, lots of dust, everything was old and outdated, and the overall unit needs to be updated (including all the beds). Even though the unit was not up to par, the local area is amazing!!"

- "The location was secure, well kept, clean inside and out within a nice resort, pool right next to condo which was very nice to use and clean, condo was very clean, bed was comfortable and condo had everything needed for a wonderful stay! (Beach chairs, umbrella, pool floats, boogie boards, beach mats).I would totally come here again! Recommend groceries at Costco or Walmart on the way from the airport as nearby groceries costs are shockingly expensive ($8 for a head of iceberg lettuce)."

Beach, pool and all the amenities of the Turtle Bay Resort. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. 100% would stay there again." - "I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay for our week in Hawaii. The balcony has a direct view of the ocean. The view from this condo is better than the other buildings which circle the pool. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and nice. We also utilized the pull out couch which had a comfortable mattress and clean sheets readily available. It was nice to have a TV in the room since it was bowl game weekend, but really there are just so many things to see and enjoy on the north shore. This location is much calmer than Waikiki and gives you a more authentic experience, but you will want to have a car to get around. The Polynesian Cultural Center is a short drive. There are also great food trucks and places to eat along the road. It was nice having a kitchen so we could bring food back to the condo and have cold drinks in the refrigerator. It was also nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. It was also nice to have a reserved parking space. We had one issue with the AC during our visit, and Sapphire was easy to get in touch with and had a handyman at the condo within a few minutes. The issue required an HVAC repairman, and Sapphire schedule it to be fixed while we were out. Within 24 hours of contacting Sapphire it was fixed. This is the BEST experience I have ever had with a property manager! Thank you Sapphire for genuinely caring about our vacation."

Step right out the lanai onto fairway one of the Fazio golf course. Swaying Palms is an end unit, situated within the complex to provide lots of natural light, privacy, and a more spacious feeling along with beautiful golf course views.
It is a very short walk to all the Turtle Bay Resort activities where you can enjoy beach front dining at Roy's Restaurant or dine on the golf course at Lei Lei's. Golfing? It's just a 5-minute walk to get your tee time on the Arnold Palmer or Fazio designed golf course. Explore the many nature paths that weave throughout the Turtle Bay Resort property. Visit nearby secluded beaches as well as activities such as surfing, SUP and horseback riding all just steps from the front door. Enjoy the live music and stunning sunset views at the Point pool bar located at the resort. Afterwards stroll along the golf course enjoying the peace and quiet as you walk back; bring a flashlight or your cell phone – It’s dark! but all the better to view the stars!
Kuilima has two tennis courts, with Pickle Ball option within the court and Basketball that you can reserve during your stay. There are three beautifully tiled pools with BBQ areas. This large, very affordable, clean condo is fully furnished with all the amenities of home for a hassle and worry free stay. Sailing and whale watching tours are available at Haleiwa Boat Harbor (seasonal) and for the more adventurous, diving with the sharks! The "hale" is nestled in a beautiful country neighborhood and is a relaxing place to stay while you enjoy the North Shore. Situated privately, on the bottom 1/3 of our family's acre, with mountains rising behind and farm animals adding to the rural landscape. In this setting, it's hard to imagine that the world's most beautiful and pristine beaches are literally, just down the road. WORLD-RENOWNED SUNSET BEACH IS A THREE MINUTE WALK, and more than 20 other world premier surfing spots are just minutes away, including Banzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay. Spectacular and magnificent beaches abound on the North Shore . . . all awaiting your exploration.

Our cottage was lovingly built, in 2008, to be enjoyed by family and friends like you. This stand-alone bungalow was designed for island living with an open floor plan and high beamed ceiling. A large central skylight allows you to watch the stars at night while lying in the comfort of your California King sized bed. Smooth, cool lava rock covers the floors, and stunning 'island style' and Southeast Asian furnishings, help you to know you have arrived in Hawaii.

After a day in the sun, you can rinse off in one of two showers: An INDOOR marble & lava oversized walk-in shower, or a large, private OUTDOOR shower. Evenings can be spent lounging on the covered lanai, barbecuing and dining alfresco, or relaxing inside, watching the 46-inch flat-screen TV. If you desire a more active nightlife, Haleiwa town offers restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

There are numerous fabulous eating options on the North Shore: A scenic, 15 minutes, drive in either direction offers a sumptuous variety of local, international, or resort cuisine. Locally grown fruit and vegetable stands are just down the road. Ted's Bakery is just around the corner (Chocolate Haupia Pies!). We also have a delightful grocery store, Foodland (complete with Coffee Bean & Tea), which is just 10 minutes away.

The tree-lined bike and walking path across the street makes the Saturday Farmers Market a fun and easy walk or ride. Luscious tropical fruits, flowers, and local artwork are plentiful. Historic Haleiwa town, an old whaling village, has become a shopper's paradise and restaurant-lovers delight, yet it still maintains its old town charm.

Every conceivable water activity is easily available to you here: Surfing, Sunbathing, Diving, Snorkeling, Tide Pools, Whale Watching, Fishing, Jet Skiing, and more. Lessons are available for anyone with a desire to learn.

In addition to exploring the magnificent beaches, there are countless activities for the energetic visitor. Fabulous hiking trails, including the beautiful scenic walk to Waimea Falls. Within a short walk you'll find the immaculate and gorgeous Turtle Bay Hotel, with amazing facilities including five restaurants, horseback riding, 12 miles of walking trails, snorkeling, surfing, scuba, helicopter tours, tennis courts, world-class spa with outdoor massages and 5 miles of great beaches provide you endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. There is a great, year-round beach 5 minutes walk from the condo. With outer reef protection, it is one of the few North Shore beaches that is swimmable year-round, even when waves are huge everywhere else.

The resort is situated on 850 acres, so there is a lot to check-out including hidden beaches, beautiful scenic walks or hikes, whales during that season, quiet places to take a picnic lunch and even rent bikes for the day. The hotel is very open with cool shops and many restaurants.

In addition to all the activities and amenities of Turtle Bay Resort there are countless activities for the energetic visitor. Exploring the magnificent North Shore beaches, Haleiwa town, Polynesian Cultural Center, as well as fabulous hiking trails including the trail to Waimea Falls and Botanical Gardens. The activities available are endless, from Scuba dives, deep-sea fishing, Shark adventure tours, whale watching (seasonal), or rent surfboards, paddleboards, jet skis, kayaks or snorkel gear. And a short drive to Dillingham Airport offers skydives, ultra light flight tours and glider rides. Mokuleia Beach, the Polo fields, horseback riding and Kaena Point are also nearby

Getting Around:

Renting a vehicle will offer the best versatility when visiting the island, and the drive is beautiful! There is public transportation called "The Bus". There is a bus stop right inside of Turtle Bay.

- "This studio villa worked perfectly for me and my husband while traveling with our 2 year old. There is a retractable room divider that we lowered at nap time and bedtime to create separation between the living space (where baby slept) and the King bedroom area. Additionally, the host provided a high chair, a travel crib, books, beach toys and blocks… all clean & high quality items that made our trip much more enjoyable. The lanai opens right up to the pool and private beach so the location cannot be beat. The only ding in my rating was for the lack of access to the gym mentioned in the listing, which the host quickly offered a credit for (we paid for a weekly pass to access the gym at Turtle Bay Resort.) Just to be clear, this villa is not managed by Turtle Bay Resort so we did not have access to their free amenities (gym, pool, lei making classes, etc). Host and property manager were attentive and communicative. Highly recommend this unit for couples and families with a small child."

Turtle Bay Resort and Spa is a short five minute drive where you can find the best fine dining restaurants on the North Shore, as well as the best golfing Hawaii has to offer.
