This unit is the lower level of a 2-story house. We live upstairs and have children and a loving Black Labrador as well as a Jack Russell/Whippet dogs. You will occasionally hear our lab bark (usually because he hears the front gate open). Our home is located on the main road, you will hear cars driving by. This is a residential area. It will have noises. Close to Pearl Harbor and the stadium. Pearl Harbor view from the front yard.

Parking will be street parking, almost always available directly in front of the property alongside the rock wall.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

- "Hidden gem, exceeded are expectations. This place had literally everything we needed, from surf boards to snorkels and beach accessories. Such a perfect spot for my family and kids. Was a dream waking up to beautiful sunrises and sunset swims. We will definitely be back! Husband asked to add o this place need nothing there’s even some coffee and sauces left from us and previous guest! I need nothing boards and snorkels included great neighbors and maintience man is super cool! Good fish snorkeling and surf right out the back 10 of 10 and we will be making this out regular spot! - "The house location is not great. It was quite a drive out to anywhere we wanted to go and even longer during rush hour. The house is right next to a high school so traffics is really bad if come and go during school pick up and drop off time. Other than that, the home was quite, clean, comfortable and well appointed with air conditioning that works well throughout the house and had all the household amenities. Lots of cooking utensils to use and some spices too. Coffee was provided and included 4 bottles of water for the 4 of us in the fridge when we arrived. It has a beautiful private backyard that is surrounded by tropical palms, plants and lounge chairs. The house actually has 4 bedrooms which 2 of them were locked that we don’t have access to. The listing gave us the impression that the house only has 2 bedrooms which seems spooky that the other 2 were locked. This should have been revealed so it’s not a surprise to us. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this place to family and friends! All in all, it is a wonderful, nice place to stay. Milena is a wonderful host who communicates very well and is sincere. Very flexible, allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time. Easy keyless entry check-in."

- "After I didn't get check-in information from the owner, and the owner did not respond to my message for that information, I contacted VRBO 3 times. Each time I was told that they contacted the owner and everything was OK, and that she would send the check-in information at least 24 hours before my arrival. That never happened. I got there, finally tracked down the owner in person, and was told that the unit had been rented to a permanent tenant for several months. The listing was supposed to have been removed. She had never been contacted by anyone from VRBO, and had changed her phone number several months earlier also. I had to pay for an expensive hotel room that night, and find a more expensive rental, on another website, to stay in for my 30 day stay. I did FINALLY get my VRBO charges refunded, but there was nothing easy or quick about it! And I was never offered any compensation for their mistakes!"
