Disney Aulani Resort only a 5-minute walk along the beach walk, you can enjoy character dining, restaurants, bars, and shops. Target, Costco, Safeway, and all the restaurants and shopping that Kapolei offers are a 5 minute drive.
There are restaurants, a boutique grocery store, and the outstanding Roy's restaurant in easy walking distance from the Beach Villas.
Some of our favorites is the Monkey Pod across the street from Disney Aulani in Ko Olina station, and many shops and restaurants in KoOlina station offers a more casual fare. For a memorable sunset, reserve a table at Longboards at the Marriott beach club, the Four Seasons, or Disney Aulani. The villa faces northwest, and at certain times of the year you can enjoy the sunset from the lanai (end of winter through summer). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The spacious villa is 1,171 square feet with a 251 square foot lanai has a king size and two twin extra-long beds (option to combine together as a king), and sofa bed.

The condo is huge and the washer & dryer were super handy too. We absolutely loved the gorgeous grounds and amazing amenities at the Ko’ Olina Beach Villas. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the koi ponds, the sandy pool (where you can build sand castles) and the yummy slushies and ice cream at the pool bar. The lagoon and beach are too good to be true! It’s sandy - no water shoes needed and very calm with turquoise-blue water. We loved paddle boarding, swimming, and snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!!
