Some of our favorites is the Monkey Pod across the street from Disney Aulani in Ko Olina station, and many shops and restaurants in KoOlina station offers a more casual fare. It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair or replacement. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the air conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working washer, dryer, or fridge, $20/nt for a non-working dishwasher, cooktop, or oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. We have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan them to you if they are available. There is no refund if one of the TVs, the internet, the microwave, and other non-listed appliances, parts, utilities, services, or anything else in the villa stops working, however we will work on an immediate fix, if possible, and keep you updated on the status.

- "We needed an 'easy' option for vacation with young kids. This condo was great, it had everything we needed and more. It was clean, quiet, and there was a lovely lanai - ocean sounds + sunsets galore! Good layout, easy parking, and laundry in suite. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. Our kids loved feeding the koi. The pools are lovely, the beach is kid-friendly and protected, the path along the ocean is nice for a short stroll. Local restaurants were good though pricey. We loved having the 'instacart' option through the property management company so our groceries were already in the fridge when we arrived. Hawaii is spectacular and you could stay in a tent and still enjoy it plenty. We appreciated the comfort/extra amenities given we were travelling with small kids. To make this 6*, I would suggest: 1) making the 'being met by property management on arrival' optional. Everything is very straightforward so I think many families just don't need to be met. (We wasted a lot of calls/texts trying to coordinate and ultimately weren't met and it was fine!) 2) the appliances; they are high end but perhaps need some upkeep. The induction range is slow to heat up. The dishwasher does a terrible job, even loaded lightly (we have a similar model at home and it is great) - perhaps it needs to be cleaned? 3) set up the crib for families that request a crib 4) better mattress in M BR Thank you for the great stay!"

• The total persons allowed in villa is six.
• NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the Villa, on open lanais and common areas.
• Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais.
• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk.
• No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others.
• Garbage must be tied up in trash bags before dropping down the trash chute. Large trash and recyclables may be taken to the receptacles on the ground floor. No items may be left in the hallways, ie. garbage, footwear, beach equipment.
• Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests.

Pools/Spas:
• No LIFEGUARDS are on DUTY use at your own risk.

• No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, ball throwing or unsafe behavior at any time.
• No boogie boards, air mattresses, or large flotation devices. Swimming aids are fine.
• No person subject to involuntary bodily function discharges is permitted to use the pools without effective swim diaper protection.
• Any person with an infectious or communicable disease should not use the pools/spas.
• No glassware/other breakable items are allowed on the pool decks or BBQ areas. No food and beverage is allowed in the pools or spas.

We had a few minor issues and they addressed them immediately. We use VRBO a lot and this unit was very well stocked (my wife is very picky about the kitchen pots, pans, utensils, etc since we typically cook during our stay). The Condo was very well appointed and had all the beach amenities you could ask for. Overall 5/5 stars. We will be back. Neal also does SUP lessons in Lagoon 4."

For a different trip we booked an ocean view at Koolina and that was spectacular. This time around, we booked the mountain view due to limited availability at the time and it did not disappoint. It was still such a great view of the pool and the mountains. We would t mind booking this view again if we had to. We were very much satisfied. We particularly love the kitchenette, especially traveling with an infant. It definitely helps when we need to wash bottles every night. Other than that, it was quite a challenge to bathe an infant in a free-standing shower. Not sure if some rooms have free-standing showers or bath tubs. Might be a good question to ask when booking or consider an alternate method to bathe littles. I also loved that the room had dish soap and laundry soap available for use; that was a great/helpful surprise to us. Overall, such a great experience from booking, stay, and checking in/out. Definitely recommend."

- "Na" - "The townhome was very clean, well stocked with cooking, cleaning and general supplies, including pool and beach toys. The location was quiet, comfy and relaxing with the beach and lagoons within walking distance. The true gem of this was the owners, Precious and Broderick. They truly want all guests to be comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Not only did we get an early check-in, upon entering the home we were greeted with a welcome basket of local goodies. Then a phone call from Precious making sure we did not have any issues getting into the home, along with info regarding the home and the nearby area. She, again, let us know we could call them at anytime with questions regarding not only the property, but any questions. Halfway through our stay, we received a call from Broderick just checking in to see if we had any concerns or anything we needed. Such caring and considerate individuals who truly want you to enjoy your stay here. Thank you Precious and Broderick! We will be back!"

• NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the Villa, on open lanais and common areas.

• Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais.

• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk.

• No LIFEGUARDS are on DUTY use at your own risk.

• No boogie boards, air mattresses, or large flotation devices. Swimming aids are fine.

• No person subject to involuntary bodily function discharges is permitted to use the pools without effective swim diaper protection.
