The Fiddlers Roost is a spacious two bedroom suite that features a full size kitchen, spacious living room and bathroom with comfortable amenities. Two complimentary bikes available upon request for riding New River Trail and around downtown. A short walk to everything such as restaurants, entertainment, Antique Shops, Coffee Shops, New River Trail, Historic Rex Theater, and about one mile from Felts Park, Home of the World’s Largest Old Time Fiddlers Convention.

Our Loft has a spacious living room with a 55” Flat Screen TV over an Electric Fireplace, Air purifier and a Futon for extra sleeping arrangements.

In the first bedroom is a spacious king bed with lamps on each side with plenty usb ports, 50” flat screen and a closet with some extra comfy blankets.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with a lamp in the middle with usb ports, 42” flat screen and a closet with extra comfy blankets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances, utensils, plates, bowls and a Keurig Coffee Machine.

Complimentary WiFi and you are welcome to use your own Netflix, Hulu and other accounts on the smart TV’s.

We can provide 2 complimentary bikes for your enjoyment upon request for the New River Trail or just riding around town, so no need to pay extra rental fees and hassle with renting. We have added gel seats for extra comfort and one bike has an air pump. We also have bicycle storage for your personal bikes in the basement with security lock, security code will be provided upon request. We also provide electricity for the EV Bikes in the storage area.

** The loft has about 13 steps to the top therefore we are not handicap accessible.

He is helpful with things about the house as well as info on local spots to hit while you are in town. You get to feel like you are isolated while being only 10-15 mins from all the stores and restaurants you could want. The house is beautiful and very clean. And the river is literally right there! It’s great for playing in it or sipping coffee on the deck and just admiring it. My family and my brothers family stayed here together with plenty of room for us. If you are on the fence at all… I highly suggest renting this place!"

The house features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. While the bedrooms may be on the smaller side the rustic charm, scenic views, and recent updates make this place the perfect vacation house! As you step inside, you'll immediately be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the spacious living area, featuring newly installed windows that provide an abundance of natural light. This space is fully furnished with 2 sectional sofas, a coffee table, and a beautiful accent wall featuring a cozy LED fireplace and large wall mounted smart TV. From the windows guests will see stunning views of the blue ridge mountains! The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, creating an ideal space for entertaining guests or simply enjoying cozy family dinners.

The dining area is just off from the living room and features a table with enough seats to accommodate 4 guests!

Moving right along, the well-appointed kitchen boasts new, stainless steel appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, new kitchen cabinets, new counter tops, and a convenient breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen also includes smaller appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker, and all utensils and cookware are new as of August 2024.

The next room on the left is one of the guest bedrooms. This bedroom features a twin bunk bed, smart tv, and a closet for storage. There is also a half bathroom in this room for guests to use!

Across from this bedroom is where the full size bathroom is located. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, new vanity, new mirror, and new toilet!

As you move along guests will find the two remaining bedrooms at the end of the hall, one on the left and one on the right. The bedroom on the left is considered the master and features a king sized bed, smart TV, LED fireplace, and multiple windows for natural light! The bedroom on the right is considered the other guest bedroom and features a queen sized bed with storage underneath, a smart TV, LED fireplace, and multiple widows providing natural light!

Outside, the property offers a spacious backyard, providing the perfect setting for outdoor activities, gardening, or simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air. There is also a well that is accessible on the property. Guests can also enjoy picking apples from the large tree from in the front yard! Many of our guests have sent photos of the wildlife roaming the front and back yards! Deer and rabbits are common to see in this area!

Located just 5 minutes from downtown Galax, residents will enjoy easy access to a variety of local amenities, including shops, restaurants, parks, and schools. This property is located just minutes from the New River and boat ramp access. Our mountain properties are nestled in the woods, which means you're truly immersed in nature, it's part of the charm! That said, while we take every measure to keep our properties clean and comfortable, you may occasionally see a bug or critter during your stay along with other wild life including bears and deer. This is completely normal for a forested environment and part of the rustic experience. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help minimize visits from curious insects. If you're especially sensitive to nature's little visitors, feel free to pack some bug spray for added peace of mind!

Beautiful Cabin House. Decorated with outdoors theme in mind. Located just off the New River Trail and only 12 minutes to Galax or Fries Va. We are exactly 20 min off I-77 exit. All beds come with sheets and bedding. All towels and wash clothes are included as well. We have washer and dryer fir you convenience also. It sleeps 8 people in beds and has 3 recliners and a couch if you would like to sleep even more guests. One king, 1 queen, and 4 twin bunk beds. Upstairs has bathrooms that connects living erea and bedroom and the downstairs has bathroom that connects living erea and bedroom. Nice deck off main floor and a big patio deck off the bottom level. Very private and georgous views out the back picture windows. Lots if wildlife and feel free to hike and explore the woods and property. Just make yourself at home and enjoy. The bedroom is a cozy pine board themed retreat with a Queen bed and USB ports on each side of bed, 42” flat screen and a sitting chair with some extra comfy blankets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances, utensils, plates, bowls and a Keurig Coffee Machine.

Full sized bathroom with shower/tub combo along with fresh towels and complimentary soaps and shampoos.

Complimentary WiFi and you are welcome to use your own Netflix, Hulu and other accounts on the smart TV’s.

We can provide 2 complimentary bikes for your enjoyment upon request for the New River Trail or just riding around town, so no need to pay extra rental fees and hassle with renting. We have added gel seats for extra comfort and one bike has an air pump. We also have bicycle storage for your personal bikes in the basement with security lock, security code will be provided upon request. We also provide electricity for the EV Bikes in the storage area.
