This house is tucked away and the surrounding gardens make it feel very private. The house was very comfortable and spacious for our family of four. No air conditioning. Nor is there in the main house where we live. Rare in Santa Barbara houses due to its coastal location. This was never an issue for years but last few summers have had some record-breaking heat. We provide a powerful Dyson tower fan and an auxiliary fan which will make room comfortable if there is a “heatwave”. This is a rare rare occurrence.
