Other reviewers have said that they could hear the upstairs neighbors, but during our stay, there were people staying above us, and we didn't hear a peep or a footstep. The only small surprise is that the property doesn't have an oven or toaster oven. That's probably in the description and I didn't notice. It does have a toaster and a microwave, and that was fine for us. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to return! Thank you!"

This perfect oasis offers many custom features including all hardwood floors, vaulted wood ceiling, extensive cabinetry, comfortable reclining sofa furniture, two flat screen TVs , WiFi, fully stocked kitchen (including dishwasher), indoor & outdoor tables for dining, ceiling fans in every room, walk-in shower & a private washer and dryer. Each bedroom offers queen beds, a double door closet & plenty of space so you can really feel at home.
This rare, new single family home comes with screened, double-pane windows for a majestic ocean view and possible dolphin sightings! There are multiple private outdoor seating options, private 3-burner propane grill & secure private brick stone driveway offering parking for three vehicles. Fenced in yard and very private, the driveway has a gate that you can close.
This is the home you need for your vacation! It's located in a charming beach town that offers restaurants, shopping, markets, post office, gas station, convenience stores & a new full court basketball and tennis at the Summerland school during (none) school hours for your use, all within walking distance. The Summerland beach (Look Out Park) is operated by the County of Santa Barbara and is less than 1/2 mile from the Summerland Double Dolphin home. The park (Look out Park) offers a beautiful newly renovated playground, sand volleyball, ping pong tables, picnic tables, charcoal grills, Free parking and a Car Charging station. Great sunrise, sunsets, dolphins and whales at certain times of the year!
The town of Summerland may be quaint but it offers something for everyone; whether you want to hike/bike the well groomed trails and backroads, surf the world famous Rincon, lay on the quiet beach, take the public bus to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria (world's safest beach!) or stay at home and watch the ocean - this is the place for you.

- "We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to explore Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. House is as pictured. Fantastic ocean breeze comes through the big windows. Hosts are very responsive. We would definitely stay again." - "Girls trip getaway! Loved having so much near the home! Beach was a couple miles away, the nugget restaurant walking distance which was good and atmosphere was great. We took an uber to santa barbara, enjoyed dinner, comedy show and an Irish pub. Fun times were had. The home had everything we needed for our weekend. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating, ceiling fans came in handy as it was a bit warm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Our ocean view studio is located one block to restaurants, the Red Kettle Coffee Shop, shopping and the beach. Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, a trundle bed, full bath, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Pets are welcome-max 2 pets. ($75 one time pet fee.)

- "Not the hosts fault but it was really noisy! Just be sure and turn the air on . They also have a be noise cancelling machine . I thought that was very thoughtful. In order to keep water in the tub they had a weird set of shower curtains set up which I didn’t like. It wasn’t possible to take a bath? Anyway a fun area to explore and a cute place to stay!" - "This property is as listed and then some!! It is well stocked, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Short drive to Montecito -use the frontage road, no need for the 101. If you have a dog with you, use the self-serve dog wash at the park and come home with clean doggie!! The hosts are very accommodating and helpful if you are looking for something or somewhere to go."

Relax with a glass of wine while watching the sunset in the Adirondack chairs from the huge garden! Perhaps the garden is the vacation itself. The delightful Palm Cottage is centrally located in Summerland California. Easy to walk to the beach, dinner or shopping. 1 bedroom and small living and kitchenette complete with full refrigerator and stove, (2 person MAX). Master has queen with a tropical garden view. Hard wood and tile floors. Casa Tropical has 2 kayaks are available for use . There is a fenced back yard perfect for your pooch. This is an historic beach cottage duplex for a perfect vacation near the beach in a safe. Shopping and relaxing on Lillie Avenue is your perfect activity followed by relaxing in your private yard. Private key pad gate goes out for your own entrance. Our bottom floor unit is completely on a level itself with its own entrance. It has a private entrance that is easy walking to multiple locations including antiques, shops, dinner and the beach. It's cottage-y not condo-y. A great place to retreat from the beach or area activities. There is a huge walk in closet as well!

The cottage is conveniently located near walkable shops, restaurants and the beach. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. The patio garden is peaceful and private.
