The house was so spacious we could spread out and not feel like we were piled on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood in a small town, but we spent a day in St. Louis, only an hour or so away. And the eclipse, what a bonus! We had a great family trip, and the house size and location was a big part of our great experience."

The house is a completely redecorated, 1,200 square foot, brick Cape Cod. It's located in a quiet, north-side, residential neighborhood. There is a space for one vehicle in a detached garage. A minimum 30 day stay is required.

The unique architectural design is tastefully enhanced with Restoration Hardware furniture and decorative accents. Guests are quite impressed with the uniqueness of the design and the quality of the furnishings. Simply spectacular!

There is one security camera on the front porch facing the front door. It records audio and video 24/7 for guest and property safety.

📑 Important Booking Information

A Renter Agreement is required to book. It will be sent to you at the time of booking for signature.

A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card two days before arrival. This hold is released within five days of departure, pending no damages. Both the Rental Agreement and security deposit will be via a secured link sent at the time of booking.
