The fenced "courtyard" outside our room was nice, overlooking the Gunnison River. (only suggestion would be to add a screen door to let in fresh air.) We walked along the river at dusk our 2nd night, following the solar stakes. Very peaceful and beautiful. Only other missing thing was the office people. - "Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Very clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. Host was very responsive as well and accommodating to our requests. AC was super cold especially down in basement area. The only cons..we wish there were darker curtains in the bedrooms during sleeping as that is what we are used to but not a big deal. Beds were very comfy also. Neighborhood was very nice and home is very close to Montrose Airport and other shopping areas/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Montrose. DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATER:
Our home is located next to the local drive-in movie theater. We have never had any complaints about noise or light from the theater. If there are cars lined up to get into the theater, just drive past and pull into the driveway. You do not have to wait in the traffic. Please see our great reviews or message me with any questions or concerns.

This home is a duplex with a shared driveway but no shared walls. Please message me If you need more space for a larger group and you're interested in renting out both properties.

Lots of out of town guests so we all had to find places to stay. Thankfully I found Toni's property. My family stayed in the one unit and my brother and family stayed in the back unit. Our property was exactly as described. An older home but most importantly it was clean, spacious and a great host. That is all I ever want in a property. It doesn't have central air like her other unit so the coolers were loud and running non stop but mainly because Montrose had record breaking temps the week we were there. That normally wouldn't be an issue since Montrose weather is normally perfect. Overall we were super pleased with our host and the property and very thankful for all the little touches she added to make the stay perfect. Thanks Toni!!!!"

You can take a hike or bike to the famous water park in Montrose. This beautiful home is equipped for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. Fenced backyard. The house is a duplex and are both Short Term Rentals. The duplex is located in a peaceful small subdivision.
The subdivision is close distance to gas station, wine store, and convenient store. It's 4 mins away from the grocery store and downtown Montrose.
The location is central to many destinations including Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Crested Butte, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Like the saying goes, Stay in Montrose and Play everywhere.

- "This is the cutest place! My husband and I, teenage son and mother-in-law were very comfortable here! And it was so nice that we all had our own rooms. Luz is a great host and communicator. It's also very CLEAN, which is wonderful. They have given careful consideration to the needs of their guests, and it is well appointed with the things you may need for a relaxing stay. Check in process was a breeze and they also send a helpful checklist for checking out. We don't get to Montrose often, but this will be our GO TO when we do! The only thing to note is that there is window in the back door (that leads to the fenced, private backyard) that is not covered, some may feel a bit weird about that,we got used to it. Book it, you will love it! :)"

The backyard was a fun spot to hang too with horse shoes, seating and a garden ready for picking for amazing salads. So many thoughtful details that made it feel like home. Beautiful Log Home, on 145 acres with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. We are located in a restful rural setting, great place to refresh, renew and watch the sunrise and sunset or gather friends and family!

The house is equipped with two king size beds, one on the main floor and the other upstairs in the master bedroom. There are two queen beds, one queen on the main floor and the other downstairs. There is a queen hide-a-bed and three bunk beds also downstairs. There is internet and three flat screen TV's.

The kitchen is fully stocked and also has a coffee maker, keurig machine, french press, toasters, trash compactor, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove and two ovens. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with washer and dryer and iron and ironing board.

We are family friendly. We have a hi-chair, Pack N Play, and a child's small table and chairs, kids utensils, cups and plates.

There is a large front patio with Weber grill and a back patio too. Enough room for kids to play and even roller blade. There is an outdoor storage box with games. We have two mountain bikes available upon request. Please contact owners about accessing them.

We are ten minutes from the small town of Olathe, that only has one restaurant and small grocery store. Twenty-five minutes from Delta, Colorado and 30 minutes from Montrose, Colorado. Both Delta and Montrose have restaurants and shopping, Montrose having more to offer than Delta. The Montrose Airport (MTJ) is 20 minutes away. So please plan ahead to grocery shop before arriving.

There is much to do on the Western Slope of Colorado:
Black Canyon National Park, off road jeeping,
mountain biking, golfing, skiing, swimming, rock climbing, hiking, parachuting, fly fishing, and an hour away is the National Monument up in Grand Junction. Ouray, CO is known as "The Little Switzerland of America" with a great hot springs. Or ski in Telluride which is about a hour and half away or during off season ride the gondola.

The most noise will be the sparrows and cows! Well appointed kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, it was really a stress free relaxing time. Gay Lynn is very responsive and we had zero issues. 10/10 would stay again!"
