- "Beautiful, very clean property. Would stay in again and again. " - "very secluded and private" - "The house was exactly as described. Would be a great house for two families or those with older kids who want their own hangout space. We grilled on the firepit and cooked in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have a few more prep dishes, but we made do. If you have a lot of people to feed, be prepared to do dishes often. Bedrooms were great. Very nice.Dock was nice to have. House is in a small bay, so didn’t need to worry about waves, etc. You could just drop a hook in and catch endless (small) panfish. Didn't have much luck out on the lake, but you are close to many great lakes. Had a storm roll thru the morning of our last full day and lost power and internet. Generator kicked in on its own. We were very grateful for that. Overall, great house and great stay."

Our cabin is located on the shores of one of the most desired lakes in the Northwoods ! Carlin Lake is a PRIVATE 153 acre crystal clear gem with NO public access. The cabin is situated on 10 acres with 440 ft of frontage. On the outside there is a private sandy beach, pier for your boat and a fire pit with a swing and 2 rocking adirondack chairs. Whether you want to swim, fish, enjoy water sports or just relax with your favorite book. There is also a picnic table and a charcoal Weber grill, canoe and rowboat for your enjoyment. There are many excellent restaurants nearby to satisfy your taste buds. Close to bicycle, hiking, snowshoe and cross country ski and snowmobile trails also. On the inside the master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size and full size bed and plenty of storage. A/C is available but rarely used as the summer nights are typically cool. For the winter nights there is a newly installed 2021 HVAC system. The bathroom offers tub and shower. The kitchen includes refrigerator, electric stove / oven, microwave (located on porch ) and a regular coffee maker and a Kuerig coffee maker along with all cookware and utensils. Recent remodeling included converting the carport into a beautiful THREE season room complete with a farm table with seating for six and a large sofa sectional. We also have WiFi. We are on a newer 2016 well but still ask that we use water conservatively. Recently remodeled 2024 walls and ceilings to knotty tongue and groove pine for that true Northwoods look and feel. NOTE: Three season room is NOT heated. Security cameras installed on driveway and lakeside.

- "Perfect size property for a family of four. Cabin is well-stocked and modern. Great location within 15 minutes of Boulder Junction and Presque Isle. Annabelle Lake has OK fishing and swimming, not great for either but we did catch fish and went swimming most days. Backup generator was really nice when severe storms came through. Would definitely stay again!" - "We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We have rented and enjoyed many different places, but this one was really great! Thank you for having almost any kitchen item you could need and excellent pots and pans! It felt like being at home! Both the deck and the patio were so nice to have, along with the fire pit! Beautiful log cabin on pristine Lake. All knotty pine interior. We feature a wet bar that seats nine over looking the lake, large open kitchen and living room. Full bathroom, two good size bedrooms with two queen size beds in each. Four satellite televisions, stero, cd player, DVD player and VCR. Large deck with plenty room to BBQ and relax. Excellent swimming right off the aluminum pier, large fire pit area with lots of room to sit after a busy day of fishing and swimming. The lake is very clean and great for fishihg walleyes, perch and big muskeys there is also good hunting in this entire area. We are located in the snow belt so in winter it snows almost every day. The home is located very close to the snowmobile trails that go for hundreds of miles both in Wisconsin and the UP. There is down hill and cross country sking and the ice fishing is fantastic.

This place truly has something for everyone in the family. We bring our friends with us for weekends and they just rave about the experiance. Presque Isle is a great place to relax, we have plenty of good resturants in the area and the people are some of the nicest we ever met. We would love to have you come on your next vacation. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

- "It was a beautiful property, right on the water! We had the best time!" - "This place is very clean and is perfect for a small family or couples getaway. Great view over the lake. Quiet and relaxing. Parking is not very convenient but workable. We arrived after dark and there was no lighting leading us to the rental. I’ll still give it five stars though! Wished we could’ve spent more time there but we had a lot of activities planned. We’d stay again and bring the boat for some fishing. The lake appears to be super clean!"

Last minute short stays available! Typically renting Weekly Sunday - Sunday Mid June to Mid August. 2 night minimum all other months. Occasionally cancellations will allow for shorter stays, please inquire prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the season, select dates for accurate pricing.

The Sunfish Cabin overlooks the swim area and open grassy area next to the Musky House. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds to sleep up to 4. There is enough parking space in front for two cars or one truck with trailer.

Stay year round in this sweet retreat located in the Northwoods. Enjoy the nature while sitting in the Sauna. Located near many lakes including the Turtle Chain and minutes from the Manitowish Lakes Chain. Fishing, hunting, boating, swimming, kayaking, downhill and x-country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, etc. Located on snowmobile trail leading to Vilas County trail system as well as Upper Michigan trail system. Win-Man trails located minutes away.

If you love the peace and quiet of nature; this is the place for you. Uncle Chad's Cabin is close to area interests (hiking, lakes, ski hills) but provides privacy and relaxation away from the busy world.

Our pet friendly cabin is available with an additional cleaning fee. Pets are not to be left in the cabin unattended.
