Our villa is in the most desired location on Guiones Beach in J section and as close to the beach as you can get. It is a secluded beach-side property with large pool and natural jungle surroundings.

Imagine yourself walking barefoot down a short path through the jungle to the pristine beach, surfboard in hand. Our private beach access path gets you from the pool to the world class surf and swimming in less than a minute! It is one of only 26 beachfront lots in Guiones and newly renovated in 2025. It has new AC throughout the house and a new outdoor space/pool.

Want a little space and privacy for you and your family and friends to spread out? The villa has three individual units that all open directly to the large outdoor patio, sparkling swimming pool and a detached covered bar with grill, refrigerator, and swing. It is deal for large or multiple families, groups of friends or entertaining guests. The villa units are not available to be rented individually.

The villa has beautifully landscaped grounds with lush gardens. You can hear the surf, watch monkeys, birds or other wildlife right from the large backyard.

Facing the covered front entrances, to the right is the two bedroom “Master Suite”. The ground floor bedroom offers space for up to four guests with a king bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds as well as a full bathroom. The bedroom opens directly to the back patio and swimming pool. Adjacent the ground floor bedroom is a large living area and completely renovated kitchen complete with large island, comfortable furniture, a swing, and breakfast nook. The master bedroom upstairs is equipped with another full bathroom, walk-in closet, desk space for two, king bed, a day bed for an extra person or child, and private balcony overlooking the pool with a hammock.

In the center of Villa Belitza on the ground floor is the “Studio” apartment with a full bathroom, king bed, day bed with trundle and sliding doors opening to the outdoor living space. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025.

The entrance on the left leads into the third unit “Junior Suite”. The ground floor has a full kitchen with breakfast bar, large family room, and sliding doors opening to the outdoor living area and swimming pool. One fold out couch can be used as an additional bed. The large bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, another full bath and offers an additional private lanai overlooking the pool and a hammock and sitting area.

All in all it was a fantastic place to stay where everyone had plenty of space and privacy and the location was walkable to pretty much everything. Will definitely be booking again."

Casas con Patio is a complex of two separate houses of 3 bedrooms each. The complex is organized around a central courtyard.

Casa con Patio 2 has 2 private patios/courtyards ones which gives light to the interior spaces of each house. The architectural concept was created with the purpose creating the feeling that the house is levitating above the gardens and that every space inside the house is illuminated throughout the day with natural light.

The kitchen has a big area for storage and the U shaped working area to create a very functional social-working space, this social space has a double height celling and a cross natural ventilation system that keeps the area fresh without the need of AC. We recommend renting a golf cart for those who want to be also in Guiones, it is around a 5-10 min drive depending on where you want to go in town. Or you can also hire a Tuk Tuk to drive you around town.
If you are coming from the airport you can either come by shuttle, fly to Nosara Airport or rent a car.

Other things to note

Please note that Guiones is a developing town, so we have construction going on in the neighborhood. We have a construction project going on nearby the house, in case something changes we will let you know right away. This is why we are offering a construction discounted rate.

Nalu Nosara is tucked away on a small street where we have lots of mango trees and howler monkeys (that like to eat them). At the same time, we are right in the heart of Playa Guiones which is the main part of Nosara. We are just a 5 minute walk to the beach or the restaurants, bars, and stores.

Getting Around:
You can easily walk to the beach, surf, surf shops to rent a board, restaurants, bars, and a mini-super to buy groceries. You can also rent an ATV or golf cart to get to some places further away, plus it's a fun way to get around. If you'd like to rent a car, there are several car agencies in town or you can just rent a car from the airport and then have the car for your stay.

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.

Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card. Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.

Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. This Property has a water reserve tank for Guests during water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.

Casa Cresta Pelada is a large luxury home completed in late 2020. Great beach access with expansive jungle canopy views, occasional Howler Monkeys up at 5 am. The home is in southernmost part of Playa Pelada, bordering the park space between Guiones and Pelada. Five minute walk to the beach at Pelada and sunset dining at La Luna and <15 minute walk with your surfboard to the famous surf in Guiones. Large sliding doors open the full back of the house to the pool deck, perfect for entertaining and families. 2 master suites on top floor, each with a four-poster king sized bed and private bathroom with shower and separate large granite soaking tub. Top floor masters also have large balcony with views over the canopy. Main floor is an open plan living area with full kitchen and a large dining table that seats 8-10 for big family meals. Bottom floor has a 4-bed bunk room with private full bath and a lockable apartment with a queen bed and second full kitchen. House includes a washer/dryer and a covered carport with lockable gate for security.

Costa Rica's government strives to be carbon neutral, and as a result, electricity is very very expensive, which means running the AC units is very very expensive. There are independent AC units in every bedroom, and we ask that for the sake of both the environment and our pocketbook that you please turn off the AC units whenever you leave the bedrooms. The AC unit on the main floor, which is very modern and open and has tons of windows and sliding doors, has been disconnected from power because it is very expensive to use and even if run all day at full blast with all windows closed and shades drawn, will cool that area only moderately more than simply leaving the windows open and enjoying the jungle breeze with an occasional dip in the pool. We are happy to connect that main level AC unit on request but must charge an additional $50/day for having that available. Thank you for your understanding and efforts to turn off AC when not in the bedrooms.

With the increased popularity of Nosara and Playa Pelada petty theft from houses and cars is a universal problem in the area—every house has experienced it. We urge you to follow these easy precautions to prevent almost all problems. WE DO PROVIDE A PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD FOR YOUR EVENINGS OUT at no additional charge.

The home is entirely surrounded by a green wall fence, outside security cameras, security lights, and an alarm system, all of which you will be instructed on the use at check in. Collect your iPads, computers, cash, passports, valuables, phones if leaving them behind and lock everything in the safes prior to leaving the home each time.

Casa Besos was intentionally created to celebrate the community with friends and family. The owners' first journey to Nosara took place over 10 years ago and they have seen the town grow and evolve. They choose to build a very personal home to share with special guests and friends.

The space

The main room wall is glass and opens to the tranquil pool and BBQ area. The gourmet kitchen offers a professional-grade stove to cook or to hire one of Nosara's well-known private chefs. There are 5 seats at the kitchen island to discuss the day's waves or yoga class and the dining room table is constructed from a single piece of Guanacaste tree wood seating 10. The Living Room has a 65" flat-screen Smart TV with Cable and popular Apps from the home screen.

It has a Sonos sound system that enables fun and relaxed vibe both inside and outside the home. There is a special BBQ area with a professional-grade grill next to the pool, complete with an outdoor sink to grill the day's fresh catch. Enjoy dinner on the patio and a relaxing plunge in the two-tiered waterfall pool surrounded by palm trees that are lit beautifully at night by professional lighting. The hanging swing over the pool is a great place to unwind or watch the howler monkey families cruise and play in the jungle canopy over the home.

Of Casa Besos 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and 3 are King Size Master beds each with its own bathroom. The 4th bedroom is a kids' bunk room with 4 beds stocked with games and art supplies for the kids. Each bedroom is designed with a minimalist and modern focus. All bedrooms have custom sliding doors that open to the pool and each shower has beautiful hand-painted tile by a local craftsman.

The primary master bedroom on the second floor is stunning and tranquil with a rich indigo blue wallpaper, a large deck that overlooks the pool, and an added sun area with a day-bed and chairs to enjoy the beautiful morning sunlight, lazy afternoons, or quiet evenings reading or taking in the ocean and jungle sounds.

Casa Besos prioritized good design and security with its construction. A security guard patrols the property nightly during dinner and late evening.

Many visitors to Guiones opt to not rent a car. In fact, Casa Beso's location is ideal because it is a four-minute walk to the beach and within a ten-minute walk to the famous Bodhi Tree Resort, several bars and restaurants, multiple surf shops, bakery, gym, and market. Many families opt to rent ATVs or golf carts to cruise around town or venture to neighboring beaches. If a car is a must, there are multiple car rental options in Nosara - but by no means necessary given Casa Besos' ideal location in Section J.

We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds

Both homes have a fully stocked kitchen and dining space. The main house is prepped for catering services and includes GE Café Appliances in matte white with brushed bronze accents. Tres Olas offers 5-star concierge services, including activity bookings, restaurant reservations, catering options, surf lessons, transportation services, and yoga classes. Additionally, your stay will include a morning wipe down and bed making, a mid-week linen and towel change with cleaning, and optional nightly turndown service. There are two laundry rooms, each supplied with a front loading washer and dryer, HE detergent, and large stainless steel soaking tubs. Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and limited paper towels will be stocked upon arrival. Pool skimming and exterior sweep are performed daily, and a twice-weekly pool cleaning is included. A second-floor yoga platform provides jungle views and the natural salt pool touches every view.

Guests are provided sand-free Dock and Bay towels, poolside lounge chairs with cushions, poolside seating, and three outdoor showers. Additionally, a locked surfboard cage is there for your use along the ocean side path. For the tech-savvy or work from a home guest, Tres Olas includes quality high-speed wifi access to the internet. You can walk to all the action in North Guiones, though if you are looking to explore the neighboring beaches and towns, you can rent a golf cart, ATV or UTV, if you are looking to explore more then a rental car will be your best way to go, as for further beaches you might have to cross a river.

- "This home was unreal!! All the necessary amenities, perfect location, and fantastic property management. We enjoyed everything, but having a private path to the beach was ideal. We had our older teens with us so a week membership at the Gilded Iguana was so easy and within a few hundred meters of the house. The pool was an ideal temperature offering a “respite” from the beach. Restaurants were plentiful . . . The Gilded Iguana, Argentinian Grill, and La Luna were the faves! Those of us that enjoy a great New England IPA lucked out with the Jungle Haze NEIPA at the Blue Zone. The wildlife in Nosara with coatimundi, iguanas, and howlers provided daily entertainment and Sibu Wildlife Refuge gave an educational and heartfelt view on the importance of Costa Rica government and utility organizations taking care of the number one reason why people visit. The fascinating Villa Neomar was created as a symbiosis of modern living amidst old trees and beautiful plants. - "This house is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. All the necessary cooking requirements, shampoos, soaps, laundry detergents, books, and games were all available. The bedrooms are all very comfortably furnished, the walkout from the primary suite is wonderful. The house is walking distance from shops, a bakery, Guiones Beach, restaurants, and Tuesday market with its various vendors…a must! Our fav restaurants were Al Chile, Il Basilico, and Olga’s Beach Bar. Make the short drive to Playa Pelada, just gorgeous."

The pool, seating arrangements, covered eating area was used and enjoyed everyday (all day long). The 2nd Floor Primary Bedroom is certainly impressive. Two retractable glass walls enable an incredible view of the ocean to the west and the jungle and turtle hatching beaches to the north. This room has a large walk in closet, and a giant ensuite bathroom with modern bath tub, and 2 showers separated by a glass door. (both indoor and outdoor).
The South Ocean and Central Ocean bedrooms both offer views of the ocean right from your bed. They share a bathroom which also has an ocean view.
