The Space:

The apartment where you are about to stay is brand new and fully renovated (72 square meters) with highest standards by our family construction company (Clever Constructions Co) and by the well-known architect Dimitris Moschos. It is located on the first floor and can be accessed by it’s renovated elevator.

A great house is more likely to provide a great experience; and that's what we aim for, especially when it comes to our holidays!
Thus, no expenses have been spared in the materials and quality of work of our renovations, in order to ensure the exclusivity of our apartments;

As you can see from the photos the flat is extremely luxury. There are hidden lightings everywhere in order to ensure a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in the place. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and last an extremely spacious bathroom. All mattresses are anatomical to offer a relaxing and a comfortable sleep to all guests. There is also an electrical heater radiator in the bathroom for having your towels hanged. The flat is ideal for up to 5 guests since the second bedroom can be separated from the living room by its enormous sliding door as seen in the photos. This makes the flat extremely spacious for 2 or 5 guests since the second bedroom can be used also as a living room. At the living room there is a big couch (blue) that can be also used as a bed for the 5th guest. In front of the building there is square and a park full of trees that makes you feel like not staying in the heart of Athens.

It is equipped with all necessary and luxury amenities such us professional aircoditioning (daikin) a unit to each room, fast and reliable free internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry (washer), microwave, oven with kitchen hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, 3 televisions, one 48 inch in the 2nd bedroom, one 43 inch in the living room and last one 32 inch in the master bedroom (one to each room). All televisions are SMART technology (Samsung) so that you can plug your usb device to watch movies, listen to music or even watch Netflix!. A professional sound system (CD-DVD player) with 4 speakers fitted in the ceiling for perfect sounding, with external port available also to connect your device (iphone etc) and last but not least 2 beautiful balconies with a sitting area where you can drink your coffee or have lunch, all necessities guaranteed to enhance your visit to Athens.

The apartment is fully furnished, with one double king size bed (1.60m. width, 2.10 m. length.) and another folding couch (dark grey) which turns into a 1.60 m. x 2,40 m. double bed. The second room can be even separated to an individual bedroom by closing the large sliding door or keep it as a living room by having the sliding door open.

A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. It is air-conditioned by three brand new Daikin units (total of 36.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlight flowing in. Furthermore, the front balcony provides seating (ideal for a peaceful breakfast right next to the flowers and the Acropolis) and the side balcony has an open view to a small garden I have planted for you!. The living room is spacious and cozy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. In addition, hidden lighting creates an atmospheric twist in both bedrooms the living room and the toilet. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron w/ ironing bed, laundry washer w/ drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, security alarm, security door, and plenty of storage space (closets). Upon request for families with small children a Crib is Available (upon request) and a Baby chair also (upon request) can be provided without any extra charge.

You only needed to go up the elevator to the next level and the apartment is straight ahead of you when you turn right out of the elevator. My apartment is a spacious and cozy place 63 square meters, perfectly located in the heart of the historic center of Athens, in the neighborhood of Thiseio, few meters away from Apostolou Pavlou pedestrian street. Acropolis Hill and Ancient Agora is only 10 minutes walking.
The location couldn’t be better.
The metro station is only 3 minutes away thats why it is an ideal getaway destination for someone who wants to explore the city of Athens.
The view from the shared rooftop (3 floors up by narrow, typical, back stairs) is spectacular. Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment which I always make sure to be clean and neat.
Whenever is in our hand, we will be glad to offer an early check-in or late check-out.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and last an extremely spacious bathroom with amazing lightings. All mattresses are anatomical to offer a relaxing and a comfortable sleep to all guests. There is also an electrical heater radiator in the bathroom for having your towels hanged. The flat is ideal for up to 5 guests due to the two independently bedrooms. At the living room there is a big couch (purple) that can be also used as a bed for the 5th guest.

It is equipped with all necessary and luxury amenities such us a professional cooling and heating system (central heating and cooling for the entire place-all rooms have the ability to control independantly the temperature - a total of 42.000 btu). Extremely quiet when it is turned on. You will also find USB plugs everywhere to charge your electrical devices and an HDMI plug to connect your laptop with the 45' TV. The internet connection is very fast and reliable in order to stream movies and watch youtube. There is also provided Netflix to all guests (logged in with my account) in case they want to stay in and relax by watching series or movies. Moreover, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry (washer), microwave, oven with kitchen hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, 3 televisions, one 45' inch in the living room and two more 32' inch, one in each bedroom. All televisions are SMART technology so that you can plug your usb device to watch movies, listen to music or even watch Netflix-Youtube!. There is also a professional sound system (CD-DVD player) with 4 speakers fitted in the ceiling for perfect sounding at the living room, with external port available also to connect your device (iphone etc). You will also find speakers on the ceiling in each bedroom in order to connect your phone (via bluetooth) to listen to your own music while relaxing and last but not least 1 beautiful balcony with a sitting area where you can drink your coffee or have lunch, all necessities guaranteed to enhance your visit to Athens. The building is extremely quiet and it is located in a discreet neighborhood.

The apartment is fully furnished, with two double king size beds (1.60m. width, 2.00 m. length.) one in each bedroom and a couch bed (purple) in the living room (2,60 length x0,90 width) . A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. At the kitchen you will also find a small planter box. It is air-conditioned by a professional cooling-heating system (total of 42.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlight flowing in. Furthermore, the front balcony provides seating (ideal for a peaceful breakfast right next to the flowers and the Acropolis) The living room is spacious and cozy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. In addition, hidden lighting creates an atmospheric twist in both bedrooms the living room and the toilet. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron w/ ironing bed, laundry washer w/ drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, security alarm, security door, and plenty of storage space (closets). There is also a safe box in every bedroom so that you can lock your important belongings such us passports etc.

Upon request for families with small children a Crib is Available (upon request) and a Baby chair also (upon request) can be provided without any extra charge.

-The Acropolis is 12 mins. away, by foot; (1000 m. away), and the Acropolis Museum is just a few minutes away (10 minutes), so is the Acropolis Metro station; the nearest Metro station (Fix) is 600m. away (7 min. walk). -Basic facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, police station, grocery stores are in the direct vicinity of the apartment; an informational leaflet with all exact locations and maps will be provided upon your arrival.

-Most Athens centre nightlife hotspots (such as Plaka, Thisseion, Monastiraki, Psyri, Gkazi and Kolonaki) can be directly reached by foot, Metro or bus-trolley.

The apartment is in the Koukaki neighborhood, a lovely place to live in Athens. It's close to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Modern Art Museum, Plaka Square, Syntagma Square, Kalimarmaro Stadium, and many other historical attractions.

The best way to get to the apartment is either by metro or taxi. Syngrou fix metro station is located only a 6 minute walk from the apartment.

Completely renovated to make your stay more enjoyable, this apartment is located in Varatassi str. 7, a pedestrian street next to Alexandras Avenue, near the center of Athens.
Located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator, furnished by its architect owner with an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture, it has a pleasant living-dining room, two separate bedrooms (one of which is equipped with 'a double bed 160 cm and the other two single beds), a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower 80X100.

The location is one of the most central of the city, thus access is very convenient, both by public transit, underground metro and taxis, mini Vans or cars. It is not far from Syntagma Square and the Parliament. It can be easily accessed with a direct line from the Airport by Metro which has a station just opposite of the apartment, at a rate of 10 euros per person, 45 minutes transportation time.
Parking for cars is provided near the apartment at about 7 euros a day.
A taxi or a mini Van may pick you up when you arrive at the Airport or other Port. The cost of the taxi from the Airport to the Apartment is 50 euros, daytime, the official flat rate that you pay to the driver, you do not have to wait at the queues and the driver knows exactly where the apartment is. He will wait for you with a sign with your name just after the customs. For more than 4 persons or for many luggage a mini Van may be required at a rate of 100 euros daytime. Travel time by taxi or Van from the Airport to the apartment is 40-45 min. Kindly please note that as from 1st January 2024, all reservations existing and future will be charged with VAT at 13%. This is a new law that is obligatory for all reservations. If you are not charged with this VAT you will be asked to pay the amount in cash on your arrival.
