A beautiful location, rolling between the dunes overlooking the dunes, the sea and the Nesserbos. Within walking distance you will also find several restaurants where you can also have a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The space
Because the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the complex, it has a beautiful view on both the forest and the sea side. It is well served by stairs and an elevator.

In 2023, the apartment was completely modernized. For example, a new kitchen has been installed, a new floor and curtains, dining table and chairs and the bathroom has been modernized. We have also installed a new outdoor terrace including a luxury garden set, lounge set and parasol.

Ameland is subject to a €2.04 tourist tax per person (from 4 years) per night.

Út fan Hûs is a selfcatering holiday accommodation for 2 people on Ameland. Út fan Hûs is located on the edge of the village of Nes, within walking distance of the harbour. There is a 30m2 south-facing terrace at the apartment. The distance to the beach is about 2000 metres.

Út fan Hûs is quietly and centrally located in Nes. The apartment is fresh and new, completed in late 2022!

You can regularly see deer from the apartment that walk wildly through the dunes on Ameland. Pheasants and rabbits often pass by. In addition, from the apartment you will see the most beautiful skies passing by.

On Ameland you can really experience the ultimate island feeling. It is a great holiday destination in every season.

The beautiful boat trip - where you immediately experience the holiday feeling - of about 45 minutes from Holwerd to Ameland is easy to book via the website of Wagenborg passenger services; there are many sailings daily. You can bring a vehicle like a bike or a car. Changing the reservation of the boat is also easy.

The apartment has an area of 91 m2 and a large south-facing balcony of approx. 11 m2 that overlooks the dunes. Here, the salty sea air often blows towards you and when it is dark you can see how many stars are in the sky.

You can park very spacious and free at the complex.

1st floor: entrance/hall, toilet with fountain, 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

2nd floor: landing, spacious living/dining room, kitchen, balcony of 11 m2.

The balcony is sunny from the end of the morning until sunset.

Of all the Dutch Wadden Islands, Ameland has the most varied nature. You can walk there endlessly (there are various hiking trails in the dunes, forests and along the beach) and it has no less than 100 km of bike paths.

On Ameland you can also practice various water sports, such as kayaking, surfing, beach sailing and (sloop)rowing on the Wadden Sea at rowing association Claas Sipkes. You can also climb and play golf there and there is a public swimming pool.

The sunny and spacious living room of the apartment has a spacious three-seater sofa, two fine leather armchairs, a television with YouTube and additional (international) television channels, including a large number of German and English channels. There is also a DVD system with radio. The apartment comes with free WiFi.

The spacious kitchen has a lot of light and includes a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and regular coffee maker.

In addition to 4 box springs, consisting of a double bed and two single beds, the apartment has a separate, fold-out mattress and a dining chair for a 5th guest. There are also two complete cots and a high chair available.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. There is also a washing machine.

There is a garden set on the spacious, facade-wide balcony and there is a sunshade. A separate umbrella is also provided.

Furthermore, the apartment has a washing machine, a laundry rack and an ironing board.

In the storage room at the parking spaces there is a women's bike that you can borrow for free. You can also charge electric bikes there (and at various other points on the island).

The apartment is rented incl. free bedding (i.e. 1 set per guest of 4 years and older). Also, the Tourist Tax (€2.04 per day per guest of 4 years and older) is included in the rental price. If desired, towels and tea towels can be rented on request.

Smoking and pets are not allowed

In the months of June, July and August are usually rented per week, arrival day Friday or Saturday.

In the other periods it is possible to rent a week (arrival day Friday or Saturday), a midweek (from Monday to Friday; 4 nights) or a weekend (from Friday to Monday; 3 nights).
