Badkamer en wc zijn nieuw. Via 1 slaapkamer kan je direct de WC bereiken. De studio heeft 2 open plafond ramen. De straat is rustig en stil waardoor u prima tot rust kunt komen. Er zijn 2 dakramen die open en dicht kunnen behalve de vogels hoort u verder niks ook zijn de muren goed geïsoleerd waardoor u uw eigen privacy ook heeft. Totaal is de oppervlakte rond de 50 m2 van het woon gedeelte. Voorin in het pand zit ik als masseur waar ik mijn klanten ontvang. U heeft hier verder geen last van omdat ik m'n eigen entree heb en verder geen gebruik maak van het toilet. Alles is dus gescheiden in gebruik. U kunt zelfs een ontspannende massage of stevige sportmassage boeken bij mij op afspraak.

Pleasant, spacious (70 m2) appartment on the whole groundfloor of my house with private, modest kitchen and private bathroom and access to a large cozy garden (150m2) in the center of Den Helder. Walking distance to the sea, the trainstation (75 minutes to Amsterdam) and the ferry to Texel. Parking is free in a distance of 300 meter, and around the house is a blue parking zone here you can stand for three hours. Garage available to park your bikes inside. Supermarket one minute walking distance.

The appartment has a private kitchen and private bathroom. Large bedroom with kingsize bed (180x200) and two large closets. A little office-table and cosy chair. A sitting room with sofabed and dining table. Television. Fast internet. Entrance to the sunny, spacious garden, with possibility to sit and eat outside.

The entrance had two doors, one to my apartment on the first floor. and one for the guests on the groundfloor. There you enter a large, private corridor.

The apartment is located on the ground floor directly behind the huge sea dike of Den Helder. Here are beautiful sea views every day. The best view during the Sail Den Helder event!
In the always cool sea breeze, the tough history of the area can be experienced up close, as well as the city center or the relaxed island of Texel.
Within less than 1.5 hours drive (!) you will find some of the best tourist attractions in the Netherlands - such as Amsterdam. All well worth great day trips!
