- "Fabulous property which is great for dogs and kids due to the location and park nearby. Andy left us out a ball, dog bags, prosecco, bread and plenty of toiletries which was a great litte touch. The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets. My only advice to Andy, would be to maybe consider leaving a large soft headed brush for guests to sweep the floor and a tea towel. That aside, i would not hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks Andy for a fabulous stay."

- "Comfortable and convenient for visiting family nearby. It is compact so more suitable to single occupant than a couple but we managed okay as we only really were there to sleep. Very efficient double glazing removed almost all the road noise. Very comfortable bed. The instant boiling water tap is a good addition to save space of needing a kettle (although it took a while to work out that's what it was). Issue with some water leaking in the bathroom, owner was responsive when we reported it. Would stay again."
