This prime location guest room has everything that is needed for a short stay. Set in a residential area its convenient for work related stays and leisure. Jo is a registered dog walker and if needed, could mind your dog during the day (extra charges will apply). Pencoed is a 20 minute drive from the nearest beach, 20 minute drive from Cardiff City Centre and 40 minutes from Swansea. Beautiful local walks, scenery, shops and beaches just a short drive away.

The space
This large recently refurbished stylish room is separate from the main house. It contains a double bed and large pull-out sofa bed if required, suitable for teenager/ 2 small children (at a push). The room has a private ensuite shower and toilet. There is also a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee/tea making facilities. It has its own picket fenced area to allow privacy if wanted or to allow pets to have their own run area.
Located five minutes drive from the M4 motorway junction 35 and 10 minutes walk from Pencoed Railway Station.
It is a very convenient for the Dragon Studios, Bridgend and Cardiff.
Pets are welcome but please be mindful that I do have two Welsh Sheepdogs of my own. They are both very socialised and usually out on walks throughout the day. Please, out of courtesy could you let me know prior to booking what pet you re bringing, if any. They will need to be house trained for the purpose of non- pet booking guests.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use to small gym area (at the back of the garden) and to are welcome to share the large garden space if suited.

Other things to note
We do have an outside plug that can be used for electric cars, although not designed for that purpose. If this is used to re-charge your car there will be an additional £10 charge per day.
Also, if required guests are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the house for an extra minimum charge.

It's peaceful, apart for some traffic noise during the day, and central to all amenities and a railway station which is a 5 minute walk. A bus stop is across the road and a local taxi company for longer trips. There is also 3 pubs, 5 clubs, 1 Chinese restaurant and 5 takeaways, 1 Indian restaurant and 2 takeaways, a fish and chip shop, Domino’s Pizza and shopping precinct within 10 minutes walk.

The space
The annex is a converted double garage with a single bedroom, lounge and kitchen, next door to the main detached bungalow. These two properties stand on a small private estate of three dwellings, ours, and two others belonging to members of the same family, all accessed via a private secluded drive. The rooms in the annex could be described as cosy, with a large kitchen.

Guest access
The whole of the annex is for your exclusive use, as is the 100' garden, and we have a large car park at the front of the building which can accommodate many vehicles. You may come and go as you please and we are quite secluded, located at the end of a private drive.

Private spacious self contained 1 bedroom home with free parking right outside on the premises. We now have a Z-bed so the other guest doesn't have to share. Contactless check-in but you are very welcome to knock on the door and say hello. 1 double bedroom with mountain views, large lounge / dining room and self contained kitchen. Private gardens with patios only 5 mins from MacArthur Glen Retail Park and Sainsburys supermarket.

The space
Private self contained home with spacious lounge dining room, bathroom, double bedroom with a mountain view not overlooked and a kitchen that leads out to the front garden being the main private entrance.

Free private parking on a gated drive on the premises with space for a car or a van so no parking issues.

Other things to note
We are as stated in a rural location. Ideal for walking and cycling across the common and the country lanes. Local amenities are only a few minutes drive away so if you like the shops literally on your doorstep unfortunately that is not us but if you want to escape the bussle after an enjoyable day taking in the sights of Wales then that is what we offer to you.

A delightful, pleasant and spacious one bedroom bungalow/annex in a peaceful location with own car parking and privacy.
Convenient location, 10 min walk into the town centre where you’ll find lots of lovely restaurants and pubs.

Close to large supermarkets and M4. Bridgend is located in the middle of Cardiff and Swansea, so ideal for working and getaways as close to local beaches, walking, cycling routes & shopping at the designer outlet.

The space
The kitchen and living room is open plan incorporating a dining/work space area. Separate shower room and bedroom. Although there is one double bedroom, there is room for an additional 2 guests via an air bed/camp bed that can be put up in the living room area. Please ask about this if needed.
