The house itself is located in quiet residential area, just 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beaches, town centre and all the amenities on offer locally.

The cottage has been in our family for generations- first owned by a local butcher and his wife. We've lovingly restored it to preserve its character and to incorporate stylish luxury around every corner.

From the big white traditional sink to the farmhouse dresser the kitchen oozes charm and it has all the mod cons- it is fully equipped with everything you should need. We have a washing machine (in the connected garage) and supply washing tablets. Much more importantly...we provide excellent (real!) coffee and tea. And we'll have breakfast cereals in the dresser ready for you to enjoy . We hope you enjoy it- it's part of true Portrush hospitality!

Sink into our comfy, scandi arm chairs or snuggle up on our sofa with a fluffy throw. Our sofa also converts into a double sofa bed. And all of the art on the walls is passionately painted by local artists! Our living room (and kitchen and one of the bedrooms!) features a gorgeous period cast iron fireplace - originally from a Dublin train station. This traditional character is matched with gorgeous cosy Scandinavian tones throughout.

We have 2 full bathrooms- each with luxurious overhead rain-dropper showers - they're so good they're sometimes hard to leave! We provide some lovely shampoo and shower gel in there for you too.

Bedrooms
We have 3 bedrooms- two bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2x single beds. On every bed is a luxurious, deep mattress - we want you to have the best night's sleep in Portrush! Each bedroom has hangers and hanging space. In our loft bedroom there is a little stool - stand on it to reach the window and you'll see the glorious white sand of the beach beyond the back gate!

Guest access
We have a connected garage with a washing machine and plenty of room for you to store your surf boards, kayaks, golf clubs or paddle boards!

We also have a back yard with outdoor table and chairs for warm evenings. It also has keyless entry so you can head of to the beach with no worries about carrying around keys.

There is free on street parking right outside our house with no time limits. If it's full there are some great little hidden side streets we can recommend and there is also a large car park only 100m from our front door with hundreds of spaces - and it only costs a few pounds for the entire day.
