- "The cottage was everything we needed, comfortable, excellent base for touring round, great location, nice and quiet, loads of space and equipped with all mod cons. We had a fabulous stay as a family of 5 with our dogs. It was lovely and comfortable and a great place to come home to after a full day sightseeing. The washer and dryer were a bonus for us with having children that love to explore. Our only down point was we could not walk straight from the cottage but plenty of walks within a 5 minute drive and also plenty of room to run in the garden and run the dogs. We would definitely recommend."

- "Hosts were very helpful with questions and requests for additional kitchen items, although kitchen had just about everything we needed for a large family. We appreciated the thorough written guidance for taking care of the house. Beds were so comfortable and views were gorgeous. Although we were aware of the close proximity of the main road, the road sounds only affected one bedroom early in the day. It was an excellent base for truly great hikes and exploring of the area."

- "Located at top of Loch Lomund so good access to a range of different attractions. Very clean and well equipped cottage." - "We stayed her for 10 nights in Feb 2020 - arriving with Storm Ciara and leaving with Storm Dennis. Although the weather was not the best we still had a lovely stay. The cottage is warm, clean and comfortable. We had a bit of a problem with the boiler (hot water not working) but is was sorted by the owner quickly. As previous reviewers have commented there is quite a bit of road noise (HGVs pass within a few feet) but surprisingly it didn't keep us awake at night. The kitchen, as mentioned, is small but manageable for 2 (wouldn't like to have had more people there!). There is a little shop over the road and a pub within a short walk which serves good food. Be careful if you park your car at the back of the property as you enter the road on a blind bend"
