We had some shifting of number of people, late arrivals etc. perfect layout for privacy and ability to arrive late without disturbing others. We were quite pleased with everything and Scott was very responsive when we had a question about heat. Surrounded by woods on 3 sides with a 10 minute drive to heart of Bristol and easy access to all of Tri-Cities. House is located less than 1.5 miles from the dragway entrance to Bristol Motor Speedway, 1 mile from Copperhead Road and Finish Line parking areas, and 1 mile from the entrance to White Top Park and Sports Complex. Holston River fishing public access within 7 minute drive (4.5 miles) and downtown Bristol within 15 minute drive (7.9 miles).
Open, one level floor plan includes custom kitchen cabinets and large island with bar-table area. Dining area open to kitchen with dining table that can sit 6+ people. Kitchen boasts a gas-range stovetop and double ovens, along with a hammered copper farmhouse sink.
Laundry room equipped with large, energy efficient washer and dryer and an entrance door from outside.
Living room has a gas burning fireplace with a unique mantel, 75inch wall-mounted Roku TV, leather recliner, and large sectional couch with oversized upholstered ottoman. Living room adorned with prized animal trophies.

Master bedroom boasts a double window with stunning views of the mountains along with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a gorgeous double rain-head shower with bench, double sinks, and private toilet room.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed with upholstered headboard.
Third bedroom boasts a double window with views of the front yard and forest. This room has a full size bed.
Second bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and 3, and includes a deep soaking bathtub and custom-tiled shower. All bedrooms have blackout Roman blinds on the windows.
Extra room off laundry room has a comfy rocking chair with a 55inch Roku TV and a small desk. Air mattresses provided if requested.
**There is an outdoor cat that roams the property and climbs up onto the back deck. She will be given enough food for the duration of you stay and has an automatic water container. If you see that she is running low on food, please inform the owner. She is very friendly, but she is not allowed in the house without expressed permission from the owner.**

They do have an outside cat (Lea lets us know a few days before arriving to make sure it was ok) that mostly stayed on the back porch so if you’re allergic it’s good to know before you rent. If you’re staying there to be close to the track it’s practically on the same road. We parked at the end of the road and there was a tram that took us the rest of the way to the track. We were out of the races and at the place within 20 mins and avoided all traffic."

Clean bath towels are stacked on cabinets in hallway leading to bathrooms. Used towels should be placed into laundry baskets located along walls in the hallway as you exit the showers.

Summary:
Come recharge your soul in a dog house that will have you begging to stay! While providing a quiet farm setting, we are near the Bristol Motor Speedway, Bass Pro Shops (Bristol), The Pinnacle (shopping, dining and Just Jump Trampoline Park) and close enough to take a day trip to action-packed Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg!

Make sure to visit State Street in Bristol...where you can literally stand with one foot in Tennessee and the other foot in Virginia at the same time! While you are there, you may want to visit the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, the Paramount Center for the Arts and the Cameo Theater. Also perfectly positioned for day trips to the Virginia Creeper Trail, South Holston Lake and Boone Lake! On the farm property, there is a jump pillow and playground for the kids, a seasonal corn maze with a haunted house, hayrides, a tube slide, a big red barn for events (available for an additional fee) and so much more!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Smoking, vaping and tobacco use are not permitted inside the glamping tents. Pets are allowed outside of the tents if they have crates and / or leashes. You are responsible for cleaning up after you pets during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Each glamping site comes equipped with everything you'll need to camp comfortably and in camping luxury! You can drive up to your tent for easy access. Fires are only allowed in the provided metal fire pits and should be fully extinguished before you leave the campsite for any activities.

We also have a list of amenities that can be added for an upcharge. Restrooms are located inside the barn for your convenience. Bedding is available during your stay for an additional $25 upcharge. You are encouraged to bring your own bedding to fit a queen size bed. Propane heat is also available for $10 per night.

This home is thoughtfully furnished for your extended stay of 28+ days. Located in Bluff City, you'll be central to the entire tri-cities area of northeast Tennessee. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable with rural hillside views. This is the perfect getaway + work combo space! Three bedrooms - each with desk space, two full bathrooms, and the laundry room are all conveniently upstairs.

We've named her Goldfinch, and you'll enjoy a spacious, grassy yard, back porch, and covered front porch to view both sunrise and sunset!

The home is NEW construction (2023) and has been curated with new and vintage pieces for a comfortable and streamlined home away from home. The space is equipped and ready for longer stays. Fully furnished kitchen makes cooking convenient. Each bedroom has a closet and blackout curtains to control lighting. Sleeps 5 total.
