- "The place is next to the Ft Campbell base which is nice. We were seeing my nephew home from Kuwait. He was delayed so we had to wait until Saturday 1am for his landing. We expected him Friday. The door was malfunctioning and wouldn’t lock, which I discussed with Mrs Garrett over the phone. She grew frustrated that I manually locked it and then said she would give me the code to the lock box reluctantly. She mentioned she was worried I would make a copy of the key to the home. I assured her I am not even close from around here and I am clearly under her security camera surveillance at all times and will put the keys right back into the lock box . Which I promptly did. We still were never able to leave the property with locked doors. I think the battery was dying or something. The beds were uncomfortable. I felt the springs. But the home was nicely set up and decorated. It smelled nice. It was clean and had TVs in every room that worked great. There are a list of rules you must follow including cleaning out the grill coals. That was odd to me. I’ve never been asked to do that and must have been watched on camera because I got an email as soon as I used the grill to remind me to not leave the grill with coals in it . When I left I sent them a message letting them know I followed all their rules and still lock the door. They sent me an email saying they left me good reviews and to please leave them one as well . I’ve been asked 3 times to leave a review. I normally would not . "

Once I got in touch with the host, he was very helpful and gave me a number to reach him. Awesome coffee shop and Bundt store at the corner and we saw a deer on the hill behind the townhouse. This is a very quiet and small community continually improving its' appearance. Although security or safety can not be guaranteed, this neighborhood has been very safe.

Clarksville has public transportation, Cabs, Uber, and Lyft if needed. We recommend you drive a car.

All our guest have access to entire house and will not share house with any other guest. It has all the luxuries of home, the Master bedroom has a full bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a large full hall bathroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans and smart Tv's. The Livingroom has a 55" Smart TV. There is ample seating with a full couch, love seat, and two chair. This home is located in a small community located mins from Ft Campbell. This beautiful little home is mins from, restaurants, Publix, and the Oak Grove Casino and Race Track.

This townhouse comes with two bedrooms, two and a half bath. The first room has one queen bed, the second has one full bed, and option to bring a blow up mattress that sleeps six. My place is a townhouse in the middle of Clarksville right off of the interstate. It is right across the street from Tennova hospital, 20 minutes from Fort Campbell, 15 minutes from Austin Peay. Pool is swim at own risk no lifeguard and I do not refund when pool is down for maintenance. If planning on using pool you must sign pool waiver.

We will share the laundry room and kitchen facilities if needed, and I typically enter through the garage after parking my car. Since I work from home, I'll be in my office at least once a week. I have various hobbies and may come and go throughout the day. Your essential home needs will be taken care of, aside from your dietary preferences.

Welcome to Clarksville! Stay at our peaceful and centrally-located private tiny room. Feel free to relax or get out in nature and drive to the walking trails or explore the downtown commons area located not to far from your stay.

The space
We are located in a nice tucked away neighborhood. Our home doesn't have backyard neighbors it overlooks a corn field. The guest room is a tiny cozy room with a queen bed while it doesn't offer a whole lot of space within the room, it is clean and comfortable with storage drawers on the sides of the bed and a rack for hanging clothes if needed.

You will be able to have access to the guest room, half bathroom, full bathroom upstairs, kitchen table, microwave, front porch, and deck.

We have three wonderful children, a friendly chihuahua, and a new edition to our family a toy poodle.
