You will feel right at home in our cozy Hatteras Hideaway! We are located less than 5 minutes away from Highway 63 and a 15 minute walk to grocery store. There is a children's playground only a few blocks away in our quiet neighborhood.

We have spacious 9 foot ceilings and plenty of windows for a light and airy stay! You will enjoy over 1300 square feet of space in the complete lower level of our home with your very own entrance with a keypad. We do live upstairs, but keep our foot traffic and noise to a minimum. Guests have access to a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and assorted glassware. The kitchenette is well stocked with wine opener, knives, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. so guests may prepare food and drinks. We have provided teas, coffees, sugars, and creamers for beverages. We have a few snacks including granola bars, popcorn, etc. There are four chairs located at the bar top.

There is a king sized bed in the bedroom with a full length mirror, ample closet space with hangers, a dresser, an iron and ironing board. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is available in the bathroom. The pull-out queen sofa in the living room is so comfortable - we have a memory foam topper to add even more comfort. We also offer a new queen air mattress. We can assure that you will have a comfortable stay.

There is access to YouTube TV, and the local channels on our flat screen TV. WiFi is also available.

You will enjoy our beautiful and relaxing backyard oasis . There is a propane fire pit, four comfy lounge chairs with more upon request and an adirondack love seat for your enjoyment of the outdoors.

I have a two bedroom home (both Queen size beds), with one bathroom, that is a 1 mile walk or bike ride to Downtown, Mizzou Campus, all of the Stadiums, the MKT/KATY trail and Lots of Great Restaurants and Entertainment!

My home is a thoroughly remodeled 1940's Bungalow in the heart of Columbia. And probably best suited for parents of college students, traveling nurses, couples and other traveling professionals. There are about 3 stairs to enter the house and a full flight to the basement for laundry.

Guests may access the living room, 70" TV (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), fully stocked kitchen, appliances (coffee maker, etc), laundry, bathroom, private deck and driveway for parking.

No smoking, or pets allowed inside the home.

Lower level suite, located on 40 wooded acres, situated just outside Columbia, MO city limits, a 10 minute drive to Interstate 70/Stadium Drive exit. Private entrance to the lower level of our home, plenty of parking and access to full acreage. Additionally you have access to your own patio, BBQ grill/smoker and bonfire area.

One bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed. A Double Trundle with a Twin underneath is located in the Main space. Full Bath, Wet bar, and living area.

Extras include access to a pack-n-play sleeper and toddler mattress upon request. As well as board games, towels, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, extra sheets, pillows and blankets. The wet bar includes a microwave, mini-refrigerator w/ freezer, counter top range cooker, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster oven, crock pot, and etc.

If you like being comfortable, in a peaceful atmosphere and lots of shade, this is the place for you! Know that we will be on site, but out of mind, unless you are in need of assistance. We are life long Columbia residents and are knowledgeable of the area if you have questions.

At some point you'll want to sleep. No problem! We have great beds. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Up has primary bdrm and kid friendly room with bunks (has a 250# weight limit if you're looking to relive college!). Downstairs has two bdrms and an access door. There's also a futon and ingenious fold out ottoman which puts our capacity at 8. Plenty of parking
