However, it would help if there was towel rack or room for a towel in the downstairs 1/2 bath Since there was no towel rack or even place to lay a towel in the bathroom, we had to take a paper towel from the kitchen every time we wanted to wash our hands. Also, one of the bedrooms had only a ceiling light. A second bedroom had two bedside lamps that were not only unplugged but could not be turned on since the little knobs had been removed. This meant that in two of the bedrooms, you have to get out of bed to turn on or off a light. Other than these two inconveniences, it is a lovely place to stay."

The house is yours while during your stay. There is a master on the main (Queen.) along with your own bathroom deluxe. In the living area is a half bath for your guests. Upstairs is a King size bed in the bonus room and in another bedroom is a full. There is a complete/full bathroom located upstairs as well. A designated quiet library with a couch for reading and s desk for work or just private time for yourself. You’ll love the accommodations.

This property has a separate entrance, is private, and is locked out from the main house for privacy. This property features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. It also has a nice sitting area with a couch and a full island for cooking meals. It has not 1, but 2 cooking ranges—one with an oven and the other on the countertop of the kitchenette. You also have a combination washer and dryer in the kitchen. Two TVs have all the latest streaming services installed, just bring your account and log in. The bedroom is oversized and has a HUGE walk-in closet. Both beds are queen-sized and have very comfortable foam mattresses. We stock a Keurig coffee machine for the guests. The bathroom has startup hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. An iron and an ironing board are also available. This property is great for mid-term stays! All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals.

There is no on-street parking as it is a violation of HOA rules. If you need more parking, we can arrange for an extra spot at the clubhouse. We have only one space for a vehicle. If you need additional space, you can request short-term parking ahead of your stay at our clubhouse down the street.

Early Check-in: Guests can request early check-in starting at 1 PM ET, which is three hours before our standard 4 PM check-in. Typically, our housekeeping team works until 4 PM to prepare the space; however, for an additional fee, we can have the space ready by 1 PM ET.

If you need to check in even earlier than 1 PM ET, we recommend booking the night before your arrival to ensure immediate access in the morning.

You can pay the early check-in fee either through your booking platform or via a direct payment link. Once we receive your payment, we will schedule your early check-in and update your access codes. Early check-in is subject to housekeeping availability, so be sure to inquire at least two business days before your check-in date.

The host may conduct a random identity verification to protect both the host and guest from identity theft and illegal activities. If selected, you’ll receive a link to our portal. There is no cost to you, and the process takes less than five minutes, so please complete it as soon as possible before your arrival.

For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking.

For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.

M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south, know that certain bugs are common in Georgia, like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation.

The Apartment is SUPER Private, safe and has a Separate Entrance, Driveway and Parking. We are 20 minutes from Lake Point Sports Complex, making it a great place to stay for all those Baseball/Softball tournaments. We are close to local vineyards: Qualusi Vineyard, Big Door Vineyard, and Three Strands Vineyard and Winery. Quiet, private area with fire pit, gas grill, deck and patio. **Please note, there are a few concrete stairs that lead to the private entrance in the photos.

So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. The owner keeps furnishings for future Airbnbs in the garage.

You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay.

*Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :).
*If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew.
*Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee
*Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items.
*Any free standing trash in the home must be picked up and placed in trash cans or taken outside. Cleaning fee does not include excessive dirty house. Additional fees may apply if not followed.

Smart Lock Battery Replacement
Guest agrees that in the event that a battery in the lock has to be replaced on the front door smart lock, the guest will replace the 4 AA batteries in the lock. The host will reimburse for the cost of the batteries plus $5

Fireplaces
Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.

GARAGES
Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in.
If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.

- "Cute little house, but did have a few flaws. Cleanliness was good, but could use some improvements (for example… hairs in kitchen drawers.). The bathroom outlet came out of the wall when unplugging hairdryer. Also, heat was not on when we arrived. It took quite a while to heat up. Otherwise it met our needs just fine."
