It was so peaceful and quiet, except for the animals of course, which were so fun to watch and interact with! Chicken, ducks, geese, etc as well as goats and the very friendly longhorns. The unit was clean and stocked with coffee and creamer, water and bagged chips. The coffee pot is the Ninja brand and was very nice. Made a great cup of coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The glass garage style door that opens was such a nice addition. It was so nice and cool in the morning and we opened the door and drank our coffee while enjoying the sunrise. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Love the hanging lights at night and the Alexa speaker. Definitely recommend. "

I bumped into it a few times which wasn't pleasant, a problem my partner didnt have. As I was in a single bedroom with my partner, it wasn't really a problem and didn't need a bathroom lock anyway. But that gripe aside, this is one of the best small town locations to stay at. Included fridge, great temperature control, comfy furniture and plenty of space to unpack. The bathroom was amazing, so clean and with a large jet tub. grounds and a amazing view outback with some of the most beautiful tress. So close to downtown, like 2-3 mins away, take time to look at some of the shops and restaurants. Finally, the property is close to a beautiful scenic drive to Fredericksburg that is totally worth doing one of your days visiting. Definitely stay here, I would love to visit again. "

The donkeys, pony and sheep are fun to watch and are friendly enough to pet. Notes: There is an oven/stovetop in the kitchen and there are a FEW cooking dishes and utensils. The property owner is kind of hard to get ahold of, but he's very kind and helpful if you can get him on the phone. Upon arrival, your key will be in the door of your rental house. There are no signs on the property.. just drive around until you find the house you rented.. there are only 6-7 houses on this property and they are all distinctly different. This cozy and comfortable small cottage gives one the feel of visiting a farm home. It is located in walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg. A quaint walking bridge even makes it closer. It is a simple home with original hardwood floors, two large sized bedrooms and a functional bathroom in the middle. The kitchen is basic with an electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Each room whether it is the living room, bedrooms, or kitchen has large old windows that lets in the natural light. The floors are dressed with beautiful wool woven rugs.
There is off street parking underneath a covered carport. Central air and heat along with ceiling fans keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The backyard has a lighted patio and a small barbecue grill.

Secret Garden is beautifully renovated 'mother in law suite' located on the Peacock Ranch property, a well kept 5 acre, oak tree covered property just outside of town.

The space
This unit has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway to Texas wine country. The location is perfect for both accessing main street while also being removed enough to enjoy the stars while recapping the day in the private hot tub.

The Roadrunner is perfect for a long-term stay for visiting nurses or professionals. Within 2 blocks of the hospital, this stylish studio apartment includes a swimming pool and hot tub, a pavilion with a grill, two fire pits, and a washer/dryer. The quiet and secluded studio has a dining/work area, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, a bedroom with a king size bed and a private porch.

The space
You will have a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, fast Wi-Fi, efficiency kitchen, (NO STOVE, but there's a microwave, coffee maker, and large air fryer and induction cook plate), a work/dining table, smart TV, and a private outdoor porch with two comfortable rocking chairs.

Guest access
All guests are welcome to use the pool, the grill in the outside pavilion, the two fire pits, and the washer and dryer.

The Roadrunner was chosen to represent the studios at 813 Wellness Court because of their distinctiveness. Road runners are native to the Texas Hill Country and are often seen nearby

Native American and Mexican cultures revere roadrunners for their courage, speed and endurance. They have an unusual toe pattern with two toes pointing forward and two toes pointing back (zygodactyl) making the shape of an “X”. This X shape makes it impossible to determine which direction the bird is traveling, preventing evil spirits from following. Some tribes used this toe pattern as a symbol to ward off evil spirits and put road runner feathers in cradle boards to protect the babies.

If you’re lucky, you will see one on your visit.

A group of 6 rustic guest cabins, set back in the Texas Hill Country landscape, over-looking the creek in Luckenbach, Texas.

These private accommodations are a short drive to many Texas Hill Country Wineries, Gardens, Fredericksburg TX, state parks and historic sites.

If you enjoy nature and the simple life, then our rustic country cabins are perfect for you.

The space
Each Cabin has its own private entrance and covered deck to relax and enjoy nature.

Kitchen - the cabins do not have kitchens.

Each cabins has a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker (we provide some basics like: creamer, sugar, and a few small cups with plastic spoons for the coffee). You will need to bring anything else you think may be essential for your stay.

WiFi - We do not have WiFi, but the cabins are a great place to unwind, unplug and relax.

Guest access
During your stay, you have access to your cabin and everything on this side of the creek between the fence and the bridge. Feel free to explore the property and the creek area, and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Dogs love to run around and explore too.

Potential for noise - Cabins are located across the creek from a dance hall, but the noise is minimal

Campfires - We do allow campfires in designated areas. There is a spot for a bonfire down in front between the cabins and the creek.

Gas Grill - Shared propane gas grill available to all guest.

Parking - There is plenty of free parking on the property.

The Creek - There is a creek about 50 yards in front of the cabins that can be accessed by taking the stairs down. You may swim or fish in the creek. Watch for snakes and other potentially dangerous wildlife.

The Swamp Shack is a small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with a Queen bed, perfect for a couple wanting a getaway. We welcome guests to come enjoy our cozy spot in the hill country with the connivence of staying only 15 minutes from Main Street in Fredericksburg.

**Guests are permitted to walk the road starting at the cattle guard entrance and ending at The Lagniappe Lodge. (The LL has the big rock sign out front.) Do not walk past the Lagniappe Lodge.**

The space
Our cabin is located off Cherry Mountain Loop, one of the highest elevations around Fredericksburg. The elevation of our cabin is 2100 ft above sea level. We are nestled in an area where you have quick access to both Fredericksburg and the Enchanted Rock.

Guest access
Guests have access to the cabin and the space around it. Please stay in the area (back yard/front yard) designated for your bnb. There is another rental cabin next door and owners of the property live nearby.

When walking your pet, please walk on/near the road. Do not go into the other bnbs yards. We want everyone to be comfortable in their own space.
