Accommodations in your updated century home include three private bedrooms plus a bedroom with daybed (through which traffic to the bathroom passes) to sleep eight. Downstairs: bedroom with pocket doors and a queen bed is adjacent to a vintage bathroom. Upstairs enjoy 1 large new bathroom, 1 king memory- foam bed, one full bed and one trundle daybed = two twins.

We are 10 miles to the quaint small town of Malvern, 8 miles to the Wabash bike trail; 30 minutes to the Pony Creek Watershed and 45 minutes or less to downtown Omaha; Offut AFB and Google Data Center are under40 minutes. Local restaurants, wineries and summer music venues are within 10-20 miles.

It has all the amenities you could ask for. A large kitchen with commercial grade appliances. A huge great room open to the kitchen and upstairs. This house is perfect for large family gatherings and family reunions. Great for hunting groups or a guys weekend. Ideal for a womens weekend as well with shopping and restaurants just a short 45 minute drive. Would also be great for small private weddings, yoga or meditation retreats. Or just a romantic weekend for 2. Lots of things to keep you busy including a private lake with great fishing, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, foosball, darts, horseshoe pits and frisbee golf. large dining room table is great for card games. There is a theater room with surround sound and a 10 foot screen with dish network. This is a country getaway very secluded and private property. Unfortunately with that there is no internet provided at the property. Verizon cell phones seem to work the best at the house, depending on your carrier you may or may not have internet. - "Amazing house, spacious, beautiful. Pond was the highlight. Great fishing!! I will definitely be back!" - "My family and I stayed at this Rental during the week of Thanksgiving as our Christmas present to each other. It was a fantastic time! Plenty of bedrooms for all 15 of us to sleep comfortably. The beds seemed firm at first but they were actually super comfortable and they provided a lot of pillows, too! The game room with shuffleboard, ping pong, and foosball kept us all entertained along with the theater room and large table to play board games. It was a little chilly while we were there but we still enjoyed getting outside to use the fire pit, play catch with a football and walk around the pond. Allowing two dogs was super nice and they felt at home as well. A nice, Large kitchen with necessary utensils and pans to cook. The only downfalls were we weren’t fans of the kitchen sinks, they are on some sort of automatic system and didn’t work the greatest or have a good amount of hot water to wash dishes. The one bathroom upstairs, the water valve seemed to have some sort of malfunction and also didn’t work the greatest but luckily there are two other showers to use. The one bedroom upstairs on the south side also didn’t have outlets that worked. But besides those things we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay with their friends/family as well! A nice, quiet, peaceful getaway!"

A beautiful Craftsman house equipped with all the comforts of home. The house is fully furnished and has all to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The kitchen is well equipped, however, walking to "downtown Clarinda" with various restaurants is less than 3 blocks away. There is room for everyone to have their own space, but also larger rooms where all can gather. Places to exercise, socialize, or create. Swing on the front porch and watch the world pass by or enjoy the large backyard.
Enjoy the formal living room or recline in the comfort of the family TV room. Cook and dine in the spacious practical kitchen, have a backyard picnic, or feast at the large dining table. The butler's pantry now serves as a sunlit, cozy hideaway. The upstairs sunroom can be utilized as either an office or an extra bedroom. Four large bedrooms, each with its own closet, fill the upstairs along with an easily accessible bathroom. The large room in the basement can easily serve as an exercise room, playroom, or arts and craft room.

Southwest Iowa is off the beaten track but has loads to explore. Clarinda itself has a wonderful, small town feel. Walk the boulevard, enjoy the indoor pool and amenities at the Lied Center, shop downtown, visit our parks, and so much more. Clarinda is the birthplace of Glenn Miller and 4-H. This rich history can be explored in our historical museums. The Clarinda Carnegie Art museum has rotating exhibits and is within walking distance. The downtown square is reminiscent of the scenes from Back to the Future. Enjoy the beautiful view of its courthouse from the front porch.

Once you arrive, all that is needed is within walking distance. Biking, walking or driving are your best modes of transportation.

Master bathroom sink appeared to have been used/not cleaned. Also, master shower is quite slippery, a shower mat would be helpful. Lack of toilet paper required that we buy several more rolls to make it through the 4 day stay. One last thing, there is a lot of gas fumes from gas stored in the garage, perhaps outside storage for gas since the garage is not opened on a regular basis."

Located in a tranquil neighborhood, just minutes from Walmart, Sunnyside Park and downtown Atlantic, this newly remodeled home has an open floor plan, new appliances, new flooring and new bathrooms. It is an easy walk to Heritage House, a golf course and the high school.
There are two bedrooms with king size beds.
The en-suite master bathroom has a large accessible shower, with grab bar installed by the toilet as well. The master bed has split remote controlled adjustable mattresses to raise and lower the bed. The washer and dryer are in the master bathroom.
The second bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom and has a full bathtub with shower.
The back yard opens to a beautiful large green space. Please enjoy the gorgeous view and respect our neighbors private space. The patio is available for your use.
Parking is available in the driveway. The garage and basement are used by the property owner and will not be accessible during your stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set on a wooded hillside overlooking the East Nishnabotna River valley, our lovely guest cabin is a great place to relax ( no TV in cabin ). Wake up in the morning to birdsong and the chatter of squirrels in the trees. Enjoy a campfire in the picnic area just outside your door. Just a note, we don't allow pets.

The space
The cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed and an open loft with a queen bed and a single bed. The loft has a low ceiling and is more suitable for children .The couch folds flat and can sleep two small children.

Guest access
Includes the use of the firepit and picnic table. Firewood, hatchet, and lighter will be provided free of charge.
There is also a gas grill on the porch. And beware of poison ivy in the woods.
