Cozy 1100 s.f. farm house just outside Newnan city limits. The house is on a large lot (1.5 acres) with lots of lawn for you to stretch out. It includes full kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. Relax in the country and watch the fireflies light up at night from the back deck with a larged fenced in yard. Less than 1 hour to Atlanta, Pine Mountain, FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, Warm Springs. 10 minutes to Chattahoochee Bend State park, downtown Newnan, restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes to historic Banning Mills, home of the world record longest zip line park.

We have added a brand new deck out the back door with table and chairs. It's a perfect place to relax and is very private.

It’s beautifully decorated, has a very cozy feel and the host is wonderful to work with. I was a little concerned at first that it was a duplex but it was no problem, the neighbor next door was quiet and kind when we happened upon each other in the parking area. The are no stairs/steps so it was great for my old dog. There’s a small back yard that must be quite nice in the warmer months. The location is really great for visiting the downtown square area and close enough to the main shopping area of Newnan. Bedroom one has 2 Queen size beds and bedroom 2 has one queen bed. We are able to host up to 6 guests.
