Beautiful stay away from home. Our lovely 1/1 "barndominium" king bed loft is located above a concrete horse barn on 30 acres. Once you enter our gaited drive, there is a peacefulness that comes along with the fresh air and open space of our property. A casual walk through the center breezeway of the horse barn will lead to the upstairs loft accommodations. You will find beautiful hardwood ceilings and floors throughout, including the large bedroom with 2 walk in closets and King bed. A separate set of bunks can accommodate kids up to 110 pounds maximum. Our loft also offers a beautiful kitchen with views of the pastures, all stainless steel appliances and granite eat in counter. Bathroom shows off a perfect touch of country with a clawfoot soaking tub and shower. New GE washer and dryer. Open floor plan for kitchen/living/dining. A/C, Internet and TV included. They are fun and relaxing to watch! And if you happen to see us out playing with or feeding the Mini Moos... if you'd like to join in and pet them and hand feed them a treat, just ask. They love to meet new friends. We raise miniature Hereford and Belted Galloways here at Mini Moo Ranch. They will spend their life as an equine companion or as pets. We do not raise for consumption. Our Mini Moos are full grown at under 39" tall, with some as small as 34". We do include a complimentary educational encounter to our Loft Guests.

This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, The Blue Heron Gallery, and more.

The one bedroom apartment is on the first floor of the Kemp Estate. The apartment is about 750 square feet contains its own entrance, bathroom, bedroom, living room/kitchen, and private deck.

The bathroom features a beautiful pebble tiled showed with a rain shower head, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.

This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.

The Morgan house is a frame vernacular style home built in 1892. The home is named for Mathew Morgan, who was the Ocala Police Chief from 1923 until 1928.

We are a working horse farm just 1 1/4 mile from the Florida Horse Park, a 500 hundred acre equestrian paradise! We also have nearby access to the Cross Florida Greenway Trails System with separate equestrian, paved biking/walking/running trails and even really cool mountain bike trails. We have up to 7 stalls available with rotating grass pasture turnout for an additional fee of 35.00 per stall per night. If you want to go play you can hire us to feed muck etc for an additional fee. We love dogs and can accommodate your canine friend possibly inside (smaller, house trained) or certainly outside as we do have a kennel available also.

Guest access
You will have a key so you can lock up when away and can come or go as needed any time of the day or night. Please shut the entry gate behind you. We provide a picnic area, tetherball and basketball hoop (bring your own ball) You are able to walk the entire grounds but ask that you do not enter stalls, paddocks or pastures of the resident horses. Welcome to Hammill House!

Spotless, well-located with hotel amenities. Private room with private bath. Luxury bedding and towels. Blackout curtains. Gigabit Ethernet/Wi-Fi, premium cable and Netflix in rooms and lounge. Close to major roads (I-75 and SR-200), shopping, restaurants, local culture and theaters. All rooms feature a fridge/freezer and access to a parlor and café lounge with fridge/microwave/toaster/coffee maker.

Twin room also available for groups. Only trained service dogs.

The space
It's a large, well-decorated, private house located at the back of a quiet, residential community. Whether you like to go out, or stay in, we can accommodate. A stairlift and bathroom safety rails are available for challenged guests. Please don't hesitate to share your needs!

The second floor lounge area features cable TV (HBO, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Starz, etc.) and a coffee station.

Special events may be posted in the foyer, both in-house and off-property. The musical instruments in the parlor are strictly off-limits.

Guest access
Parking in the driveway is permitted. Please allow for three rows of cars. Do not block the hosts' vehicles.

Limited public transportation, taxi service, Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

During your stay
A host is usually available to address any needs or concerns. Communication either through Airbnb or personally is preferred.

Other things to note
Please be respectful of other residents. If there are any issues, please make a host aware. The washer and dryer are available for guests—at additional cost— but other than the parlor and lounge, other areas of the home are private.

Trained service dogs are allowed. Pets are not. Cats are forbidden in any case due to a severe allergy.

Lovely queen bed in private non-smoking room with down duvet and sophisticated beach decor. Full kitchen access. Laundry access. Full bath is available, as well, a few steps from your room and no one else accesses the bathroom. Children and pets are on premises, so your children and pets are welcome too!

This home is conveniently located in a cul-de-sac with a pasture behind it for a relaxing low traffic area. Back patio is screened and you can enjoy coffee with the cows that come up to the fence occaisonally. Centrally located between Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando. Our new World Equestrian Center (WEC) is only 30 minutes away. We have many local State Parks and Springs nearby as well as Silver Springs State Park. Near shopping, restaurants and medical. Close to each coast of Florida.
