A private, spacious getaway for two. Hear the ocean from the backyard, off street parking, bright and comfortable room. Close to the beach, but not in all the hustle and bustle, but in a quiet neighborhood. A neighborhood great for walking or riding the available bicycles. This space is over our garage and completely private. You’ll park in driveway, enter through the door right in front of where you park and you’ll go straight up the stairs.
We want our guests to feel right at home as soon as you arrive and enjoy the privacy. One thing we do ask, only registered guests in the room, we understand if a friend or family member is picking you up or wants to see our space, that's fine. This home is brand NEW and has been tastefully decorated to fit our Salt Tee theme! As you enter the home you will make your way into the large living space. A huge sectional couch, board games, and SmartTV make this a great place for everyone to hang out. This space is open to the fully loaded kitchen and has an oversized peninsula with bar seating and all your kitchen needs!!

The primary bedroom has our SALT. This spacious room has our coastal feel with 2 Queen Beds, SmartTV, and an Ensuite. The ensuite has a large double vanity and walk-in shower. Our TEE is showed off in our secondary bedroom with a golf theme, two twin beds, and SmartTV. Down the hall there is another full bathroom, storage with some beach essentials, and a laundry room.

Outside there is plenty of parking and spaces to enjoy in the front and back! The front porch is a great place to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. In the backyard you find a nice patio with seating, a firepit, and BBQ!! Its a great place to relax and cook up some dinner after a long day at the beach will the kids or pets run around.

**Pool Heat is an additional option that must be requested and paid for prior to stay. Rates vary based on fuel costs at time of stay. Typically between 125-150 per day. Golf Carts are provided with booking when available. While would like to guarantee availability, due to the possibility of maintenance issues, we can not. In the event that the cart is unavailable, the guest will be refunded $50.00 per night the cart is unavailable. If the guest causes damages to the carts rendering them disabled, no refunds will be given. Golf carts require any driver to have a valid driver's license. Minors without a driver's license are prohibited from driving the carts. Insurance will be required and can be purchased onsite during your stay or prior to your stay. - "House location was perfect! Quiet secluded neighborhood. Not too close to everyone but not too far from beach. Public beach access was about 7 minutes from the house with heavy Saturday afternoon traffic. It was 3 minutes without traffic. We were less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and dollar tree. The only complaint which wasn't too big of a problem for us since my husband packed extra towels and wash cloths was that there wasn't a washer or dryer. We plan to go back hopefully next year."

All of the local shops, restaurants, and attractions are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the town on foot. Other Things to Note:
**Pool Heat is an additional option that must be requested and paid for prior to stay. Rates vary based on fuel costs at time of stay. Typically between 125-150 per day. Golf Carts are provided with booking when available. While would like to guarantee availability, due to the possibility of maintenance issues, we can not. In the event that the cart is unavailable, the guest will be refunded $50.00 per night the cart is unavailable. If the guest causes damages to the carts rendering them disabled, no refunds will be given. Golf carts require any driver to have a valid driver's license. Minors without a driver's license are prohibited from driving the carts. Insurance will be required and can be purchased onsite during your stay or prior to your stay. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from driving the carts. Guests accept full responsibility for liability and damages to the cart during their stay. Keys will be provided to guests only after insurance requirements are met. If guests fail to meet insurance requirements, no refunds will be given.

Pool will be serviced daily in accordance with NC state health department requirements. Access must be provided to technician. Pool heating fees will be passed on to the guest if heat is requested during your stay. Please contact host of fee inquiries. Costs to heat pool will vary based on fuel prices.

No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $500 cleaning fee.

No Parties – House parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Unauthorized events will lead to cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Guest Limit – The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit unless you’ve received prior approval from us.

Minimum Age Requirement – The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the booking, as required by local regulations.

Owner Areas – Certain closets are reserved for owner use and will remain locked during your stay. Thank you for respecting these spaces.

We work hard to keep everything in good working order and appreciate your understanding. Please report any maintenance issues as soon as possible. Refunds are not issued for unexpected power outages, or equipment malfunctions, including appliances, HVAC, or electronics.

When checking out, we just ask that you take your trash to the outdoor bin, clean any dirty dishes and lock all doors/windows. We’ll handle the rest—thanks for helping us keep things tidy for the next guests!

- "This house was perfect for us! So cozy and comfy with the perfect amount of amenities. The fenced backyard was perfect for relaxing with quick access to the outdoor shower (which was amazing) and bar area. The house was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, spices, towels, wash cloths, etc. The only thing I would add to this home would be a fan in the screened in areas. We had battery powered fans so it wasn't unbearable, but we would spent almost the entire day out there if there would have been a large fan. "

Welcome to our tiny home that is a 760sq-ft, located on a peaceful five acre lot. Its perfect for family and friends who are looking to have a relaxing getaway! This home has two bedrooms, plus a loft overlooking the living room. It will sleep six people comfortably, but will allow up to eight with the pull out sleeper sofa.

Enjoy your summer days in our large above ground pool with a beautiful wrap-around deck for sun bathing. We also offer a private outdoor heated shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. When night falls our home has a beautiful firepit with six XL Adirondack chairs for you to sit by listening to the sound of nature, gazing at the star filled sky, and of course roasting hot dogs and smores! It offers all the modern amenities you could want, but one of our favorite features was the amazing multi-setting shower—with vertical, horizontal, and handheld options, plus different spray patterns. It was the perfect way to cool off and rinse off after a day at the beach. The house also has two lovely covered terraces, shaded for most of the day and enclosed with mosquito nets, which made outdoor breakfasts and quiet afternoons a joy. We loved watching the local wildlife—deer, colorful birds, and energetic squirrels all made regular appearances and added to the relaxing, nature-filled vibe. Located just a short drive from the beach, pier, and plenty of restaurants, the home is also walking distance to a couple of grocery stores, a cozy coffee shop, and more dining options. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

The space
This is a 2-bedroom, 1983 manufactured home with many updates. The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven and microwave. The master bedroom has a queen, gel-infused, memory foam mattress bed with private bath, and the back bedroom has bunk beds and an extra-long twin for the taller teen or adult. There is also a fold-away bed. There is one smart TV (bring your own app logins) with long-range antenna for Wilmington and Myrtle Beach local channels. There is central heat and wall and window units for air conditioning. Free Wifi and parking for 2 cars. Children are welcome but lower cabinet doors are not safety locked, nor are electric outlets covered with protectors.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home, except for the closet in the back bathroom which is reserved for the owners, and the locked cabinet over the dryer.

Other things to note
The gravel driveway is just past the house. Pull in, park, and enter the home through the back door. No smoking indoors, but you may smoke on the front covered porch.

There is a 5-night minimum stay and a 7-night maximum stay May 15 - September 15, and a 3-night minimum stay and 7-night maximum stay the rest of the year.

Our large, comfortable, relaxing room on a quiet cul-de-sac is perfect for a get away. This space is totally private! There are no steps entering the house from the driveway, but there is a flight of stairs to get to your room. We are 2 miles to the beach, with free and paid parking available. Grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques only a 5 minute drive. Close enough to everything with an affordable, great place to stay. Everyone should have a vacation.

Your room is all private with its own entrance. Coming in through door next to garage door there are no steps, but to get to your room you will have to go up a flight of stairs. There are bicycles, a cooler, beach towels and beach chairs. Also, feel free to use the private outdoor shower after a sandy day at the beach. You'll be hooked after one use.

Yes, we advertise that this home "Sleeps 6," and it definitely can and does. 3 Full Beds. However, please keep in mind that the home is about 616 square feet total. If 6 fully grown adults showed up for a week with 8 fully grown suitcases, then it will absolutely be a little cramped. The ideal amount of humans for this size space is probably 4, but it will fit 6, especially if some of those people are not fully grown adults.

After booking, we will send you a Red Carpet Rental Agreement to sign to complete your reservation. It's a no-nonsense Agreement that protects the guest, host, and the property, and is allowed within the policies and guidelines of all travel booking platforms. The Agreement will come to you as a link, and we require all guests to sign it to rent any of our properties, no matter where the reservation came from. You will have to upload a copy of your government-issued ID to complete your reservation. This property requires a $300.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT. It will be collected as a credit card hold separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.

Pet fees are $75 per dog, and if your OTA does not support multiple pet fees, we will collect it separately before check-in. NO PUPPIES, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, and more breeds- PLEASE REVIEW THE FULL LIST OF RESTRICTED BREEDS BEFORE BOOKING.

Our beautiful one bedroom Tiny Home with a full size sofa sleeper in the living area and a full bathroom. The tiny home includes a full kitchen with a small dining area. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, cookware and dinnerware. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, AC/heat, porch, picnic table, grill and fire pit. The Tiny home can accommodate up to four guests. Our Tiny Home are pet friendly and are non-smoking. Linens are provided
