The Beach Haus is located on a quiet neighborhood street right across the bridge from Holden Beach, NC and only 1.7 miles from the ocean. The immediate surrounding area (within one to two miles) is thriving and has grocery stores, beach stores, miniature golf, a water slide park, restaurants, antique shops, coffee shops, ice cream shops, boutiques, a public boat launch, public playgrounds, and a public splash pad.

🔹Pets are welcome for an additional $150. We can accommodate up to one house trained pet per stay. Please note: the yard is not entirely fenced in so you will need to bring a leash for your pet.

🔹Smoking and Vaping are ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted inside of the home. Guests can vape outside of the home but cigarette smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee for smoking anywhere on the premises.

This recently renovated house was originally a shrimp house for local fisherman to sale and process their catch. It's now a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large living/dining/kitchen area. Because of the history of the shrimp house this home is one of the only homes that actually sits on the bank of the Lockwood Folly River. Spacious covered back deck over the water with a uncovered dock on the front that is perfect for fishing. There is also a connected floating dock for your use. Please note that property has 3 additional docks and a boat lift but are NOT part of the VRBO. The Fish House is centrally located between historic Wilmington, NC and exciting Myrtle Beach, SC.

Sleeps 6 with one queen bed in the master bedroom (which overlooks the river), one queen bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. It has a large farm style dining table with additional seating at a large central bar. Windows line the living room wall so that you can enjoy the bird watching, dolphin swimming, and sunrises all from the comfort of the couch!

Bring your fishing pole or your boat as the Fish House is located on the Lockwood Folly River about a mile and a half from the Inter Coastal Waterway. The Lockwood Folly Inlet is situated between Oak Island and Holden Beach and has direct access to the Atlantic Ocean! The Fish House has a large parking area if you do bring a boat and is only a half of a mile from a free public boat ramp. There is also a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower right off the floating boat dock!

Please be aware that there are three piers down from the floating dock that are used by the owners of the property, they can be seen in the pictures. These three piers and boat lift are private and are not part of the VRBO. We ask that all guests limit their usage to the one floating dock. The owners occasionally park on the far edge of the lot away from the house and access their boat by the steps in the side yard. This is far enough away from the house that it should not be disruptive. There are also two cameras on this property for security measures, one on the parking lot and one on the piers.

As an avid fisherman he appreciated the ease of docking his boat and having it for several successful fishing trips. It was perfect. Lower floor is a spacious open floorplan to include the Kitchen, dining area and family area. Family area has a queen sleeper sofa and full bath. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops. The lower floor has a front porch with rockers and a larger rear deck for relaxing. Home is only a 4-minute walk to the private beach access. Beach Access is between 231-235 OBW: Leaving the house turn left, walk down the street to Boyd St. turn right, cross Ocean Blvd and walk through the tree lined arch onto the beach. Bright, stylish, modern coastal escape - conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and bridge access to the mainland! This 3BR/3BA beach home is just steps from the sand! Enjoy unobstructed ocean views and breezes from 4 covered porches, a spacious open-concept living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Includes washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, and parking for 3 vehicles! This home offers a perfect layout for friend groups, families, and couples.

A couple of things that make this coastal retreat special: beautiful ocean views from two covered front decks, easy beach access is only 4 houses away, and relaxing covered decks on the back (great for taking in sunset views). Our home was also remodeled and refreshed in 2024, including a major kitchen renovation, upgrades to all bathrooms, plus all new luxury LVP on the 2nd floor. Lastly, we provide plenty of books, board games and puzzles.

The primary suite features a king bed, en suite bath, and access to a covered ocean view balcony. A second bedroom offers an en suite bathroom, queen bed, and access to a covered balcony with a table and chairs and sofa seating. The third bedroom features an en suite bath, queen bed and a twin over queen bunk bed, as well as a covered balcony with seating.

Outside you will enjoy a nice-sized yard with ocean breezes, corn hole boards, charcoal grill and fully enclosed outside shower. We also provide a beach cart and a few beach toys.

The entire home is yours to enjoy, aside from the owner's closets and outdoor storage closet which remain locked.

Also, this is a duplex but the unit is entirely separate with no shared spaces. We are side "A" with our own driveway, backyard and private entrances.

- "This was my first VRBO stay. I was there for 2 nights and my husband and son arrived the 3rd night. We are renovating a house in Holden Beach and needed a place to stay to supervise our guys working. It was very convenient to our house. Loved the beach access across the street and the views around the house of the beach and the marsh. I would suggest spraying for bugs, I did see one in the kitchen and walked thru spider webs in the entry stairwell. I was also unaware that I needed to have my own towels. Not a big deal I bought some and washed them, very convenient to have laundry there! I would stay there again!"

The Seaglass Studio Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that's just 8 minutes to Holden Beach. It's set up with two people in mind.

If you're looking for a quiet place to take a step away from the hustle and bustle that's a short drive to the beach, then our studio apartment would be a great option!

Please, no parties. If you're looking for a place to party and make a lot of noise, then Seaglass Studio isn't a great fit.

The space
As the name suggests, this is a studio apartment. Everything's in one room, other than the stand-up shower and toilet that are in the small bathroom. There is also an unfinished closet on the side that you can use for some storage, like luggage.

Guest access
You'll access the studio through the side door of our garage. There's a walkway in the garage that you'll follow to the stairs. Walk up one flight of stairs and you're in the apartment. You'll have keys to all doors along the way.

We live next door, so we can quickly help if any issues come up.

We have a border collie who is very friendly, but you might hear him barking when you pull up and close your doors. The sound doesn't travel far though, and he quiets down quickly.

We operate a home-based business where we sell products online, and this involves doing some work most days in the ground floor of the garage building (below the apartment). It usually only takes an hour or two, and we're pretty quiet since we just pack boxes. We can also work around your schedule some if you have a non-standard sleep routine.

For cell service, we have Visible/Verizon and have good service. People have told us they do not have service with TMobile. We're not sure about other service providers yet.

Beautiful getaway vacation place

The space
We have a Beautiful 2019 double wide, we have split into and made two apartments. We stay on the back side. The Side we rent out Has its own private area. You will have your own private drive and your own private deck, right outside your kitchen, Great for morning coffee or afternoon drinks, along with a backyard. We do have the yard fence for your furry babies. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation getaway. It has a huge kitchen and living room. A one bedroom attached huge bathroom. We do also have a rollaway bed in case you need it. There is also a small dest in the living room.We’re just 2 miles or 4 minutes away from the beach. Walking distance to a grocery store and shopping outlets restaurants in walking distance as well. We think you will enjoy your stay here looking forward to hosting you.

Other things to note
Great place to come and relax with your furry babies. We have a fire pit in the backyard and wood. Also bicycles on request. There are two older bikes with baskets so you can ride to the store.

Conveniently located just 2.4 miles and 5 minutes from Holden Beach - a quick hop over the bridge and you can have your toes in the sand! Or stroll to the end of the street and enjoy the intercoastal waterway. This adorable bungalow has all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach stay, without the beach traffic and pricing!Want an in home massage, in home dinner prepared by a private chef, or dining room on the beach at sunset with beach bonfire? Dogs are welcome with agreement to our pet policy and payment of the pet fee of $80 per dog. Let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog and we will send the pet policy for your review and approval. If you are bringing more than one dog, approval and additional pet fee is required.

- Friendly Note on Local Wildlife: Not the prettiest wildlife you will find is Palmetto Water Bugs that are common in coastal Carolina, especially after rain or during humid weather. We have regular professional pest control to help prevent sightings, but occasionally one may appear despite our efforts. They’re harmless, but we appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist if needed during your stay.
- You might get a visit from a friendly neighborhood cat who likes to stop by now and then. Feel free to say hello or gently shoo them along if you prefer your space cat-free—either way, he’s harmless and just part of the local charm.

We are located in the middle of the Carolina beaches. You have easy access to visit surrounding beaches and cities. The area has some of the top rated Golf Courses.

Relax on the screened porch in the quiet neighborhood of Lakeside in Supply!
Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Spend the day on the Sandy shores of beautiful Holden Beach, less than 4 miles away! Bring the boat and jet skis, plenty of room to park.
Enjoy a day of fishing with one of the charters in the area. We are conveniently located about 30 miles from Wilmington and Myrtle Beach

You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. RV in a beachy neighborhood 5 miles from Holden beach NC.

The space
Class A RV. Basic RV style living. Full utilities. Limited RV style water and electric use. Shower hot and cold water. One shower at a time with 30 min to regenerate the hot water. Propane fire pit. Out side grille with griddle. Sitting area under an awning unless there is a hurricane. Then the awning needs to come in. It is camping although it’s more like glamping. There might be a few bugs. There’s no room service. No endless towels or hour long showers.
Great AC!!
Might make you want to do some RVing some day.

Relax in Supply, NC for your next getaway 4 miles to Holden Beach. We offer a private entrance to 3 smoke free rooms. Two bedrooms. 1 Queen and 1 King size bed, quality linens and mattresses, private full bath, microwave, ceiling fans, small refrigerator, Wi Fi, 2 TV's, table for meals, outdoor grill for cooking. Our backyard has a park like setting with a pond for fishing along with picnic tables and firepit. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers available.

The space
New larger double wide home on private property with a park like setting in our backyard which includes a pond fed from Shallote River and the Intracoastal Waterway. Plenty of room to park your boat or camper. Bring your fishing gear!!

Guest access
Our guests will have access to their own private entrance, deck, picnic tables, pond and backyard. No access to the rest of the house.

During your stay
Mike and Janet are socialable people and would like to meet our guests upon arrival. However, if. that doesn't work for you we would respect your privacy.

Washer and dryer available for a fee. Beach umbrella, coolers and chairs available. No smoking in the rooms. Use Google Maps when using GPS, not Apple maps.
