This 1152 square foot home is the perfect fit for family, friends, and out of town business workers to enjoy the amenities of home. While visiting the beauty that only the Heartland of Iowa can offer. Guest are sure to enjoy a memorable stay in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in the quaint Dutch Community known as Pella, Iowa. Home of the annual Tulip Festival held in May each year.

The 1st floor bedroom with it's queen size bed opens up to the backyard deck. Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have queen size beds. Enjoy quiet evenings in the spacious living room with a large flat screen TV or nestled up reading a relaxing book. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for cooking at home. The kitchen table seats 6. The backyard deck allows for time to relax while cooking on the outside barbeque, weather permitting.

Pella Windows Headquarters is a 5 minute walk from the front door. Veermer Headquarters is a 5 minute drive. Knoxville is a 24 minute drive west to the Knoxville Raceway. Looking to take in 18 holes on that beautiful sunny day? Bos Landen Country Club is a short drive, across town past Central College. Pella Golf & Country Club sets on the north edge of town, just 10 minutes away. There are plenty of parks to stroll in, Red Rock Lake to explore, hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Hungry? Head over to George's for Pizza. Smokey Row is perfect for a pick me up cup of coffee while strolling through the shops. We just purchased this home in June of 2017. The first two months were spent on an extensive renovation. To say that we are excited to share our quaint and comfortable home with you, your family, and friends, is not an over statement. We realize that many guest will be meeting up with friends and family in Pella. As well as business trips, and visiting your children going to school at Central College. We are happy to assist in any way as you prepare for your stay in our comfortable & relaxing home.

I am very happy to offer Extended Stay Accommodations. As well as offering an extended stay rate based on the amount of days needed. At the time of requesting your extended stay of 7 days or longer please state to me the amount that you feel your company will allow for housing. I will do my very best to consider your request. - "Prairie Pointe is an absolutely wonderful house. It has obviously been redone from top to bottom, using only top notch materials. The owners poured a lot of love into the remodeling and redecorating of this home. The on-line pictures are very accurate. It was extremely clean and an easy home to stay in, well-equipped with everything you might need, and in a great location just off the city square. We were nine women cousins reuniting after many years (decades for some), and it was especially nice having all of the single beds so everyone could have their own bed and having two bedrooms on the first floor for those who struggle with steps. Charmante Loft is a private, 2bedroom loft located above a prof. office building w/in walking distance of Pella's unique European shopping area. It is located 1 block from Central College sports complex and short drive to any of Pella’s great corporations and health care center.
We welcome all who are traveling for business, visiting their Central College student, vacationing, or extended stay.
Charmante loft is up 1 flight of stairs and has its own entrance and exit w/ keypad and deadbolt.

This listing is for those who like to get off the beaten path. You'll walk a 500 ft trail from your parking space to this unique mushroom dome that's been taken over by gnomes. Enjoy the sounds of nature on the trail past our garden and through the woods. Enter the playground of the gnomes. Find the green door to the tiny mushroom house in the big trees. Available summers May 1 to September 30. Other months it maybe available without running water by special request depending on the weather.

The space
The property has no record of agricultural use other than pasture. It is a remnant of tall grass prairie transitioning to forest. We believe good management includes all our plant species and find great pleasure in helping so many diverse plant species and animals in our habitat. There are two small streams cutting through the southern part providing wonderful natural habitat with trails cleared most years. It's great for sitting in nature, walking or birdwatching.

For Tulip Time we request a three night minimum. We have a reservation at Whitebreast Beach campground at Lake Red Rock from Thursday May 2nd until Sunday May 5th that is included in the booking. Guests are welcome to park their cars at our home in Pella and walk into town for Tulip Time (approximately .5 mile) or park at Calvary church and take a free shuttle into town.

If you have another location you would like to have the RV set up at we can cancel our reservation and accommodate.

Host sets up RV at a campground at Lake Red Rock for client. Client choses and pays for campsite, or it is worked into the price. Prices start at appx. $25 per night. Campsites are based on availability. We will leave the keys to the doors, but not the ignition as Vrbo does not support this feature.

The RV has a full size bunk over, a table and couch that sleeps one adult or two small children each, a bunk bed and a master with a queen size bed. Full bath and kitchen with all necessities.

Our RV is a 2019 Jayco Redhawk. It comfortably sleeps eight adults, or six adults and four kids (2 kids using couch and table each).

We have our RV stocked with blankets and linens for each bed, shower towels, kitchen and bathroom towels, dishes, pots/pans, utensils for eating and cooking. There is a coffee maker and coffee, spices, and cleaning supplies. Often, there is extra bug spray and sunscreen left from previous adventures.

The RV features a full kitchen and bathroom, two TVs, a DVD player for the main TV, Amazon fire hookups on each TV (use personal logins), ample storage space in closets and drawers and an outdoor shower.

Because we want all guests to have an enjoyable experience, we do not allow smoking or pets inside the RV. This prevents our RV from having damage as well as ensures future guests don't have allergy or odor issues.
When you pick up the RV the propane and water tanks will be filled.

Our kitchen table has some of the best bird watching around. From the summer vultures to winter's eagles on wing and lots of birds at the feeders. The working waterfall room has two super twin beds and lots of sunshine. The bedroom has a large screen tv. The entire house is owner designed has built over the last 45 years.

This house was owner designed and built over the last 44 years. This apartment is about 900 square ft on the lower level of the main floor. It has complete kitchen, bedroom, dining room, living room, fountain room and a full bathroom. There's a sunken area with a woodburning stove for a cozy place to read. We both paint and so there's lots of original art work.

Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the lower level during their stay. We live upstairs in completely separate unit. Large back porch/deck area porch swings and hammock chair swings. Guests are free to wander the 7 acre natural area.

**It is your responsibility to reserve a campsite at a local campground. We will haul and set up at any campground in Marion County.**

We guarantee delivery of your camper after 2pm. The campground check in time is 2pm. If someone is on your site the night before, they have until 12pm to vacate the site. We try to set it up early, if possible, but it is not guaranteed. Our check-out time is 11am for all campers. This is to allow us time to get all campers off of the sites by the 12pm required time of the campgrounds. It is not necessary for you to be present at delivery or pick-up of the camper. Please note, it is your responsibility to check-in with the campground host upon arrival. We do not do this for you upon setting up the camper.

The house was built in 1890 and has beautiful woodworking and historic charm. The rooms are spacious and cozy. There is a queen bed in the main room with a closet and a full bed in the other room with two armoires. The hallway has brand new carpet as of 04/22 and a cute coffee bar. The bathroom has recently been updated and has a full shower with a soaker tub. Right across the street is a park and it has a big open space, if you bring your fur baby and wanna play fetch it’s a fantastic location!

Guests will have to go through the front door on the north side of the house that faces the park. Parking will either be on the street in front of the house or in the back yard next to the garage on the grass. The backyard parking will be accessible from the alley on the south side of the property.

This Little House on the Driveway is just the right size for your stay, with a kitchen, full bathroom, and living space. We have 2 full size beds and a cot if it's needed. This special place is close to the square where there are several restaurants and shops. There are many things to do in the area and we have many pamphlets available to go check things out. The unit is tucked away in the back yard where it's quiet. Please note parking is on the street.

The Prayer Cabin is located at Lake Red Rock outside of Pella, IA. The cabin Is an Earthen/Berm home located on a 1 acre lot in a quiet & clean neighborhood. The lot boasts a wooded valley with many birds and squirrels to watch. The Prayer Cabin was recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Our first guests asked us if Chip and Joanna were the creators of the design. 💚 Navy Blue cabinets, Tons of white shiplap and open shelving. Peaceful. A place of respite and relaxation.

The space
When you arrive, from the road all you will see is the roof of the home. The gem is when you walk down to the front of the cabin. The Prayer Cabin is an 806 sq ft cozy berm home built on a beautiful wooded lot. It is located close to Lake Red Rock and all of the recreational activities it has to offer. Just down the road from the infamous lake bike trail. We have strategically placed bird and squirrel feeders so that you can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature while relaxing at the cabin. We purposely do not have a television or internet access provided, as this is our space to get away from it all. We do have a record player and a radio/CD player available if you would like to step back in time. The brand new kitchen has navy blue cabinets, shiplap galore, open wood shelving, and all new appliances.

For Tulip Time we request a three night minimum. We have a reservation at Whitebreast Beach campground at Lake Red Rock from May 2nd until May 5th that is included in the booking. Guests are welcome to park their cars at our home in Pella and walk into town for Tulip Time (appx .5 mile) or park at Calvary church and take a free shuttle into town.
If you have another location you would like to have the RV set up at we can cancel our reservation and accommodate.

The space
Our RV is a 2019 Jayco Redhawk. It comfortably sleeps eight adults, or six adults and four kids (2 kids using couch and table each).

We have our RV stocked with blankets and linens for each bed, shower towels, kitchen and bathroom towels, dishes, pots/pans, utensils for eating and cooking. There is a coffee maker and coffee, spices, and cleaning supplies. Often, there is extra bug spray and sunscreen left from previous adventures.

The RV features a full kitchen and bathroom, two TVs, a DVD player for the main TV, Amazon fire hookups on each TV (use personal logins), ample storage space in closets and drawers and an outdoor shower.

Because we want all guests to have an enjoyable experience, we do not allow smoking or pets inside the RV. This prevents our RV from having damage as well as ensures future guests don't have allergy or odor issues.
When you pick up the RV the propane and water tanks will be filled.

We will meet you at the RV to hand over the keys to the doors and go over all of the features of the RV.

Other things to note
Host sets up RV at a campground at Lake Red Rock for client. Client choses and pays for campsite, or it is worked into the price. Prices start at appx. $25 per night. Campsites are based on availability. We will leave the keys to the doors, but not the ignition as AirBNB does not support this feature.

The property has no record of agricultural use other than pasture. It is a remnant of tall grass prairie transitioning to forest. We believe good management includes all our plant species and find great pleasure in helping so many diverse plant species and animals in our habitat. There are two small streams cutting through the southern part providing wonderful natural habitat with trails cleared most years. It's great for sitting in nature, walking or birdwatching.

A private space with a beautiful view to sit and drink Ice Tea or a Craft beer. We Also planted around 140 rose bushes this year and have around 25 or so I planted last year along with other flowers. We have a beautiful setting for a romantic getaway. I will make sure on request that you have a fresh Flower arrangement and put Rose petals in a heart shape on the bed to surprise your Wife, Girlfriend or boyfriend! If it's a rainy day you can stay in and find a movie. Everything is almost new and ready for you to sit and relax after a day on the lake, or a long night of races. We are just a little piece of heaven that sits atop one of the highest ridges in Marion county. We have 3 beautiful acres, just North of Knoxville, IA. We have a view of the valley, you can see part of lake Red Rock . We are close to fishing, hiking, walking, bike riding, horseback riding, Sprint car racing, Southern Iowa Speedway, Tulip Time in Pella, IA is 14 miles, 30 miles from southeast Des Moines and The Iowa State fair. Attention hunters we live within a half a mile of public duck hunting bring your boat we have room for you to park it. I do allow a tent if you are staying in the suite at n/c. We also have a tankless water heater.

You can enjoy any part of our 3 acres. which includes our front porch. you are welcome to come sit and watch the sunrise or sunset or just drink a cup of coffee or a beer with us. On the other hand if you want your privacy We understand. there is an outdoor dining set in front of the suite. There is a bbq for your use and a fire pit. We ask that you bring your own charcoal and firewood. I also provide a few beach towels. We also have some outdoor and indoor games. My flower gardens are always a work in progress this year I am planting around 60 rose bushes. We love being outside in the yard or on our boat fishing. If you would want a boat ride I am sure Jeff would be glad to take you.

I have my suite listed for 6 people that would be 4 adults and two children you can fit 6 people but realize you will be in tight quarters. Regarding pets you can please message me I do have two small dogs under 10lbs a maltese and a yorkie poo. The pet fee is $25 dollars per pet. If you will have more then one pet please message me to get approval. Also you will be liable for any damage your pet makes. Also smoking is allowed but only outside. Also there is one King bed, the couch makes into a full bed and I have a queen size air mattress that has a built in pump that makes it stay pumped up. This is a one room suite unfortunately Airbnb doesn't give the option to list it this way.

The space
As you walk into the unit, you'll find a slight entry way with coat closet to house your shoes. The living room and dining area are open concept great for guests to be in one space all at the same time. Pull out sofa located in the living room to accommodate added sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is a galley style with Rustic White Oak cabinetry giving plenty of storage and countertop space to cook during your stay. New stainless steel appliances with other mixed use kitchen essentials like pots/pans, silverware, glassware, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Down the hallway you'll find two spacious bedrooms with a queen bed in each and extended closet space. Windows in each bedroom overlook the brick paved roads along Liberty Street or the alleyway. The full bath with shower/tub combo adds the finishing touches to the overall space.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire unit. Extra bedding for the pull out sofa can be found tucked away in the storage portion of the chaise on the couch. Laundry is also provided but shared with the building. Remain on the second floor and go down the hall and it will be the unmarked door on your right. Two sets of laundry units are available for your stay. An iron and ironing board along with a vacuum and mop can be found in the laundry room as well for your use. Just return to the laundry room when done utilizing.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location on the south side of Lake Red Rock, halfway between Pella and Knoxville, Iowa. You are just a few minutes from Whitebreast Park & Beach, North Overlook beach and Lake Red Rock Visitor Center. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville, historic downtown Pella & Lake Red Rock Marina. You can also enjoy outdoor activities such as bike trails, hiking, climbing Cordova Tower, several lake activities and, of course, hunting & fishing.

This 1695 square foot home is the perfect fit for family, friends, and out of town business workers to enjoy the amenities of home. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable stay in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The 1st floor bedroom with it's queen size bed opens up to the backyard deck. Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have queen size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for cooking at home. New washer and dryer in the basement along with a 2nd bathroom w/ shower.

The space
Enjoy quiet evenings in the spacious living room with a large flat screen TV or nestled up reading a relaxing book. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for cooking at home. The kitchen table seats 6. The backyard deck allows for time to relax while cooking on the outside barbeque, weather permitting. I am very happy to offer Extended Stay Accommodations. As well as offering an extended stay rate based on the amount of days needed. At the time of requesting your extended stay of 7 days or longer please state to me the amount that you feel your company will allow for housing. I will do my very best to consider your request. Keep in mind that there will be tax and service fees attached to the quoted price. It is my pleasure to offer comfortable and pleasant accommodations for those with Extended Stays in our beautiful community.

Other things to note
There is parking in front of the house for two cars. Please do not park across the street as it is no parking. You may be ticketed.
We would like our guest to not park in front of neighbors home's.

Charmante Loft is a private, 2bedroom loft located above a prof. office building w/in walking distance of Pella's unique European shopping area. It is located 1 block from Central College sports complex and short drive to any of Pella’s great corporations and health care center.
We welcome all who are traveling for business, visiting their Central College student, vacationing, or extended stay.
Charmante loft is up 1 flight of stairs and has its own entrance and exit w/ keypad and deadbolt.

The space
Charmante Loft is welcoming, well appointed, and spacious with a large living space, 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and tub, and a fully equipped kitchen should you choose to cook at home. There is desk space for laptop use and WiFi for those on a business trip. You will also find a laundry room with iron and ironing board.
Relax in the evenings watching 1 of the 2 large screen televisions, or playing games, or curled up with a good book.
Drift off to sleep in our comfortable beds with cozy linens and awaken refreshed to rooms filled with natural light.
