Welcome to our beautiful Lake Norman of Catawba home! Our property is a three bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. We offer pet friendly accommodations that is designed with high end finishes and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The outdoors is beautifully landscaped with a private dock, hot tub, built in fire pit and covered deck overlooking LKN. We are located on an amazing wide open deep water cove where guests can swim into the cove, jetski or tie any size boat right to our dock. We are 10 minutes from the new Sherrils Ford shopping area offering many places to eat and shop, and 20 minutes from Moorseville. Our home is the perfect place for a family that loves water sports, relaxation and the great outdoors!

The tiered houses allowed a direct view of the lake and we loved sitting on the porch while having afternoon coffee. Although we couldn't fit it in our schedule, our great host invited us out on his pontoon boat. We were able to meet him and we appreciated the great conversation and insight into the community and area! This will definitely be our go-to place if we come back to this area! "

The dining room has a very large table enough to accommodate 8 people with exquisite view of lake, along with the kitchen bar that has 3 additional stools, this flows into the living area that has a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace, which burns real wood, and a 55' flat screen TV with a blueray player for your favorite movies. Lots of dvd's there or bring your favorites! This room also has two large patio doors that open onto a raised deck overlooking the bottom deck and hot tub area. Both decks have the same gorgeous view of lake. Also on side yard lots of grass you can enjoy, crochet, horseshoes, badmitton....bring your bikes lots of great trails nearby in State Park or bike in neighborhood. There is a basketball hoop and room to have a game with friends and family.

The upper level of house is where the luxurious master suite is which offers another wood fireplace. A 46 inch flat screen tv above fireplace mantel. The master bath has a garden tub and a standing shower with seperate dressing area and double vanity sinks with granite counters. Then there is a loft which is the perfect place for peace and quiet to get work done or enjoy a book.

Then enjoy our nostalgic lower level GAME ROOM complete with a full bar, pool table, poker table & chips, dart board and brand new pacman cocktail table & golf video game. We have a table set up for those who love puzzles and card games. Something for EVERYONE! This level also has a bedroom with beautiful lake view and full bath. If you dont want to boat, you can always fish, swim or float in this cozy and safe cove, or even rent a kayak. We're told the fishing is fantastic right off dock! We also have paddleboat, 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard for your enjoyment.

This beautiful home just built in May 2016. It is 4000 sq. Ft. with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. It also has a sitting room overlooking the lake with a pull out queen sofa. There are 4 porches and a large patio. The rear porches are overlooking the lake with a 3rd floor porch off the bedroom. The custom kitchen is very open to the sunroom and living room. Sit and relax in the hot tub as you enjoy the view of lake. The gentle lot is very large for activities and a stone fire pit for a good evening around the fire. The dock has a 100 ft. pier with a covered sitting area at the end to sit or to have fun fishing. A walkway leads from the pier to a large floating dock to park 3 boats all your own private area. Restaurants and grocery store within 2 miles of the house.

- "We enjoyed this lovely home for a vacation with our 3 daughters, their husbands, and our six grandchildren. John, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He is very available at all times, and he answered texts within minutes! The house was perfect for our family. All bedrooms were clean and beautiful, especially the master bedroom. Every amenity needed was provided; all we had to do was go to the very nearby grocery store and get our provisions for the week! We also took advantage of having the pontoon boat available to rent, and we contracted to have it on two days of stay. For our grandchildren, this was the absolute most fun they had the entire vacation. We were so happy to have provided them with the happy memories! The pier and the covered sitting area at the end of it were also a big hit. The water there is nice and shallow, so the little ones could wade and swim in the warm lake water which they loved, and the adults were able to easily oversee them from above. Our home is ideal for multiple families gathering to enjoy lakefront living at its best. Beautiful lake views can be seen from every room in the house. Renovations were made to the home in 2017, updating the bathrooms, flooring, HVAC's and kitchen appliances. We offer three bedrooms with attached baths and large closets. One suite is located on the main floor with a queen bed. The attached bath has a walk-in shower. There are 2 more suites upstairs both with attached baths. One is furnished with a king bed and the other has a queen. There is a bunk loft area with a twin over full that is ideal for children. We also offer a Pack & Play so you don't have to bring your own. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa was added in January 2024 allowing us to sleep a total of 11 people. There is a designated workspace available if you must check in with the office.

Two large family rooms feature flat screen smart TV’s and plenty of seating. Yes, we have wifi! The upstairs family room has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows offering expansive lake views. The cozy downstairs family room features two leather sofas and a recliner, with large windows overlooking the lake. The fully-stocked kitchen has seating at the bar area or room for eight at a large dining table. A new convection wall oven was installed in November of 2018 and the cooktop was replaced in 2021. Then in 2022 all new counters and backsplash was added. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer available for your use.

Our home features a huge wrap-around deck with rocking chairs perfect for a relaxing afternoon under a canopy of trees or you can settle in on the outdoor sofa in the attached screened-in porch. The screened porch has a large farmhouse table to seat the whole family as well.

You can enjoy roasting marshmallows at the lake side fire pit or play a game of cornhole. Kids will love fishing off the dock or taking turns on the tree swing. We also have 2 kayaks for adults and 2 smaller ones for kids to go out and explore the cove. Kids of all ages love playing or sunbathing on our water mat. We keep a few life vests in the deck box for your use as well, especially for the little ones. There is always deep enough water at the pier to dock your boat. Better yet, rent our new Tri-toon with tube for pulling and have it waiting on you when you arrive.

Our home is ideally located to Mooresville and Huntersville for shopping and restaurants. We are less than an hour from both uptown Charlotte and Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord. There are several motorsport museums nearby and the Nascar Hall of Fame.

We take great pride in keeping our home clean for our guests and have been even more vigilant during this virus scare.

Maximum occupancy of the house is 10 adults. We do not allow parties and large groups. Any exceptions must be cleared in advance.

The lake is not as clean as the lakes in PA so I recommend to rent the boat from the very nice owner Cindy and enjoy swimming , water skiing and tubing outside the cove at the open water of the lake. Bring your boat, jet ski, kayaks or canoes to enjoy the lake. Small slide going into the water which the kids love.

- "We played at the lake for a few days, then ventured out and did different things in the Charlotte area and this was a great base for everything. The cabin is as described with everything needed for a fun vacation at the lake - safe swim and play area with a beach and covered docks featuring slide, diving board, fridge and cleats for your watercraft. Inside has space to lounge, a small dining table and kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathroom, and a laundry room. The hosts are nice but gave us plenty of space and responded helpfully and promptly to any questions. Grocery, marinas and dining nearby. FYI There is a cool park a mile or two north of the cabin with trails, a cool playground and more."
