The water pressure is perfect, which I know seems odd to say but there’s nothing better than a refreshing shower after a day spent in the NC heat! The kitchen had spices and everything necessary to cook with. The view is absolutely GORGEOUS! We spent our morning breakfast time sipping coffee and watching golfers tee off on the 13th hole. The area is quiet and close to everything. The hosts are incredible with communication and making sure you feel tended to and appreciated. I’m looking forward to visiting again and staying in this little piece of heaven in Pinehurst."

The Pines bedroom has 2 full size beds with new memory foam mattresses, ceiling fan, tv with ROKU, deck access, spacious walk in closet, and bathroom entrance. During your stay you will enjoy all the comforts of a modern kitchen that has been totally redesigned. These modern touches include new stainless appliances, smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig. The granite counter forms an island/bar that seats 4 and makes for a great place to converse while cooking. The main room includes a leather couch, two leather chairs, dining table for 6, 65" Smart TV, access to both decks, and fairway views. Welcome home! To The Green On #17 is a renovated, second-story studio condo perfectly situated on hole #17 of Pinehurst No. 3 Golf Course. Relax on the private back deck with perfect views of the fairway and enjoy the sunshine and unmatched peace and quiet. Bright, luxurious finishes combined with an excellent location make this studio condo perfect for a weekend golf getaway or a weeklong stay!

Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend 12 exterior steps to reach the front door.

The condo was renovated in 2022 and all furnishings were purchased new. Space is appointed with a king-size bed and comfy memory foam mattress, two cozy armchairs for relaxing, a dedicated desk and working area with a computer monitor and HDMI cable. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use (see the house manual for more information). Like a boutique hotel room with a full kitchen!

The living area is equipped with a 50-inch Roku Smart TV with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

The spacious bathroom is complete with a custom walk-in shower and a luxurious "rain-shower" showerhead.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Make yourself at home in one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

When you book your stay, please ensure the number of guests (up to 2) you put in the reservation is accurate, and let us know if an additional guest is added later. Provisions are provided depending on the number of guests, and we are required to know how many people may be in the building in case of an emergency.

Note: There is a camera integrated with the front doorbell for the safety and security of our home. The camera records both video and audio and is occasionally monitored to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The camera is pointing outwards, and will ONLY record motion and audio directly outside the front door. Please DO NOT tamper with the camera. The doorbell still functions as a typical doorbell.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not provide cribs, high-chairs, etc and the condo has not been "child-proofed." Use your own discretion based on the listing details and photos.

Nestled in the beautiful Sandhills Region of North Carolina, Tanglewood Farm is a working equestrian farm and vacation rental. The horse facility was once used as a US Olympic training facility, and is now primarily used as an eventing competition training farm. If you stay at Tanglewood Farm, you will most likely get the chance to witness some exciting jump training, as our farm is located next to many training facilities, including some owned by Olympic riders and trainers.

Dogs are allowed but must be pre-approved. $50 pet fee per dog per stay (2 dog max). Dogs must remain on leash on the premises and cannot be left unattended.

Children are welcome but must be closely attended by guardian at all times. Horses are unpredictable animals and we take everyone's safety very seriously. We ask that they do not run around the horses or barns, as horses tend to spook easily and can injure themselves and others. The kiddos love feeding the chickens and watching them roam free around the farm but please do not feed the horses!

Bringing your horse? We rent out stalls for $40/night, includes 2 bags of shavings. We require proof of negative Coggins.

Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement per the NC Vacation Rental Act within 3 days of booking or 24 hours before arrival, whichever is earliest.

Security deposit HOLD required - $300 hold to be authorized on guest’s credit card by host 2 days prior to arrival and released within 5 days of departure if no issues.

STRICT maximum of 4 guests. Linens supplied based on number of guests on reservation. Be SURE it is correct! No parties or events of any kind.

Not safe or suitable for infants or children. NO pets allowed. Though we love animals, the HOA (homeowners' association) prohibits non-owner pets.

Please be aware that this is a residential neighborhood in which courtesy and respect for neighbors is expected. Disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours of 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.

This unit has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds. It also has a 3rd room with a trundle bed with 2 separate mattresses (one pulls out - see photos). Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom.

The main living area has a smart TV. There is no cable in the unit, so it has all apps available with WiFi - Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, a KDUO (k cups/carafe), baking sheets, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, olive oil, cookware. We will also have starter coffee available. The dining table has an additional 2 chairs to accommodate 6 people.
The washer/dryer is inside the unit and we have a starter supply of laundry detergent.

The open-concept layout offers plenty of room to gather, whether you're recapping your round, enjoying a home-cooked meal, or simply kicking back with your favorite show.

A fully equipped open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into a large dining area, ideal for shared meals or card games with your crew. Just beyond, a bright Carolina sunroom offers the perfect spot to sip morning coffee, catch up on emails, or unwind with a book. Whether in town for world-class golf, friends/family or other event, we have everything you need for a luxurious, comfortable stay.

This home is grand - in size and style. Basically two houses stacked on top of each other (each with full-sized kitchens), the home was just renovated and furnished with all new, modern furniture and decor. With lots of space for families or friends to spread out, there are ample rooms and seating areas both upstairs and down. Straight down from our location by lovely promenade is the world-famous Pinehurst Country Club and renown “Number 2” championship golf course - where Payne Stewart won the U.S. Open in 1999. A few blocks further, you'll find the 111-acre equestrian facility and historic Pinehurst Harness Track and Restaurant.

Everything in Pinehurst is a special experience, and this house is in the perfect location to enjoy it all without making anything an excursion.

The entire home is made available for guests! However, we do ask that short-stay reservation sizes that can be accommodated by the first floor only not access the lower floor (the first floor has 3 beds, 1 sofa bed (in its own room) and 2 1/2 baths.) We can offer guests a reduced cleaning fee for short stays, but we are charged quite a bit more for cleaning the entire home. We appreciate your help with this.

We are very responsive in the app or by phone; however, we are not in town on a consistent basis to help with onsite needs. We do have reliable support in the area should there be an emergency that needs attention.

Everything is close by, getting anywhere in Pinehurst is only minutes away. Just 2 miles to Pinehurst Village, 3-7 miles from other area courses and 7 miles to Southern Pines. Some of the best dining options in the area are just a short drive away.

Easy to get around quiet neighborhood. Very little traffic. Please park in driveway and stay off streets if possible. We've never had trouble finding parking around town as well.

Let us know if you won't be using all the beds - we can work with you on the cleaning fee if it's a shorter stay.

And we know how important it is to wake up with coffee and have paper towels, trash bags, towels and other necessities on hand - especially the morning after arrival! We provide enough for a couple days - for either a short stay or to get a longer stay started!

This Condo is located on Talamore Golf Resort and is minutes away from many world class golf courses, to include Pinehurst Resort. Approximately 40 minutes to Fort Bragg for Military/DOD civilians who are TDY or house hunting; 4 miles to First Health Moore Regional Hospital for travel nurses; 2.5 miles to Sandhill community college; Reservoir Park is a 250 yard walk from the front door and includes a 95 acre lake, and more than 12 miles of Greenway Trails.

The space
My Condo is part of the Talamore Villas community, consisting of 98 Condo’s, on Talmore Golf Resort properties. The vast majority of these Condos are managed by the Talamore golf resort rental program for tourists on a golf vacation. My Condo consists of two separate units, the main unit where I am, and the fully equipped private suite with separate lockable entrance where you will stay. Please note that my condo is not associated with the talamore rental program in anyway.
