Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.

$300 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.

Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.

This house sleeps 6 comfortably. We have 2 twin size air mattresses for additional guests.

Please note that there is a designated recycling trash can on the property. It is crucial to only place recyclable items in this bin. Placing regular trash in the recycling bin will result in the trash not being picked up and may incur additional costs for the owner.

Any misuse of the recycling bin will be considered a violation of the checkout instructions and may result in extra charges being filed against your reservation.

We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.

This is a duplex with the front right unit for our guests. Time and thought have been put into the comfort and decor, to make our guests have a memorable experience.

This townhouse/duplex is a new build with lots of natural light, high ceilings and an open floor plan. We know it can be hard to remember everything when you are traveling so we have tried to do that for you. We provide a hair dryer, and iron for our guests convenience. This town house also has a full kitchen stocked well stocked. The bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and fresh bath towels. There is also laundry on the premises.

We have a smart T.V. A back porch where you can relax in the evening.

Both bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs there is a sleeper sofa and a half bathroom.

The neighborhood is quiet and a couple dead ends on roads near the home so no through traffic, it sits at the end. Only thing I would suggest so their is an option ate black out curtains for people who need dark to sleep or need extra sleep but the light is too bright and for when it storming to block it out. There are shades which is good this would just make it a little more top notch in my opinion. Thank you for the stay, it was wonderful, would most definitely stay again."

This is a single level home. As you walk in, you will be welcomed into the living room which flows into the dining room and kitchen. We have a smart T.V. in the living room where guests can log into any of their streaming services. The kitchen is supplied with all basic cookware to stay in and enjoy a meal at home. Two of the guest rooms are in a hallway off of the living room, with a guest bathroom between them. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and a smart T.V. The other guest room can sleep three people with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and single on the top). The primary suite is off of the kitchen. It is fitted with a comfortable king bed, smart T.V ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The backyard is not fully fenced, and we do ask that you keep pets off of the furniture. But we are happy to provide a space for people to travel with their dogs.

Guests have access to the full property.

We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet.

After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:

- Pick up after dog droppings
- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively
- Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.
- Put pet sheets on furniture
- Pets must be housebroken
- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.
- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively
- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations

*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to a skate park and Juice Bar. Guests can also walk to a local coffee shop called the Fainting Goat, or a great Italian restaurant, Antonucci`s Authentic Italian, although both of these are along a busier road that some may prefer to drive to.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

The space
This home can sleep up to 8. It has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each and queen size sleeper sofa.

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted.

House includes all amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen, keuig coffee maker, blender, toaster, work space, washer/dryer, smart tv's in all bedrooms and living room, free wifi, towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and adjustable thermostat.

Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also include light cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

Guests have access to entire home. An accurate guest count must be included on all reservations.

PET POLICY
Pets must be pre approved and disclosed up front. Please only bring small to medium sized animals that can be crated when unattended. There is a $400 pet fee for up to 2 pets. All shots and flea treatments must be up to date. The yard is not fenced so a leash is necessary.

The two smaller bedrooms downstairs with twin beds, small table and chairs will fit them just right. And of course the cozy master bedroom with full ensuite and walk-in closet is ready to welcome you after a long day out. The dining table with 6 chairs will fit your family with ease, and three bar chairs at the large island will give you more seating flexibility if needed. Two extremely comfortable sofas in the living room rock and recline for the ultimate relaxation, and you can see right through the open floorplan dining/kitchen area into the serene sunroom with sofa, games and small seating area. There's room for 2-3 cars in the driveway, electronic door lock for your ease of use, and wifi throughout the home. Living room and upstairs TV's have Rokus so you can log into your streaming accounts.
