We are situated on twenty acres in a quiet farming community, just a 8 minutes from Benton, TN. The spacious 2-story renovated horse barn sleeps up to 15 guests and features 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 separate kitchens, 3 baths, 2 laundry rooms, indoor fireplaces, expansive porches & outdoor deck with grills, gazebo and fire pit. Ample space inside & out with all the comforts of home!

The lower unit sleeps up to 7 with 2 queen bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway. One bathroom, full kitchen and laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. This 750 sq ft unit is spacious and has huge front and side porches. An interior hallway connects to the upper unit..

The second level is spacious at 1650sq ft with an attached deck for an outdoor retreat. This 3 bbedroom / 2 bath unit was built in 2022. Sleep up to 8 guests with one king, one queen, two twins and two air mattresses. Open plan living, dining and kitchen areas make this the ultimate entertaining space. Back door opens to a private deck with gas grill & plenty of seating for dining and enjoying our fabulous mountain views.

Kitchens are outfitted with dishes, cups, glassware, silverware, cooking utinsels, pots, pans, serving bowls/platters, etc. There is also variety of spices and condiments on hand, more than most vacation rentals offer. Coffees and teas are also complimentary!

Onsite, we have plenty of card & board games, puzzles, an air hockey table and other fun games for adults & kids! A small library is available with a variety of books left by guests to read & pass along. WiFi is also available and can be used for streaming on our Roku TVs. The electric fireplace in each living room also provide a relaxing ambience.

High chairs and pack n plays are onsite for use.

Bring your kayaks, rods & reels, hiking boots or a good book and enjoy what nature has to offer here in Ocoee Country! Minutes to the Hiwassee and Ocoee rivers and the Cherokee National Forest. We are centrally located about an hour from Chattanooga, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Murphy & Knoxville.

The Barn at Frog Hollow is a rare find in Polk county. This is a perfect spot for larger groups of friends & family who prefer to stay at one location. Great option for extended stays up to 20 nights with 5 private bedrooms. Huge outdoor space for reunions, family get togethets, lawn games & of course gorgeous views.

Ample parking onsite. We can accomodate several vehicles including cars, trucks, trailers, boats and even tractor-trailers. Sorry, no RV or EV hook-ups.

Pets, fireworks, parties, events and hunting are not permitted on the property. Smoking & vaping allowed outside only, not inside the building.

Maximum rental period is 20 nights. Leasing option not available for this property.

This cabin has everything that you will need to enjoy the adventures that await you. Whether it is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, zip lines, scenic train rides or just enjoying the nature of the woods everywhere around you. Maybe your not the adventurous type, you can just relax in the hot tub or sit by the fire roasting marshmallows. There are plenty of things to do If the weather turns bad, you can entertain yourself playing pool or air hockey in the game room. Enjoy being outside under the large picnic shelter by the fire pit, you might even see some of the deer, turkey, bobcat, fox, coyote, birds,and occasional bear that make their home in the surrounding woods.
This is a 2 Bedroom and 2 bath cabin, so if you have more than 2 couples then there is a futon couch. If you are renting it for just 2 people, the downstairs bedroom and bath will be locked off.
We do have a security system with a camera that only looks out at the driveway area.
We do allow pets for a small fee. ( no more than 2 pets)
