We are situated on twenty acres in a quiet farming community, just a 8 minutes from Benton, TN. The spacious 2-story renovated horse barn sleeps up to 15 guests and features 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 separate kitchens, 3 baths, 2 laundry rooms, indoor fireplaces, expansive porches & outdoor deck with grills, gazebo and fire pit. Ample space inside & out with all the comforts of home!

The lower unit sleeps up to 7 with 2 queen bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway. One bathroom, full kitchen and laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. This 750 sq ft unit is spacious and has huge front and side porches. An interior hallway connects to the upper unit..

The second level is spacious at 1650sq ft with an attached deck for an outdoor retreat. This 3 bbedroom / 2 bath unit was built in 2022. Sleep up to 8 guests with one king, one queen, two twins and two air mattresses. Open plan living, dining and kitchen areas make this the ultimate entertaining space. Back door opens to a private deck with gas grill & plenty of seating for dining and enjoying our fabulous mountain views.

Kitchens are outfitted with dishes, cups, glassware, silverware, cooking utinsels, pots, pans, serving bowls/platters, etc. There is also variety of spices and condiments on hand, more than most vacation rentals offer. Coffees and teas are also complimentary!

Onsite, we have plenty of card & board games, puzzles, an air hockey table and other fun games for adults & kids! A small library is available with a variety of books left by guests to read & pass along. WiFi is also available and can be used for streaming on our Roku TVs. The electric fireplace in each living room also provide a relaxing ambience.

High chairs and pack n plays are onsite for use.

Bring your kayaks, rods & reels, hiking boots or a good book and enjoy what nature has to offer here in Ocoee Country! Minutes to the Hiwassee and Ocoee rivers and the Cherokee National Forest. We are centrally located about an hour from Chattanooga, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Murphy & Knoxville.

The Barn at Frog Hollow is a rare find in Polk county. This is a perfect spot for larger groups of friends & family who prefer to stay at one location. Great option for extended stays up to 20 nights with 5 private bedrooms. Huge outdoor space for reunions, family get togethets, lawn games & of course gorgeous views.

Ample parking onsite. We can accomodate several vehicles including cars, trucks, trailers, boats and even tractor-trailers. Sorry, no RV or EV hook-ups.

Pets, fireworks, parties, events and hunting are not permitted on the property. Smoking & vaping allowed outside only, not inside the building.

Maximum rental period is 20 nights. Leasing option not available for this property.

This cabin has everything that you will need to enjoy the adventures that await you. Whether it is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, zip lines, scenic train rides or just enjoying the nature of the woods everywhere around you. Maybe your not the adventurous type, you can just relax in the hot tub or sit by the fire roasting marshmallows. There are plenty of things to do If the weather turns bad, you can entertain yourself playing pool or air hockey in the game room. Enjoy being outside under the large picnic shelter by the fire pit, you might even see some of the deer, turkey, bobcat, fox, coyote, birds,and occasional bear that make their home in the surrounding woods.
This is a 2 Bedroom and 2 bath cabin, so if you have more than 2 couples then there is a futon couch. If you are renting it for just 2 people, the downstairs bedroom and bath will be locked off.
We do have a security system with a camera that only looks out at the driveway area.
We do allow pets for a small fee. ( no more than 2 pets)

The recently remodeled interior provides plenty of at-home comforts, Smart TVs, board games, darts, or corn hole while sitting at the downstairs bar. The property’s private lot is filled with fun activities to enjoy, like roasting marshmallows or reading a good book in the hammock chair.

LAS PLABANOS Mexican Food has amazing margaritas! G G’s RESTAURANT has amazing craft beer and great food. The BLUE HOLE CAFE is great, too!

SCENIC/HISTORIC: Old Copper Road. U.S. 64 is located on most of the historic Old Copper Road, Halfway House. An inn was once located near the mouth of Greasy Creek at Lake Ocoee, Civil War A small confederate campsite/memorial is located on Chilhowee Mountain adjacent to FS 77, Hydroelectric Power Generation. Tennessee Power Company constructed a complex around 1912. TVA took it over in 1939 are in the gorge all along Hwy. 64 (within 30 minutes)

This large cabin will sleep 18. This cabin is set up for groups who want to stay in one location and save money on lodging. The cabin has two levels, the main level and the basement level. The cabin has built-in bunk beds and two separate single beds in a private bedroom. Bedding is needed for this cabin, along with towels and wash cloths. The cabin includes a small full kitchen and two large living rooms. The bathroom on the main level has two toilet stalls and two shower stalls. One large full bath is in the basement along with two more toilet stalls and two shower stalls for a total of 5 showers and 5 toilets.

- "We really didn't realize the scope of the property when we booked. We were just looking for a place that 15 men could stay at for a Church retreat. We found a house that slept up to 18 people, had great reviews, and was about an hour away so we booked it. Now getting there was a trick, (some GPS got them there easy, but other GPS's took them off the beaten path). Anyway when we got there, it was unbelievable. It might have the best views I've ever seen in our surrounding area. We also discovered that this is an area for youth retreats. There entire property was amazing. Even greater was Chris stopping by and talking to us from time to time. We had the run of the entire property for the weekend. The Woodwose Cabin is located on our beautiful 26-acre resort that is less than three miles from the Cherokee National Forest. The cabin will sleep up to eight people. It has three bedrooms total. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third one has a bunk bed. There is also a fold out couch in the living room that will sleep two more. It has a full kitchen with an oven, dish washer, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot with coffee included. There is also a dining room that seats eight.
Welcome to the Woodwose Cabin. There is a washer and dry located in the downstairs bathroom that you are welcome to use. Please do not put any items in there are excessively dirty or overload the machines to ensure they are not damaged. In the kitchen we have provided all the basics including pots, pans, dishes, silverware and a coffee pot with coffee. Before you leave we ask that you please rinse all dishes and load them on the dishwasher. We will run the dishwasher when we clean the cabin. While you are staying with us we also ask that you please keep the doors shut so that bugs are not let inside. Please keep in mind that we have other rentals on the property and that quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure that any other guests on property that may be sleeping are not disturbed. When you go to checkout please turn off all lights and AC/Heater, leave any used towels on the floor in the bathroom, and you can leave the sheets on the bed for us to take care of. Lastly, please lock the doors for us on whenever you leave. We hope you enjoy your stay! If you need anything while you are with us please give us a call as that is the quickest way to reach us.

It is located only minutes from both the Ocoee River for rafting and kayaking and Parksville Lake for boating and swimming. The house is set up to hold 18 people. There are three King suites that have their own bathroom attached and one bunk room with a full bunk and another bunk room with two full bunks. There are three separate living areas one of which is set up with arcade games and theater seats for a theater room experience. There is a creek on the property that can be hiked to. - "This house is shockingly pretty inside and out. The rooms are big and the feeling you get is that of spaciousness and openness. This house can sleep a lot of people. I love the bunk beds that are queen or full size. I thought it was very fun for the kids in the group. It is recently remodeled so it is all fresh inside. Everything about this property is comfortable. The grocery store and “downtown” Ocoee is only 10 minutes away. River rafting and some hiking trails are also convenient to the property. Cherry Cabin is located on the main outpost road of Outdoor Adventure Rafting. It's perfect and convenient for any group and any activity you may have in mind! Cherry has two wings, separated by a large open communal space. The cabin is surrounded on three sides by trees with a large grass area in front with picnic tables, a grill and a fire pit. This is a rustic wilderness experience! Not a traditional cabin! Bring your own bedding, Bunk beds and mattress pads are provided.

- "The keys were not left out like they were supposed to be. Another group in a different cabin also did not have a key left out for them. Thankfully, a door was left unlocked so that we could get in (which is horribly unsafe). I tried to contact the host about the keys and never got a response. It was pretty bad all around. Wish I could get my money back. "

Your vacation getaway awaits at this unique 2-bedroom renovated horse barn. Located on 20 acres, we have fantastic views of Chilhowee mountain & the Cherokee National Forest. Close to both the Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers, we offer a private, quiet spot as your home away from home. This is where you can enjoy the peaceful mornings as you watch the sun rise or a full moon appear over the mountain with a star-filled sky at night!

Once inside, guests will find a cozy dining/living room area, 2 queen bedrooms, full kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom with rain head shower and laundry area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a plates, cups, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. Also provided is a coffee maker (10-cup), Keurig, electric kettle and French press along with a selection of various coffees, teas and sweeteners. The laundry area has a full sized washer & dryer and we provide detergent and dryer sheets/wool balls.

Other amenities include mini-split AC units, WiFi, ROKU tv, electric fireplace, recliner, dining room table and numerous books, board games and puzzles.

Outside, enjoy dining, swinging or rocking on our expansive porches! Air hockey table, cornhole, gas grill and firepit are just a few things available to you while you are here.

Great for families, friends, kids! We think our place will allow you to experience everything this area has to offer, with beautiful memories in the making. We approximately 10 minutes to Benton, TN, 30 minutes to Cleveland, TN; One hour from Chattanooga, Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Murphy. We are little further to Knoxville & Gatlinburg, but a lot less crowded! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, including trailers or trucks. No RV hookups.

This riverside retreat with majestic mountain views is right on the Hiwasee River! The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. You can trout fish or raft/kayak from the backyard. You can easily visit the nearby campgrounds and park, Amish Market, and take in all that the Gee Creek area has to offer.

The space
With a chef kitchen, double-sided gas fireplace, spacious living room, sunroom overlooking the mountain views, back patio, and four bedrooms on property, this house is ideal for family and friend gatherings. The outside of the house is simply amazing as it has 1.2 acres that include your own private riverside area. There is a covered porch overlooking the river where you can sit and enjoy the majestic mountain views. In the main house are three bedrooms. Two of these have spacious en suite bathrooms while the third bedroom has a half-bath in the hall area. All bedrooms have queen size beds. You will find a fourth bedroom in a private apartment above the garage. There is a private entrance to this space. This apartment has a queen bed, futon, and small table. It also has a full bathroom. This home sleeps 8 comfortably.

The smaller house is not available to rent, however, you can use the back porch of the bunk house and the fire pit.

You will not be able to pull your vehicles in the garage. But there is plenty of parking space outside.
