All of the appliances, fixtures and outlets are in working order. You'll want to bring your own food and beverages. The only negative for this 2nd-floor apartment is that the steps have no landing, so the ascent is somewhat steep."

Welcome to our condo! You will enjoy this newly constructed 2 BR/2 BA condo in a great location on the north side of Valdosta and close to lots of fun! Great features include premium mattresses and linens and a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and a Keurig. Located approximately 8 minutes from exit 22 on I75 and within 1/4 mile of fine dining, boutique shopping, Chick-Fil-A, and Starbucks. We aim for our guests to have a comfortable and relaxing experience in our very clean condo.
The space
This condo features an open floor plan including a kitchen with dining area that open to a living room. There is a balcony off of the den and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

- "This property was just what I needed for a 2 week stay. Great area right next to the SGMC and Valdosta State and convenient to everything. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated and the ghost is super nice and very helpful." - "The grounds were well maintained for an older property. The apartment was really cute, nicely decorated. It was very clean, which is extremely important to me. I was pleasantly surprised Check-in required entering a code on a keypad lock on the door. There are two numbers per button, which made it confusing when entering the code. Be mindful. If the code contained two numbers that existed on the same keypad button you had to press that button twice. For example, if the code is 1234 and 1 and 2 were on the same keypad button, you press the button with 1 an 2 on it twice. The fixtures were a bit rusted and the water pressure was unsatisfactory. The front door is not a solid door, but was half glass and the lock didn't seem secure, which made me feel unsafe. I ended up pushing furniture up against the front door for added security. The bathroom window didn't seem to close completely, but since the apartment was on the second floor, it was okay. The one review I read prior to my stay mentioned a friendly ghost. I disregarded that part of the review, but did feel a presence in the room at night when nodding off to sleep. It felt as though someone was gently shaking me awake. I experienced this several times the first night, which resulted in not getting very much sleep. The second night, I slept with all the lights on and was able to sleep a bit without too much disturbance. Overall, the stay was okay. It was my first VRBO experience."

Title indicated 2bd/1ba but description listed a full and a half bath and made reference to bathrooms (plural) in the description. This I was one of the reasons we chose this VRBO over a hotel. Listing also indicated a pool under amenities, which I guessed was inaccurate because it wasn’t included in the written description or pictures. -Coffee, creamer and filters were provided (which was nice), but this is definitely not a house I would advise renting if you plan to make most of your meals. Nothing else besides salt and pepper. Uneven stovetop, no dishwasher or kitchen towels, and only three bowls. Making our own meals was another reason we chose this duplex vs a hotel. -Lastly, I’ve stayed in over 30 rental homes over the past 5 years. The best homes usually have a book with local information, check out instructions, etc. This home provided nothing. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for inexpensive, a good location, and you plan to mostly eat out. I personally would not choose to stay here again though."

To keep everyone safe we are practicing very stringent cleaning procedures before and after every stay.Every surface is sanitized using a bleach solution and sheets/ towels are washed using the high-heat setting.
