- "When we first got the we kept contacting are own because we couldn’t get in side the home we was outside for 12 hrs because we was in the middle of no where and not from their so then he answer he said he could do anything bout my money being took out my acc and he can refund us are money but it gon st 7 days so we could do that because again we are in the middle of no where he said go to a motel 6 and hung up so we sleep in the car and wake up like 8 in the morning and call in he said he got to wake 4 more hr cs everybody sleep ..then we keep trying different codes the door knob would not open the door because it was messed so we pushed the fire hard when we put the code in it open so we had to live the back door unlocked while we were gon and someone really could have got in the house but that was the only way we was going to get in the house then their bugs and spiders but the house was neat and the owner is just rude like very rude"

The home has a fully stocked kitchen (minus food) with everything you should need for a comfortable short or mid term stay. Whether you are visiting for work or play we you can relax in this peaceful setting close to everything Lincolnton has to offer.

Located between the heart of Downtown Lincolnton & the retail district this property is a great Stop & Stay for whatever brings you to town. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of many unique local shops and restaurants.

High Speed internet is included FREE and enjoy each of the Roku enabled TVs where you can add any of your favorite streaming apps. There are also numerous FREE channels provided on each TV and the home has some assorted board/card games too!

Comfortably accommodates 4 adults but kids are welcome too! There is a folding portable crib, upon request, for any little ones that may be traveling with you. A limited amount of toilet paper, toiletries and paper towels are supplied (enough for 2-4 days depending on guest count). Property is fenced in with open access to large common driveway.

Just 25 minutes from Hickory and Gastonia, 40min drive to CLT International airport & 9min drive to Combine Academy. There are multiple festivals through out the summer in downtown including Alive After 5 concert series and the ever popular Apple Festival.

You can choose from several different complimentary coffee blends for the Keurig or there is also a standard drip style Coffee maker. The home has some laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner included as well.

There are Integrated USB A&C charging ports through out the home. If you are traveling with an Electric Vehicle there is a Level 2 Tesla EV Charger available for use during your stay. The charger uses the NACS style plug.

This tiny home perfectly blends, modern comforts with rustic charm, offering a peaceful retreat in nature. Situated on our 9 acre lot with walking trails to a peaceful stream. Our tiny house is just a short drive from dining and shopping areas.

Guest access
Enjoy all to yourself this handcrafted home. Guest has access to the walking trail that leads to the stream and the large cleared area that the Tiny home occupies.
