After launching by Triggs Resort, you can pick up your guests
off the Ritz dock or the public dock on West Lake.
We can help you with space for your trailer close to the Suites. If you are booking a room early, we do suggest renting a boat from a local marina as well. Those fill quickly.

We offer great parking at the Stay Properties. We do have 2 areas next door for trailer or overflow parking.
We highly recommend wagons for the kids, bikes or great walking shoes. The Lakes Area is growing in popularity so you can most likely get to your destination faster without your vehicle. This location does not have a grass yard.

It was not about finding a view for us this time but it is less than a block to get to the water when desired. It was my first VRBO trip and my only issue was a disconnect with the online billing information...my billing itemization locked me out for a number of days and the VRBO charge was added after the original that I'd seen but could not get back to. We are available to you during your stay, if you should need anything.

We are located across the street from our other Stay Properties. Just steps to a dip in the lake or a cocktail on the patio of a local establishment.

Once you arrive at Stay Suites and look at the building you will see a white door at the base of the steps. It will have a sign that says ENTER HERE...go in that door and up the steps Haywards Bay is 2nd door on the left. You will receive an access code before you arrive and you use that to enter and to lock the door.

Haywards is a 2 queen bed suite on the 2nd floor of the Stay Suites. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot. We do have a community closet that has other cooking items in it, in case you are needing something else.

This is not a good location for bachelor X parties. There are 12 airbnbs in this building, so you do have neighbors.

Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb in Arnolds Park, Iowa draws inspiration from the historic Abbie Gardner Cabin. Located just one block from the amusement park, it comfortably sleeps 12 guests and features a full kitchen, spacious living room, and dining room. Our vacation cabin is located on the stocked fishing pond at the popular Bridges Bay Resort. Enjoy your own private cabin located on a private drive just off the water of East Lake Okoboji. The cabin is clean and well maintained. All furniture is in great condition and is also well maintained. This is the perfect, affordable place for a large family or two smaller families to sneak away to. Renters are responsible for washing towels and linens prior to departure.

Bracco restaurant and Parrot Bay Bar on the resort. Waterpark features include area for smaller children as well area for older children and adults. (6 daily waterpark passes included)
