We are located across the street from our other Stay Properties. Just steps to a dip in the lake or a cocktail on the patio of a local establishment.

Once you arrive at Stay Suites and look at the building you will see a white door at the base of the steps. It will have a sign that says ENTER HERE...go in that door and up the steps Haywards Bay is 2nd door on the left. You will receive an access code before you arrive and you use that to enter and to lock the door.

Haywards is a 2 queen bed suite on the 2nd floor of the Stay Suites. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot. We do have a community closet that has other cooking items in it, in case you are needing something else.

Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb in Arnolds Park, Iowa draws inspiration from the historic Abbie Gardner Cabin. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Away from the main, but very close to make it convenience with a short 2 mile walk, hike, drive or ride from everything in the area. I do not have lake access, but there are beaches in the area. There are two bedrooms, one has a single Queen bed, the other has one Queen Bunk and two Twin XL bunks. There is a large living and dining area that is great for groups. There is also a queen-sized pull-out couch.

We have plenty of parking for boats and trailers in our south parking lot. There are 13 steps to get to this apartment.

- "This cute 2 bedroom is near boat docks, coffee breakfast cafes, spudnutz (must try potato donuts), nice restaurants, Arnold’s Park, the Emporium, beaches, gas station and a Walmart. The driveway is short but did accommodate a double jetski trailer with pickup next to it. No street parking. 1 pot and 1 pan. No mixing bowls. No washer/dryer. Safe neighborhood for walks and a tiny little yard library is 2 blocks away. "

The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, an armoire and TV. The living room has a large sectional sofa sleeper, love seat pull out couch and TV. The bathroom has a full-size shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, countertop convection oven, and table with 4 barstools. The covered deck has a grill, patio furniture, and ceiling fan.

The entrance to the rental is in the back of the property. This property has 20 steps to access the rental through a private entrance.

You'll love staying at The Fireside Fun Cabin at Bridges Bay Resort. This vacation cabin offers six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Resort waterpark and pools with each reservation. Conveniently located close to the cabin entrance, across the street from the fishing pond and just steps away from the cabin area private pool. The home offers a main floor bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom just across the hall. Also on the main level is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with smart TV. Off the dining area is a private patio with private back yard, a propane grill, and additional seating. The living provides a full sized klick clack for extra sleeping. The second level offers another full bathroom with tub and two additional sleeping spaces. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and the sleeping loft offers two full sized beds and a twin bed. This property can sleep a total of ten guests. Bridges Bay Resort boasts two restaurants, swim up bar, indoor waterpark, outdoor pool with slides, zipline, basketball court, and arcade,
Just across the bridge you will find grocery stores and convenience stores to stock up for your stay, restaurants, bars and local shopping. Come stay at the "Canal Cottage" off West Lake Okoboji in the Wahpeton Canals. This is a great place for families that want their own spaces. Right on the canal, you are steps away from the water and West Lake Okoboji. Enjoy fishing off the dock, boating from the property right into West Lake, or exploring the canals with the provided kayaks. (Check with property manager regarding boat size for hoist and canal access based on water levels) There is an 18'X18' (Huge!) screened in gazebo with propane firepit table, seating for up to 11, a smart TV, and electrical outlets. You'll surely want to eat all your meals out here cooked on the property’s propane Weber grill.

Upon entering the main house you are greeted with a beautiful kitchen boasting quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar top seating. The living area has a pull-out couch and smart TV. There are two private bedrooms in the main house, both with queen beds, smart TVs, and plenty of natural light. The loft space above the bedrooms provides two additional queen beds. This space is great for older children and young adults. This cottage has just finished its renovation and now features all new furniture and a relaxed beach house style. Your stay here will ensure your time at the lake with family or friends is an Aussie experience without the need for the 15 hr flying time!
Enjoy the kayaks or the stand up paddle board and head straight out to the dock and onto the water.

The space
Situated in the Miller’s Bay canals just off West Lake in the quiet village of Wahpeton.
This home in a peaceful part of the lakes district offers a private dock where your boat and jet ski can be kept for the duration of your stay. Enjoy plenty of water fun at popular West Lake or travel by boat across the lake for dinner and entertainment at Arnold’s Park area. The Barefoot bar and parks marina is about a 15 min boat ride away or a 17 min drive. Perhaps you would prefer to just enjoy the ambiance of a fire on the lawns on a cooler night and a bbq on the grill. This is a family home for creating lasting memories in.
The property itself offers a spacious split level home including 3 bedrooms, master with King bed bed and a gorgeous view of the water. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and half bath ensuite while bedroom 3 also has a queen bed. The main bathroom with bath tub and shower over the bath is situated between the two Queen bedrooms.
The large eat in kitchen has all one could need when cooking up a storm and a Nespresso coffee machine for a relaxed morning coffee on the outside patio.
There is parking available on the driveway for two cars and also for one car inside the garage.
This property is ideal for couples or families with older children.
We are Australian and therefore we hope you’ll enjoy the little Aussie touches throughout the cottage including a bottle of local South Australian wine, vegemite for you to try on toast with butter and your morning coffee or Tim tam biscuits for the sweet tooth.
If staying in winter then perhaps try your hand at some ice fishing or ice skating on the lake. Fast wifi means you can also enjoy working from your home away from home or catch up on wherever you left off watching on Netflix.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all beds.
Feel free to bring your boat. There is no boat hoist but you can tie your boat to the dock as the water remains lovely and calm in the canals.
Kayaking is perfectly fine to do from the shoreline.
All bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.

**IMPORTANT** This property has no fencing between the house and the water so young children must be watched closely at all times. The house is not set up for children under the age of 6. We suggest that this is not a suitable house for those with very young children.
**Strictly NO smoking or vaping anywhere at the property and NO parties. Immediate eviction and fines for anybody breaching these rules.

Please also note that while we provide a smart tv and wifi, streaming services except for Netflix are not included so bring your own login details.

Location!! Park the car for your stay, you won't need it. The Inn, Oak Hill Marina, and Lake Minnewashta are across the street. West Lake Okoboji, Central Emporium, the beach, Arnold's Park Amusement Park, The Roof Gardens, the Green Space, and Maxwell's beach cafe are a 5 minute walk. Broadway street with coffee, wine, nightlife, and restaurants is also conveniently within walking distance.

The space
You will enter Cactus Cove through a private main entrance or the 2 stall garage into an open concept living space, with all views and patio facing the lake. As you enter there are baskets to hold shoes, welcome table, a large coat/storage closet, and half bath. The large kitchen pantry is stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, slow cooker, pots/pans, shaker (bar accessories), bakeware, and dishware. The downstairs living space has a sofa sleeper, TV, fireplace, and dining pace has seating for 8 inside and 4 outside.

Upstairs, French doors will lead you into the master bedroom suite which has a large King bed, a sleeper sofa, television, large walk-in closet, double sinks, walk-in shower and private patio. The master patio will have views of Saturday night fireworks happening on west lake!

Down the hallway are 2 spare bedrooms, laundry room with sink, and full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with twin trundle, TV, closet, and door to shared patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, futon couch, TV, closet, and door to a shared patio. These bedrooms' shared a patio has views of Lake Minnewashta.

This townhome has new carpet, linen, duvet covers, and is stocked with an umbrella stroller, highchair, aero mattresses, pack-n-play, and a cooler.

Guest access
You will have full access to the Town Home, code access through the front door, garage and outside parking access for 3-4 cars.

Other things to note
Catus Cove has the BEST location! Walk to and from Arnolds Park amusement park, the Emporium, West lake board walk, green space, bars and restaurants. If you attend live music or enjoy a night at one of the bars, you can safely walk home. There is a large kids park .2 miles away and you are a 5 minute drive to Okoboji Store or water park at bridges bay on East lake.
