Lazydays is a traditional 18th Century stone built 2 bedroom cottage located in the centre of Moffat close to both the High Street and the peaceful riverside. The cottage is less than 2 minutes walk from an array of local shops, pubs, restaurants and amenities.
Moffat offers an array of activities including hill walking, cycling, fishing and golf.
Moffat is ideally situated, being 2 minutes drive from Junction 15 of the M74 and is conveniently located for exploring the Scottish Borders and the Lake District, as well as visiting Glasgow and Edinburgh which are approximately 1 hours drive away.
The cottage is fully equipped with gas central heating and hot water, modern kitchen with fridge, fan assisted oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
A separate living room with colour television, DVD player and Freeview provides a peaceful area to relax in. There is also a dining room with table and seating for 4 people.
Free WiFi is also provided.
On the first floor there are two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other a twin room with two single beds. There is also a separate family bathroom with bath and shower.

Well behaved/housetrained dogs are very welcome. Please be aware the cottage has no garden, however, the riverside is a 5 minute walk and is a popular area for dog-walking.
PLEASE NOTE: because it is a traditional cottage the stairs are steep with a half landing from bedrooms to bathroom. Care must be taken at all times when existing these rooms. This may cause a problem for anyone with limited mobility, the elderly or families with very young children. The bedrooms have sloping ceilings, a common feature of traditional Scottish cottages, which results in reduced headroom (be aware if you are very tall!)

The holiday home is situated at the highest point of the park meaning there are beautiful views to the rolling hills beyond, take it all in with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the wrap round decking, the perfect way to relax.
A spacious open plan sitting, dining & kitchen area mean meal preparation is a social event and with the fully equipped kitchen cooking a light lunch or full evening meal is a breeze!
There are 3 cheerfully presented bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms. The double bedroom has a connecting door to the main bathroom but there is also an additional cloakroom for convenience.
The holiday park itself has it's own large Loch which is perfect for fishing enthusiasts. The grounds are large and great for exploring with woodland walks and plenty of space for to run around, children will be excited to ramble and is the perfect setting to make great family memories.
Only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful town of Moffat, here you will find lots of independent retailers and plenty of activities.
If you love to walk or are a nature lover, visit the Grey Mare's Tail where you will find incredible views, Lochs and one of the highest waterfalls in the UK.

Escape into nature at our luxurious cabin in Beattock where you can relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Get back to nature in the open air and relax in true comfort thanks to the modern facilities of this lodge.
My home from home is the perfect retreat to escape from the everyday pressures. The space is modern light and airy yet comfortable and homely. It is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy time out from Life. Full-size oven and built in fridge freezer and microwave. A fabulous power shower to kick start your morning followed by breakfast Al fresco on the decking. Beds are comfortable as is the lounge area. Stargaze at night on a lounger and wish on the shooting stars that fall.
It's light airy and is a sun trap from early morning til the sun goes down. I recommend an early morning or evening stroll round the beautiful Loch where you can sit and watch the swans and ducks and even the elusive otters. If your lucky, the Swans and the cignets sometimes come by for a morning or evening feed.
As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
There are two bedrooms in this lodge which contain a double bed.
There is 2 bathrooms, one has a shower and one which is an ensuite with bath.

The double bedroom has a super comfortable bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite cloakroom for convenience.

Perfectly situated overlooking the lake the property is beautifully presented throughout with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Relax in the open plan sitting area on comfortable sofas for a cozy night in front of the TV or alternatively, there is plenty of room for family games night!
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation whilst still socializing with the rest of your party. Regardless if you are preparing, breakfast, a light lunch, or a full evening meal everything you need is at hand and cooking is a breeze!

Overlooking the Moffat Manor Park, the property is beautifully presented throughout with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Relax in the open plan sitting area on comfortable sofas for a cosy night in front of the TV or alternatively, there is plenty of room for family games night!
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation whilst still socialising with the rest of your party. Regardless if you are preparing, breakfast, a light lunch or a full evening meal everything you need is at hand and cooking is a breeze!
Enjoy your meal at the dining table situated directly next to the kitchen for ease and convenience.
Move through the hallway and you will find Bedroom 1, a super comfortable double bed that ensures a great night's sleep, plenty of storage and a direct entrance into the main bathroom for convenience.
Bedroom 2 is the twin room, cosy and again with ample storage.
Guests 5 & 6 will use the comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area.

Augusta Road is very quiet particularly after 6pm at night and more so at weekends.
There are very few children on the streets, mainly adults.
Your hosts will respect you private space and leave you alone. If you wish to converse, we will be around. If you wish information on Birmingham and west midlands, please ask. If you wish your host to cook you an evening meal please give prior notice and she will be happy to.

Craigieburn garden bothy is a glamping-type single room bothy in a lovely 6-acre garden in beautiful Moffatdale, a great location for walkers and cyclists. The garden has woodlands, waterfalls, wildlife and exceptional planting for you to roam in. The bothy has no mains water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with separate flush toilet and washing facilities. Otherwise all home comforts are provided with double bed, kitchenette and wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere
The space
Craigieburn garden bothy is glamping-type accommodation, a single room bothy, set in a lovely position in the 6-acre garden of Craigieburn house. The garden is set beside the wooded gorge and waterfalls of the Craigie burn in beautiful Moffatdale and is open to the public. You will have the garden with its woodlands and collection of rare and unusual plants to roam in alone after closing hours; see our Craigieburn garden and nursery social media page for more photos and comments from our many friends and followers. The bothy has no running water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with a washroom with toilet and washing facilities with hot water located 200m away at the main house (no shower). Otherwise we aim to provide all home comforts with double bed, comfy chairs, well-equipped kitchenette, rechargeable lights, candles & wind-up lights and a wood-burning stove with plentiful logs to create a cosy atmosphere. There is a £5 per log basket charge for firewood and kindling. Table, chairs and outdoor wood burner are available outside in season.
There is good mobile phone coverage and a wifi signal outside the main house. Car parking is available next to the bothy (up steps). Bikes can be safely stored beside the bothy. The hilly nature of the garden and steps mean that the bothy is not suitable for disabled people.
One or two house-trained and well-behaved dogs (who don’t jump on furniture and bed) are welcome. Dogs have to be kept on a lead and clean-up after in the garden.

Laurel Cottage is a delightful one bedroom detached annex cottage within walking distance of the centre of Moffat, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The space
The accommodation is on two levels, with an open plan kitchenette/dining/lounge area and double bedroom on the entrance level and a bathroom to the lower level accessed by stairs that are quite steep and may not be suitable for some guests.
The cottage has a small private garden with a drying area and a patio with a table and chairs.
The entrance opens into the snug kitchenette/dining and lounge area. There is a small dining table and chairs, and the fitted kitchenette includes a fridge, an electric hob, combination microwave oven & grill, a toaster, kettle and dishwasher as well as the required crockery, cutlery and utensils to accommodate your stay.
In addition, on arrival we will provide you with a welcome pack of essentials including tea, coffee, milk and sugar etc.
The comfortable lounge area has a two seater sofa, armchair, smart TV* and WiFi and is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
*NB in addition to the regular terrestrial TV channels, the TV offers access to Netflix and Disney + etc. providing you have the relevant accounts.
The double bedroom is accessed from the kitchen/dining/lounge area.
The bathroom is on the lower level and comprises of an over the bath electric shower, WC and wash hand basin with an electric shaver point above.
