- "Great" - "We booked our room above this friendly pub at the last minute, as it offered great value for money. It's a very short walk from the seafront, and the town centre. This is an old building, with uneven floors. Room 5 was ensuite, and really spacious, but definitely not modern. It was clean, but the bed was very squeaky! There was a kettle in the room, with tea and coffee. No toiletries, other than soap. The shower was stuck on a very warm temperature. No breakfast available, but the lovely Chatterbox Cafe is a few steps away. We had dinner at the pub, which was excellent value for money (2 main meals for £12.49). Drinks are also really cheap. A bottle of prosecco was just £16! If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you’re looking for great value for money, and a bed for the night, this does the job. "

The Mendip 9 static holiday home is a ‘Willerby Rio’, 3-bedroom holiday home with side decking within Mendip Close at the prestigious Haven Holiday Village in Burnham-on-Sea. Mendip Close is a slightly quieter location within the Holiday Village close to the 2 picturesque fishing lakes. Ample parking is available very nearby. This is a pet free site and unfortunately pets are not allowed in the property or on the site. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied but towels are not, so please bring these with you.

For holiday stays throughout March and November only the shop and laundrette will be open as this is pre/end of season. However, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area,

Linen is included in our Osprey range caravans - all other grade caravans (Puffins and Herons) linen can be hired at £8 per set.

Cots and Highchairs are available to hire but customers must bring with them their own bedding for cots.

Outdoor pool is open from 15th July to 7th September - the pool will be closed every Monday and FridayPlease note that this is a self-catering accommodation so don’t forget to bring your towels, t-towels and toilet rolls.

Check In Procedure

Check in time is 5pm If you are arriving after 6pm, you must inform the park of your estimated time of arrival so that we can make arrangements for you to receive your key. If you are held up for any reason then please call 01278 794888 after 6pm. Check Out Procedure

Checkout is 10.00am on day of departure. Please open all windows to ventilate the caravan and return your key to reception. If you are checking out outside of office hours, please lock up your caravan entirely and deposit your key in the letterbox in the office door.Group Bookings/Party Types

The park does not accept work parties, young or single sex groups. There must be at least 1 adult over the age of 21 on all bookings.

Please be aware that not all caravans will have parking outside.There is a main car park and bays located around the park.
