- "Great" - "We booked our room above this friendly pub at the last minute, as it offered great value for money. It's a very short walk from the seafront, and the town centre. This is an old building, with uneven floors. Room 5 was ensuite, and really spacious, but definitely not modern. It was clean, but the bed was very squeaky! There was a kettle in the room, with tea and coffee. No toiletries, other than soap. The shower was stuck on a very warm temperature. No breakfast available, but the lovely Chatterbox Cafe is a few steps away. We had dinner at the pub, which was excellent value for money (2 main meals for £12.49). Drinks are also really cheap. A bottle of prosecco was just £16! If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you’re looking for great value for money, and a bed for the night, this does the job. "

The Mendip 9 static holiday home is a ‘Willerby Rio’, 3-bedroom holiday home with side decking within Mendip Close at the prestigious Haven Holiday Village in Burnham-on-Sea. Mendip Close is a slightly quieter location within the Holiday Village close to the 2 picturesque fishing lakes. Ample parking is available very nearby. This is a pet free site and unfortunately pets are not allowed in the property or on the site. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied but towels are not, so please bring these with you.

For holiday stays throughout March and November only the shop and laundrette will be open as this is pre/end of season. However, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area,

Linen is included in our Osprey range caravans - all other grade caravans (Puffins and Herons) linen can be hired at £8 per set.

Cots and Highchairs are available to hire but customers must bring with them their own bedding for cots.

Check In Procedure

Check in time is 5pm If you are arriving after 6pm, you must inform the park of your estimated time of arrival so that we can make arrangements for you to receive your key. If you are held up for any reason then please call 01278 794888 after 6pm. Check Out Procedure

Checkout is 10.00am on day of departure. Please open all windows to ventilate the caravan and return your key to reception. If you are checking out outside of office hours, please lock up your caravan entirely and deposit your key in the letterbox in the office door.Group Bookings/Party Types

Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. Left a day early as had enough."

Cedar Lawn 6 static holiday home is an ‘ABI Westwood’, 2-bedroom holiday home with front and side decking within Cedar Lawn at the prestigious Haven Holiday Village in Burnham-on-Sea. Cedar Lawn is a slightly quieter location within the Holiday Village but still very close to the main facilities and just a 5 minute walk to the 2 picturesque fishing lakes. The holiday home has dedicated parking next tot he caravan.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the property. Duvets, pillows and linen are supplied but towels are not, so please bring these with you.

Our recently purchased 2019 3 bed caravan. Located at Haven Burnham on sea.Letting so we can give families the memories that we too are about to embark on.

Please note play passes are a 3 night minimum stay-these are not included in the price.

The space
Three bedroom recently purchased caravan on the very popular Haven site at burnham on sea. Caravan a short walk to the main entertainment complex. Close to the sea and shops and both Weston and Brean just a short distance by car.

Hair dryer x 2, ironing board and iron, travel cot (bedding required) and bed guard all available to use.
Property has a 32” smart tv so you can log into your own Netflix and YouTube accounts if required.

Situated on a sought after location, the Annexe is located in a quite, selective residential area just off the The Grove. Nearby, you will find the local tennis club, the famous Berrow Golf Glub and the oldest lighthouse in Britain.

Beautiful, newly converted with everything you need including a separate shower, toilet and basin. The kitchenette has enough space for wares and includes all utensils for that big cook... microwave, halogen oven, fridge and mini freezer, cooking plates, kettle and toaster. it's self contained with a double sofa, double bed (4ft) and mini tables.
Heating, lighting, electric, WiFi and smart Internet ready tv are included, free of charge. Free car parking with cctv with an area to sit outside with coffee.

Barn conversion with modern interior and furnishings. Ideal for a romantic getaway or short holiday. Located about three hundred yards from a 7 mile beach (footpaths to the beach run from the property). Free WiFi included. Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury, Wells and other NT properties are within 20 miles as is Clarke’s Village shopping outlet. Adjacent to a prestigious golf course and the Shops and restaurants of the town centre are only 1 mile away by road or beach!

The space
King size double in the bedroom can be converted to twin beds if required. Two sofa chair beds in the lounge. Bedding can be found under the bed in the bedroom for additional guests. It is important to note that this lodge is not really suitable for three or four adults. The bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom for example.

Guest access
The whole lodge is yours regardless of how many book. Parking is available for up to three cars in front of the property. Charging of hybrid and electric cars on the domestic system is permitted at £10 per charge

Other things to note
The golf club next door offers food and drink to playing golfers for breakfast and supper most evenings. Please book with the golf club in advance.
Feel free to use the driveway at the front of the property as your outside space.
