We did read reviews and were expecting it to be run down but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was dated and needed redecorating but we've definitely stayed in worse places for more money. We used the outdoor pool, which stated it was heated but another swimmer who uses the facilities daily said the heater was broken. It was quite cold so didn't last long we went to the indoor pool which was lovely and warm, the hot tub was lovely. There was a steam room and sauna and massage chair and foot massager. Also a gym. We would definitely come and stay again, hopefully it stays open. "

There is also a Park Run on the promenade on Saturday for those feelings energetic, the locals were very welcoming to joining runners. We will return to this accommodation."

The Living room and kitchen are on the ground floor with access from the kitchen to a private south facing sunny terrace. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the 1st floor, up a flight of stairs. The house is situated on Raleigh Road, it is a 10minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the town centre with its shops cafes restaurants and cinema. EXMOUTH is a great place for cycling with a route right along the coast up to Exeter. We have secure storage available for bikes if you want to bring your own bicycles.
