- "We had a great stay at Oderen. The house is perfectly clean and in perfect shape. The hosts are very friendly and even understood my poor French. The house itself is easy to find and sits above the village of Oderen. Your morning bread isn't too far away and the village has an excellent Auberge which we used both at lunchtime and at night. A really good Super U is in Fellering, which is less than a 10 min drive away. The hosts Jean-Paul and Josseline are lovely. They stay in the house next door but the design of the rental property provides separate space and privacy, with the advantage of having friendly and knowledgeable hosts next door. We are keen hikers and the property is right in the centre of countless stunning walks. That said, mountain and road cycling is popular in the area and the nearby lake attracted many kayaker and paddle boarders. Colmar and Eguisheim are 'must visit' places. We have been holidaying in France (using rental properties) for a long time and I can recommend this property and area wholeheartedly. 10/10."
