This is a well designed country home that is located in a relaxed safe country environment. It is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is Country Living, a romantic private residence hidden away from the big city. This is a luxury cottage in a park like setting.

This property is an entire one level house with 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully furnished and includes all the bedding and towels required for any duration of stay. Relax in the living room and watch a movie or play video games together with the PS4. Local cable is included for sports fans. The dining room has a full size dining room table with room for 6.
In the fully equipped kitchen you have beautiful quartz counters and stainless steel appliances along with a wide selection of all the utensils and tools required to prepare meals. There is a selection of basic spices and cooking supplies included. You will also find a Keurig machine with an ample supply of coffee pods and a variety of specialty teas.
There is a full sized washer and dryer with a good supply of detergent pods and dryer sheets for all of your laundry needs. There are two mini split heat pump units in the house which easily manage the temperature year round and provide air conditioning in the summer.
The back yard is a fully fenced space and it can be accessed from the side yard as well as from the primary bedroom. The driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars and there is also parking on the street if needed as well.

The house is located in a subdivision of new homes with many young families. I would ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours and remember that Nature's Backyard is a no smoking property and that the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am please be respected.

Normal check in time is 5pm but early check in may be an option depending on the calendar. This is a function of the availability of my cleaning provider. Please contact me ahead of time if you would like early check in and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please use the VRBO platform for all communication. This way there is a record of all messages and no special requests or concerns are lost. I will respond very quickly using the app. I may not receive email messages directly from guests.

Our space is located close to the airport and BC ferry terminals. The Butchart Gardens (a top tourist attraction), hiking trails, and shopping are less than 10 minutes away. There is easy access to main highways and downtown Victoria is only a 15-minute drive. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The Space
Located on the property close to our family home, our recently converted barn is clean, bright, and cozy. We live in a wonderful popular road for its yummy farm-fresh fruit orchards and vineyards nearby. We are close to kayaking and hiking trails. Close to the amazing Butchart Garden and Butterfly Gardens. This is a popular location for cycling and triathlon events.
Our first floor has a TV, family room & ping-pong table. The kitchen has basic cooking tools with a fridge, stove, oven & dishwasher.
The spacious second floor has a bathroom with a standing shower, a private bedroom with a queen bed. The upstairs common area will accommodate 3 people with a pull out king bed and single day bed.

Extra bedding/floor mattress is available for children.
This barn is suited for families rather than party groups.

You will have access to the whole barn minus a few storage cupboards.

Enjoy your afternoon coffee while you watch our donkeys grazing in the fields against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains on the Olympic Peninsula. The Sunrise Suite has been designed and appointed with attention to details that will make your stay unforgettable. There is a comfortable living room, bright and open with a cozy fireplace and a relaxed dining space leading to your private patio. The patio is equipped with a BBQ for your culinary adventures and a outdoor dining set so you can sit and watch the colours of the sun setting as you enjoy a glass of wine. Comfort and relaxation have been the key words for the design and execution of this unique property.

The spacious master bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable king sized bed with fine linens, a cozy chesterfield offering a quiet spot to read and relax as well as a desk for those who wish to work.

The second bedroom has two twin beds. This bedroom is equipped with a tv and a big cozy chair for an afternoon reading session.

The generous bathroom provides extra towels and is supplied with local soaps and shampoos for your use. Bathrobes are available for your comfort.

The setup of the suite pretty much provided hotel quality service. White towels and bed linen. Toiletries, blow dryer, coffee, tea, creamer and even welcome chocolates on the table. This is Satnam’s personal residence and he has worked incredibly hard with an interior designer to make his home timeless, comfortable, functional, relaxing and beautiful - equipped with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay. Satnam and his family live just a few minutes away.

This stunning modern 2900 sq/ft newly painted, white and black farmhouse is situated on a 7.5 acres Berry Farm in Central Saanich. There is plenty of parking on the property for up to 8-10 cars. Your view overlooks trees and is on a private setting. Our berry farm is tucked away behind the trees on the 7.25 acres behind the farmhouse. Kick back and relax in this beautiful home that features 10-person dining, a massive kitchen island that seats 10 people, along with another bar that seats 4 people, living room area seats about 20-30 people. And there is a quiet area at the entry to work from home at a 4-person HIGH table. There is also a long wooden bench behind the couch for additional seating. Situated on a farm with a private setting. There is a 6 -7 person hot tub with outdoor shower, 18 got - 4ft deep round swimming pool, outdoor dining area, umbrella, barbecue and in the spring/summer/fall, (a large 20 foot gazebo with additional patio furniture – is not installed yet) and propane fire pit, solar lighting all along the property, basketball hoop, some outdoor games, and plenty of indoor games. This farmhouse is on a septic plumbing system which means nothing can go down the drains other than bodily fluids. No baby wipes, personal hygiene products nor paper towels.

YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES: 2900 sq/ft, 4 bedrooms all on the upper floor, 3.5 bathrooms 3 bedrooms each with queen beds, 5 single Our farmhouse comfortably sleeps 15 people. UPON REQUEST, If, you have very young children, we provide a crib/playpen/bassinet, high chair/s and gate.

The entire home is 4500 sq/ft WHEN IT IS BOOKED AS AN ENTIRE HOME AND IS OUR MOST POPULAR BOOKING. Because of Guest’s budgets and because not all guest wish to have all the extra amenities and bedrooms, but all have in common – the desire to book such a beautiful private setting property, we offer Guests various ways to book this farmhouse – such as a 4 Bedroom. We originally started out with the entire house bookings and noticed not all guests wanted to book the Games Room and not all guests needed all the bedrooms. So, to accommodate them, we posted just the 4 BR upstairs which sleeps 11. The Games Room can be added to the 4BR for an additional $330 per night. NOTE: Entire house bookings and Lower Level bookings come with the Games Room and Master King En-suite. I hope I have made this clear. Listing Name: Modern Farmhouse (Lower Floor Only) with Hot Tub and Games Room.

EVERYTHING ELSE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF:
1. King Master En-suite - 1 king bed (massive Master en-suite/bedroom with his/her closets). Sleeps 2 (some guests do have some of their young kids sleep with them. This room alone is the size of 4 bedrooms.
2. GAMES ROOM ADDITIONAL $330 per night-- The Games Room features many amenities such as a:
A. Pool table, foosball table, air hockey table.
B. And 2 Racing car games, 1 arcades with over 2000 games.
C. A 1950’s vintage jukebox playing 1950’s music.
D. A mini-bar (which contains both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and lots of various snacks for purchase. Satnam will give you an envelop at check-in to settle your mini bar bill. Prices are all very reasonable and are cheaper than BC Ferries/Hotels.
E. Plenty of seating at several intimate bar table/stools areas scattered throughout games room.
F. Futon – offers additional seating AND SLEEPS 2 adults (or 3 kids).
G. Smart ROKU TV.
H. Stereo.
I. Additional adult and kid’s board/card games can be found on the cart in Games Room. The futon in Games Room can also be used as a bed and sleeps 2 people. Additional bedding/pillows can also be found on the laundry room shelf which is next to the Games Room.
3. The cost to add the Games Room to your booking is an additional $330 per night will be added to your booking upon request or pay via e-transfer to host.

KIDS’ PLAY ROOM
The Kids’ PLAY Room is connected to their bedroom. But it's a small open area for kids to play games in on the fluffy soft carpet. Presently our Kids’ Play Room has a kids’ play kitchen, a table that can be folded away, a bench, and games with markers/pencils/pencil crayons and wax crayons. Kids' Bedroom Room lamps act as charging stations for their devices and the small lava lamps can be charged via USB cable and are cordless and movable.

HOT TUB & SWIMMING POOL, OUTDOOR GAMES
Recently we added a brand new hot tub, and a brand new 18 foot round swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower by the hot tub. A fence has been installed around swimming pool. Swimming pool comes with a slide, 2 floaties, a water volleyball net and ball. Swimming Pool is UNHEATED and is seasonal and only open from mid/late May (depending on weather) to mid Nov (we actually had a request from our Manitoban guests for swimming pool to be open in Nov and that they are used to cold swims). If you book in advance and make a request, we will leave the pool open for Nov. Otherwise it will be drained by Nov. 1.

Outdoor games can be found in the large tubs outside in outdoor lounge area. We also have about 10 water guns for kids to use and return.

CHILDREN’S EQUPIMENT
Included: 2 playpens/crib, 2 high chairs, baby changing mat/portable sleeping mat and one bassinet (for infants only), and child friendly melamine dishes/cups.

SIGHT SEEING NEAR BY
The farmhouse is 2-4 minutes to Butterfly World & Butchart Gardens. Downtown Victoria, ferries and Thetis Lake are all 20 min. Away. Airport, Mayfair Mall and Uptown Mall are all 10-15 min away. This location is very Central to everything. Elk Lake is 5 min away.

GOBIND FARMS, ICE CREAM AND BAKERY
Gobind Farms, is 2 minutes and they have the best FRESHEST LOCAL berries, fruit and vegetables on the island. It is also the LARGEST berry farm on the island. They also sell ice cream, pastries made from their berries such as pies and crumbles. They also have home-made jams and syrups which have 66% less sugar.

Please also note that not all of our gazebos have not been installed and we home to have them installed by fall of 2024.

FYI - SPECIAL EVENTS
We so allow events such as OUTDOOR weddings and receptions with a contract in place. There is a charge of $18 per person. Min. fee is $1500. Guests must rent their own tables, chairs and tents. Please text or call us if you have any questions.

The entire house is 4500 sq ft home and can be booked as an ENTIRE home as well which includes a Games Room (arcade, 2 driving car games, pool table, football table, air hockey table, plenty of board/card games, original vintage 1950's jukebox, bar seating area (no bar), fully stocked mini bar (includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plenty of snacks - for purchase), futon -- sleeps 2-3 additional guests). ALSO, there is a main level KING ENSUITE with soaker tub, shower, and his/her closets. This room alone is the size of 4-5 rooms and is very grand. Your booking space is for 3000 sq ft.

Customizing the Space for Guests so they Pay for what they want:
The property has been posted in several different ways for guests to book as not all guests wish to book all amenities and extra bedrooms:

A. Book as entire house (4000 sq ft) which includes Games Room and Master King Ensuite. Sleeps 15. Most popular booking - Guests have a phenomenal memorable experience of a lifetime. Listing Name: Seabrook Farmhouse with Hot Tub on a Berry Farm.

B. Book as 4 BR Farmhouse (which is what you have selected right now). Sleeps 11. Games Room is an additional $330 per night (and does not include master King Ensuite). Second most popular booking. Guests enjoy this home without having to pay for additional costs that are not needed in their stay. For example they are paying for sleeps 11 and not 15. But when they add on the Games Room for $330, this listing now sleeps 13 due to the futon in Games Room.

C. Book Lower Level of home only (upstairs bedrooms get closed off). Guests cannot go upstairs and cleaning fee is just for the lower level of home. Lower level of home includes 1 King MASSIVE Master En-suite and Games Room with futon. Sleeps 4. This is our least expensive and least popular listing. It is perfect for a family of 4-6. We have had guest with young children so we are able to accommodate up to 6 as 3 children slept on futon and parents slept with their young child.

It was furnished well, clean, comfortable for 2 couples, with an open feel and a great deck. Loved the big kitchen, fireplace and setup of the deck. Views were incredible no matter the time of day, and we were on the deck or staring out the bay window nearly the whole time. The neighborhood has some great trails snaking through it down to the bay, and walks and runs in the area were great. Basics for shopping were close by, and about a 30 min drive into downtown Victoria. "

Was happy the property had a tub to bathe my small children. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to be a home away from home. Would have liked to see some spices on site for cooking.
