Deer Trace Golf Course is located in the community and is open all year long! It offers an 18-hole golf course, putting green, and driving range. If you are not a golfer, visit the Lake Shop on the weekends for bbq, ice cream, pizza and other treats!

Indoor Living: Gas fireplace, four TVs, Play Station 5, more than 20 board/card games, selfie spot with smiley face art, WiFi, two computer work spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a door to the deck. It has a king size bed and small work station perfect for a laptop. There is direct access to the laundry room and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is in the loft so there is not a door for privacy. It has a queen size bed, makeup table (which could also be a laptop workspace), and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. The third bedroom is located in the finished lower level. It has a queen size bed, Play Station 5, direct access to the patio, and a full bathroom with a shower. None of the bedrooms have room darkening shades - just blinds. There is a lot of natural light throughout this house, and the sunrise is bright! If you plan to sleep in, we recommend bringing a sleep mask.

Welcome to our brand new eco-friendly tiny home nestled in the beautiful and secluded Linn Valley Lakes woods, a private and gated, recreational, residential community located just 45-minutes South of the Kansas City metro area, right off Highway 69. At just over 600 square feet, this "tiny" gem is comprised of two attached 320-sf units. "Sunrise" is the East unit, and "Sunset" is the West unit. Each unit offers a kitchenette, queen bed, full sleeper sofas, and much more!

MINI GOLF COURSE
Mini Golf is Located by the front gates next to the Tennis Court. Putters and golf balls are available at the POA office or the Guard Shack. Feel free to bring your own if you have them, but be aware, hole 19 will not return your golf ball.

TENNIS COURT
The tennis court is located between the mini golf course and the walking trail.

WALKING TRAIL
Located behind the Memorial Park.

HORSESHOE PITS
Located next to the mini golf course. Horseshoes are available at the POA office.

SHELTER HOUSE
Located behind the Community Center close to Cabin A a playground and the front pool. It is a first come first served shelter, a nice shaded place for family events.

SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT
The Sand Volleyball Court is located behind the Big Pool at the Clubhouse.

POOL
This pool is located behind the Clubhouse. There is also a shower house available at the Clubhouse.

PLAYGROUND
This nice and shaded playground is located behind the Clubhouse next to the Basketball Court.

BASKETBALL COURT
The basketball court is located at the clubhouse.

DEER TRACE RESTAURANT
Located at the Golf Course.

Each kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooktop, pots and pans for cooking, a small toaster oven, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker (including K cups).

Please note: Two vehicles max. No oversized vehicles are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to; trucks, RV's, trailers or any other oversized vehicle requiring more than one parking space.

Please note, the tiny home is located in the woods and is accessible via gravel only (no stairs). Please use discretion; the property may not be accessible/suitable for those requiring special assistance.

- "Excellent! We had 2 people in each room which was perfect." - "The cabin is very nice. Very clean and modern. They even had coffee as we forgot to bring our own. My ONLY complaint is it looks like they built this cabin quickly, then piled up all of the construction debris next to it. I’m not so concerned for us, but it’s a pretty unneighborly thing to do. I know if I owned one of the surrounding lake lots at Linn valley lakes, I would be very upset having a vrbo cabin get thrown up and all the crap left there to rot. You guys need a clean up crew out there to not just haul that off but get the dead limbs etc. Outside of that the process and cabin was great. It is a two apartment unit, so I don’t think we would have enjoyed having them book another group at the same time as ours. Fortunately it was just us and the other unit was empty. Thanks!"

The gated community at the lakes at Tanglewood is minutes from the quaint town of LaCygne KS with great restaurants, sites and a wine trolley that will pick up and drop off at the lake.

TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED.! This is a campsite across the road from beautiful Lake Chaparral near Mound City, Kansas. It is large enough for several tents or a large RV. The site is flat, smooth, wooded with plenty of shade and wildlife. It has 30-amp electrical service. Water and sewer is available at the clubhouse. Mound City has grocery, gas, hardware, laundry and other services. There is a clean bathhouse nearby. Also, there is a beach with playground equipment.

- "Really nice spot! Had electric and firepit. No toilets! About a mile down the road from a nice lake and small beach. And a little passed the beach, make a left is bathrooms and showers. We were pretty much alone where its located. There is lots for sale behind it (30 grand btw) and only saw the owners once. Weather was really nice so we just slept in the truck bed. "

This one bedroom cabin has a 2 night minimum per stay.

The Space:
This cabin has a king size bed, a full bath, fully stocked kitchen, living space including a 50" LED Smart TV. The kitchen has a full size fridge, built in microwave and a range for your cooking needs. The property has high speed fiber WIFI. Each cabin has central heating and air to get out of the elements and enjoy some rest and relaxation. We do provide all linens but do not provide toiletries.
