This also will provide reassurance of complete privacy during your swim time, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. We have a proactive approach to maintaining water quality that adds an extra layer of assurance for guests' comfort and safety. Access to the back yard is by walking through the white shed, the gate has a push button to open located near the upper right corner.
The availability of the backyard, deck area, and fire pit extends the opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Don’t hesitate to take a coffee in a to-go cup and enjoy sitting either out front or on the back deck. We will usually have the back deck available by 8am.

- "This is absolutely the best stay we ever had. This place goes way beyond charming. Turning into the most endearing homestead. The inside of the home is immaculate, with all the comforts of a home and then some. The grounds of the property is set back and secluded, giving way to a relaxing, calming and serene feeling. Having morning coffee and juice on the back terrace, which opens out from the bedroom, with all the hummingbirds at the feeder is a must. Sitting watching the many birds at the feeder and listening to the waterfall alleviates any stress one might have. We took several walks a day on the property and relaxed at our own private water's edge, enjoying the views. Hammocks and kayaks readily available for our own use. We had a magnificent time. The owner's, Karen and Keith, who are onsite, are simply wonderful, going beyond to make sure our stay and needs were met. It is easy to see that they take pride and care in what they do. They made sure we were comfortable and invited us to pick from their gardens. I cannot believe how hard they work on their property and took the time out to chat whenever we interrupted :) Our time, 4 nights, went by fast, too fast in fact. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy ourselves but our two little dogs did as well. Our little Nixi, chihuahua, would invite herself into Karen's place to sit on her lap. Dogs have an instinct for human kindness. We loved our stay and I want to give a big THANK YOU to Karen and Keith for our stay."

Newly renovated three bedroom home in the heart of Wilson’s Beach. Beautiful new deck overlooking Head Harbour Passage, an inlet of the Bay of Fundy. Newly added fire pit/deck area in back yard. You will see the most gorgeous sunsets every evening and you may even get to see a whale or two! A few minutes drive down Lighthouse Road you will find East Quoddy Lighthouse, one of the most photographed lighthouses in all of Canada.

There is a Hannaford Supermarket in Machias, Maine and IGA in Lubec. IGA has a Deli Counter and Cut Meat selections. Also for those of you that are coming from the main land (other parts of Canada) into Campobello through the USA can make your purchases before entry.

You might also want to plan your menu, that way you only purchase the essential items you need for your stay.

Start your adventure with Compass Cove Cottage! Open year-round. An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. Heat and A/C, TV and WIFI. An outdoor deck overlooking the waterfront and an easy walk to the pergola and dock. This sweet cottage is one of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). It is a perfect place for a family or a small group of friends. Pet-Friendly (some rules apply). This cottage also shares a covered hot tub with the guests of Tidal Tranquility Cottage (for guest use only). Maximum 4 adults (5 including children). Bookings must be made by the person who will be staying at the property.

Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look. We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick.

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, Ministers Island, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.
Guests enjoy full access to the pergola, dock (during spring, summer, fall), and walking trails located on the property. There are 5 Kayaks and 1 paddleboard that can be used when available and during spring, summer, fall seasons (for guest use only). The pergola, firepit, dock, and walking trails are used and shared by all guests to the cottages and are for guest use only. This cottage shares an outdoor covered hot tub with the guests of Tidal Tranquility Cottage (for guest use only).
Whether you are coming as a group or traveling privately, each cottage is positioned to offer ample privacy while remaining conveniently close for easy group or family gatherings.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms, both of which have queen-sized beds that are made up with soft sheets and cozy quilts or duvets. The living room is outfitted with a very comfortable sofa bed (all linens are provided), and a TV (Roku TV with Netflix, etc). The bright 3-piece bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and vanity and comes fully stocked with towels, hand towels, face cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

Enjoy the kitchen's full-size stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking essentials necessary to prepare your favorite meals in your home-away-from-home. The cottage offers a BBQ, a fire pit, and Adirondack chairs for those who love to relax by the fire at the end of the day. Explore all day and tell stories by the fire at night!

While it feels a million miles from anywhere, the cottage is located a short 7-8 minute drive from downtown St. Andrews so is only minutes from extraordinary restaurants, a lively arts scene, great cafes, grocery stores, a world-class golf course, and amazing outdoor adventure opportunities including sea kayaking, hiking, scuba diving, and whale watching.

A 1-2 minute walk leads you along the edge of a meadow and down to a very quiet beach where you can relax and explore an extensive coastline. You are also welcome to explore the 2-3 km of forest, farm, and seaside trails on our neighbouring farm. The cottage is a short 7-8 minute drive from Saint Andrews and is a sanctuary for anyone looking for a quiet family escape or romantic getaway.

Welcome to the camp by the ocean with all the amenities of home. This beautiful 2 bedroom camp with its huge wrap around deck overlooks an inlet off the beautiful Atlantic Ocean; Harbour De Lute. The cabin is the place to relax with a great book or stream your favorite movie, all while in the company of seals. Equipped with heat, washer and dryer, spacious shower, and comfortable bedding, you can stay for 3 days or a full week. Campobello Island Canada is an island located off the coast of down east Maine. It offers numerous day adventures, including a visit to the Roosevelt museum , a day walking the beaches and playing golf on the island; or you can take a short drive to Lubec Me. In Lubec, you will find whale watch tours, Monica’s famous chocolates, and down east eateries serving fresh catch. If your trip still has time for other adventures, then a short drive to Eastport is definitely your next stop. Eastport’s downtown offers various local shops of fine art, candy, jewelry, and vintage items. Eastport views of the Old Sow Whirlpool, dinner at the Waco Diner, or a drink at the local Brew Pub. If you're lucky enough to be in Eastport over the 4thof July or during the annual pirate festival in September, then you are certainly in for an experience.

Also, if you are an early riser, don't worry about waking me, as my bedroom is at the back of the house, above the garage and that ensures both our privacy.

SEAWINDS is located at the estuary where the sea waters from the Bay of Fundy meet the St. Croix River.
You will enjoy viewing the 38 foot tides coming and going from your private wrap around deck.

Twice a day, 160 billion tons of seawater is pulled into the world famous Bay of Fundy.
More than 4 times the combined flow of fresh water rivers on the planet is forced into a tighter and shallower area as the bay narrows.
You can take the private stairway to the beach and walk on the ocean floor during low tide!

The road into SEAWINDS is 1/4 mile, through the woods to the water. While this section is not paved, it is a beautifully engineered road, safe to drive a sports car, guaranteed you will be pleased and impressed!

Parking is directly outside your door.

SEAWINDS can be your winter holiday destination! You can enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing at the Ganong Nature Park, 350 acre peninsula, a 10 minute walk, less than a mile from SEAWINDS.

You will have a bed with a remote control to raise and lower, both the head and foot of the bed. A mattress topped with 4 inch memory foam encased in a padded mattress cover. Bedside tables with tri-light!
(Soft lighting, medium or strong lighting, so you can set the mood.)

You will enjoy the firepit!
Very easy to start. The cabinet in the studio has soft blankets and cozy puffs to wrap yourself in, for those cool evenings sitting on the deck.

There are china plates, bowls and cups, good quality wine glasses (both stemless and with stems), cutlery, cream pitcher, salt and pepper shakers and cloth napkins and paper napkins. Bowls you can use for serving or snacks, like chips.

If you prefer paper, there are paper plates and cups (take a tea or coffee with you as you leave) and plastic cutlery.

My water is excellent! You can drink it right from the tap... it tastes really good. Fill your water bottle.

You will be asked, after you book, whether you like Orange Juice or Apple Juice and what you take in your coffee (cream, milk, 2%, half&half?) and it will be waiting for you in the fridge.

Lots of choices for types of tea, coffee and hot chocolate for Kureig.

The property, affectionally known as Mother Mushroom, is home to Campobello Island's only Market Garden, as well as a nano-brewery, focusing on small batch, traditional ales, and local flavours.

About the bathrooms, there are two options:

1) The camper comes equipped with an outdoor shower and composting toilet, that are for the exclusive use of guests in the camper.

2) A bathroom equipped with a full shower/bath/bidet is available in the main house, shared with the property owners.

Welcome to The Hideaway Cottage! One of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). Open year-round. An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings, a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen. Ideal for families (bunk bed with twin/double). A spacious outdoor deck and an easy walk to the waterfront. This cottage has a private hot tub (for guest use only). Hot tub fabric covering is removed during the winter months. Heat, electric fireplace, TV, and WIFI. Pet-friendly, some rules apply. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Maximum 4 adults (5 including children). Bookings must be made by the person who will be staying at the property.

Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look. We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick.

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, Ministers Island, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.
Guests enjoy full access to the pergola, dock (during spring, summer, fall), and walking trails located on the property. There are 5 Kayaks and 1 paddleboard that can be used when available and during spring, summer, fall seasons (for guest use only). The pergola, firepit, dock, and walking trails are used and shared by all guests to the cottages and are for guest use only.
Whether you are coming as a group or traveling privately, each cottage is positioned to offer ample privacy while remaining conveniently close for easy group or family gatherings.
The cottages are equipped with a full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. complimentary coffee/tea. Utensils, dishes and glasses, pots and pans. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Cooking utensils. BBQ utensils.
Bedrooms - queen size beds, night stands, and dresser. (Except the Hideaway Cottage - one queen, one bunkbed twin/double).
Bathroom - tub/shower, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Outdoor deck, BBQ, table and chairs.

We request an upfront refundable damage deposit of $250 CA before your stay.
A refundable damage deposit is paid upfront 2 days prior to your arrival and is held until after your stay. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit is automatically refunded to you via your payment method within 14 days after your stay.

Use of Laundry facility available upon request.
Blue Heron Cottage 1 and Tidal Tranquility Cottage 2 are non-pet friendly.
Compass Cove Cottage 3 and The Hideaway Cottage 4 are pet-friendly.
Owners live nearby and may stay at one of the cottages during the winter months. Available 24/7 for questions.
Staff will be on premises during working hours.
At Rocky Point Farms Cottages our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained and checked daily by a professional landscaper. We are open year-round so each cottage is fully equipped with heat and an electric fireplace.

Laundry facilities is available. The best view and my personal favorite was sitting down by the water near the dock. On site kayaks and life jackets as well. The owners are very nice and always available. We definitely plan to go back. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. "
