Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower). - "The place was beautiful, but once you enter the place was filthy, there was urine drops on the toilet seat, dusty be, a white smudge on the pillow, and the sink in the kitchen smelled disgusting, and the TV in the living room was ryined the screen was smudjes horribly and you could barely make out what was going on in whatever youre watching. Not to mention there was no hpt water in the showers. The neighborhood was ghetto, at night we tried to sleep and we heard horrid fenale screams that were extremely concerning. Overall I do not recommend this place.If you dont mind any of it then go ahead."
