Solomons boardwalk is a 10 minute drive down the road with the best seafood this area has to offer. Drive (or take an Uber if you want throw back a couple cocktails) to Solomons and enjoy the best sunset you've seen in a long time.

Dedicated to Old Man Gilly goat, my resident best friend, Gilly's Getaway is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the premises of a working livestock & poultry nonprofit charitable organization, Old McDarling's Farm Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. We are close to hiking & biking trails, local hospitals and loads of restaurants and shopping! Like wine? Enjoy several local wineries - Cove Point Winery & Perigeaux Winery to name a couple. How about nature & hiking? We're only a few minutes from both Calvert Cliffs & Jefferson Patterson Park. We are approximately 20 minutes from PAX Naval Base, and a short, 5 minute drive to Cove Point Park (basketball, tennis and a pool (seasonal). We are only 3 minutes from Cove Point Gas Plant, 10 minutes from Calvert Cliffs Power Plant, as well as Solomons, MD and museums (Calvert Marine Museum & Ann-Marie Gardens). We are midway between Medstar Hospital in Leonardtown, MD & Calvert Memorial Hospital in Prince Frederick, MD. We're also near to the Patuxent River where you can enjoy tiki boat trips, fishing dining and walking the boardwalk. They didn't respond to messages on the app or calling their personal number directly, didn’t respond to Vrbo employees either when they tried to contact the owner. Had to get a hotel last-minute after giving them three hours past the scheduled check-in time to respond.
