Check-in is available at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The space is accessed via self check-in with a keypad and code. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay so relax, unwind and make yourself at home. The washer & dryer is located in the shared hallway, but please be mindful of the neighbors and take your laundry out in the timely manner.

One space in a private parking lot is available across the street. The lot is gated with marked spots for each unit number. There is also free street parking, however December 1 - March 15 street parking is prohibited between the hours of 2AM and 6AM. While we are in a safe area, please be sure to lock your doors at all times. AirBNB and Hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.

Other things to note
This studio apartment is located in a residential area of Middletown, NY. There are other units in the building and we ask that you respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Stairs are required to reach the unit and an elevator is not available.

No pets allowed & no smoking inside the space. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and please turn off the A/C & heat when you are not inside the space. No parties or unauthorized guests allowed.
