The owner of the building is a long time resident and operates a cafe out front. You can walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. First is the location. Assuming you're visiting West Point, the only two closer options are the Thayer (terribly expensive) or the IHG property co-located with the Visitor Center. I always prefer a VRBO-type properties with room to cook and spread out. This fits the bill. It is also convenient to all Highland Falls businesses. Next, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Finally, communication was easy and efficient. Highly recommended."

Top of the tower luxury penthouse suite. This is a very unique place to stay within a fully restored grain tower. Two bedrooms, one bath plus den with private roofdeck. No full kitchen just a kitchenette as we want you to enjoy all the amazing restaurants our area is filled with. You'll be staying just steps from the bustling shops and nightlife of Warwick. The tower suite is located on the Railroad side of the building. There is a small river, but lots of ducks and bird watching.
Please note this is a walk up with lots of stairs but the payoff is wonderful views from the top of your suite, including Appalachian trail mountain ridge.
Both bedrooms are equipped with very comfy queen size beds, carpeting, closets, dressers, smart tv, ceiling can, desk fan, extra chair and big windows with black out curtains for a nice night sleep. On same floor you will find a bathroom with a stand up shower with amazing water pressure! The top floor is a large open den with Couch, a daybed, dining table, smart tv and small roofdeck with two Adirondack chairs.
The entire space is decorated with bright and lively pieces by local artists. There is space on the ground level with a couple of chairs and tables if you want extra outdoor space along the River.
The best part about the space is how close it is to everything Warwick has to offer.
Please know it is located right on the railroad tracks. There is a freight train that goes by once or twice a day mainly on the weekdays. It's loud! But also part of the excitement.

Our cozy loft guesthouse is perfectly located whether you’re in town for scenic nature and open space or destination attractions like the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets and Legoland theme-park!

The private guest space boasts an outdoor patio with fire pit, sitting area, bistro dining set, an umbrella for shade and gas barbeque grill. Guests have access to two parking spaces. Please note: while the guest house is private and separate from our main residence, we live on the property. Guests may come in contact with us, our children and pets during your stay.

The unit includes a fully stocked (courtesy snacks provided but no food or coffee included) kitchenette with a mini-fridge, sink, microwave, hot plate for cooking and small bar-style seating area.

A love seat, flat screen Roku TV with Netflix and electric fireplace separate the kitchenette area from the bedroom space.

The loft bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 nightstands, table lamps, and stackable drawers are provided for clothing storage. There’s a full-sized bed, nightstand and dresser with space to hang clothes in the second bedroom space.

Please be advised that due to the loft-style nature of the upstairs of the unit, ceiling clearance in some areas is low.

POOL (May 31st-Sept 1st) use is $25 per day (up to 3 hour time slots, no day guests). Please inquire about guest use hours. Times must be coordinated and approved by host for privacy since it is otherwise a shared feature.

Our property is located on 1.5 acres in the country.

Fire pit use: We do not allow the use of real wood for safety and have long-lasting and hassle-free fire logs available for your convenience for $9.99 a log. These synthetic fire logs are also available for purchase at most grocery and convenience stores.

There may be occasional noise and dogs in the unit and in the neighborhood- this is an inner city neighborhood. If there is any ongoing noise pollution of any kind, message me ANYTIME and I will make calls to report the noise and have the issue resolved.

If you are immediately unsatisfied with the space for any reason, you must notify me within an hour of check-in so I may resolve the issue, and no later than 9pm. Any later claims and complaints should be supported with videos and photographic evidence. You may not check out next day and then request a refund without clear evidence as to why your stay was unpleasant.

This is a historic building from the 1800s and so will have the occasional issues as such so keep that in mind . Though this is a loft and AC unit keeps cool downstairs, it can be hard to keep upstairs bedroom cool in the hottest of days and nights . I have several fans to circulate and try to cool down, and if the upstairs is too hot I have a couch, recliner, I have a deluxe Queen indoor air mattress for downstairs and would be happy to set up for you upon request.

The hot water and cold water labels in the shower are swapped.

Other things to note
A freight train line runs just below the bluff that gives Riversong its gorgeous views. Trains pass frequently -- day and night - and the whistles are loud. Some guests love it, some don't notice and some find it downright disturbing. This is not as much of a problem in warm weather with windows closed and a fan or A/C on, or wintertime with windows closed. However, if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. A freight train line runs just below the bluff that gives Riversong its gorgeous views. Trains pass frequently -- day and night -- and the whistles are loud. Some guests love it, some don't notice and some find it downright disturbing. This is not as much of a problem in warm weather with windows closed and a fan or A/C on, or wintertime with windows closed. However, if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue.
